Sean visited to discuss the work and came as arranged to do it. He solved some problems which arose in replacing some of the lights and cleaned up thoroughly. He responded quickly to e-mails. The cost was reasonable for work done efficiently and well. I would certainly use him again. In fact, I have now had Sean to do another job, replacing lights in the other bathroom. Done to the same high standard as before, and again at reasonable cost.

Sean did a perfect job, was competitively priced, prompt to respond to my initial enquiry, and, importantly ‘no job is too small’ for him to undertake.

The reply to my quote enquiry was really quick. Full electric check completed in good time and was on time as stated. Not too much inconvenience while having check done. Items that were needed to be done carried out quickly afterwards and sorted. Very polite. Good cost. Excellent service. Definitely will recommend.

Sean has done a range of electrical jobs for us, as we decorate rooms. From disconnecting, temporary wiring to leave safe and then later moving and installing plug points, light switches and lights etc. Also when channeling cables, he has been careful and as clean as possible on what is a dirty job. He has been totally professional and efficient, plus easy to work with as we make minor adjustments "on the job". I would totally recommend Sean and will be using him again. 15 July 2025 Sean has just completed further work for us and we would highly recommend him. He is easy to work with, responds when contacted and is reliable. He thinks about what is required on-site, ie during Kitchen refit, was able and willing to adapt as things changed on-site. Pleasure to work with.

Sean has completed several electrical jobs for us. He is very reliable and has always carried out the work on the planned date and to a high standard. If you are looking for a good electrician look no further.

He was friendly and respectful whilst working within our home and provided cost effective solutions with speed, accommodating our request for works within his already busy schedule. He travelled out to us from some distance without delays. Sean was approachable to discuss further works and preparations for such. A reliable and skilled electrician whom we will hopefully continue to work with whilst renovating our property.

Sean installed an EV charger at my house. Everything went really well, he came to see the job beforehand (which others hadn't), explained clearly what the options were, agreed a date, turned up on time and got the job done to a very professional standard and sent me the EIC. Highly recommended!

Sean made the process of getting a quote and getting a new socket installed inside a cupboard and removing and safely terminating the electrics of a bathroom light/shaver socket simple and swift. The work was finished professionally and Sean himself was both polite and obviously very competent. I highly recommend if you are condering having any small electrical work like these done in your home you will not regret giving Sean a call or WhatsApp.

5 stars, if possible I would have given Sean more. He’s very friendly, approachable and willing to offer advice and discuss the work he’s undertaking. A quote that came within 48 hours after inspection and discussion of the job. Fitting of an EV charger. The work and inspections were completed as forecast. Sean then went an extra mile and advised and helped “a couple of oldies” to download and set up the required app. Thanks Sean Michael and Wendy

Sean has slowly helped me update the electrics in my cottage. This has included replacements, repairs, new consumer units and finding solutions to those strange faults in old wiring. He is friendly and professional and always gives you clear guidance on the scope of work and agreeing the works with you before starting. I can throughly recommend Sean and his workmanship. A first rate Electrician in Malmesbury

Sean undertook a range of electrical works for us from installing new kitchen downlights to fault finding in an external office and sockets, new outdoor lights etc. From the moment we met Sean he instilled confidence, his quote was quick and thorough and his work was exemplary. Cannot recommend him highly enough if you are in need of an electrician, look no further than Sean Mac Installations

Sean installed 10 dimmable spotlights and upgraded my switch in my lounge. We are so happy with his work. It looks like a lounge from a new built house now.He is friendly, knowledgeable and his professional fee is fair and reasonable. I will be contacting him again for future electrical works in my house.

Excellent job from a great professional. Competitively priced and all work was perfectly completed, highly recommended.

Sean was so professional from start to finish. We had a very dark, unventilated en-suite that was constantly mouldy and miserable! He came up with a solution with an extractor fan/de-humidifier that extracted to outside. He also got the old one working again & installed 2 amazing large lights and got spot lights in. Not only that, he arrived the next day to make good of the outside (at a height) that we hadn't even noticed! I wish i had before pictures but here are a few post Seans work.

I asked Sean to quote for a list of electrical repairs, replacements, additions and investigations on the old house we’ve recently moved into. My experience with Sean was positive from start to finish - on first visit to discuss the work, he was friendly and interested in what I was trying to do and provided clear views on what could and should be done, and how best to do it; his quote was an easy to understand priced list of individual tasks which allowed me to split the work into phases so I could get the important items done first within my budget and also have a follow on ‘to do’ list for work better done when we decide to decorate; he turned up when he said he would and did the agreed work to an extremely high standard, checking in with me where I had choices to make eg on siting of outside lights and discussing the options we had when something didn’t quite work as I had thought (the existing wiring in the house was ‘unique’ in places so needed some flexible thinking to fit around); he left everything extremely neat and tidy at the end of the job; and the final invoice was in line with his original quote, with itemised prices being adjusted (sometimes down) where relevant to reflect the actual level of work required on site, while also including additional items I asked him to pick up when I thought of them there and then! I will definitely be asking Sean to do my ‘phase 2’ work when we get round to it and I fully recommend him to anyone looking for a good job at a good price done by a good guy.

Very reliable, professional, friendly, made me feel at ease and confident I was going to get good service plus going above and beyond. Did a great job sorting my rogue bathroom wire left live and hanging through bathroom wall by previous owner and trying to fix my electrical radiators. Thanks sean, hope I don't get any more electical problems anytime soon but if I do, I know the right man for the job 👍👍

Sean did a great job top to bottom on a difficult property. Would highlight recommend.

Sean is pleasant and courteous. He installed and refitted a number of wall sockets. He was efficient, hard working and experienced solving some awkward problems with the existing wiring. Thoroughly recommend him.

Sean provided an excellent service in replacing an external sensor light , and also a faulty doorbell. He worked with me in selecting the right solution , and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Would very happily use his services again with any electrical problem.

I have used Sean twice now to fix all sorts of electrical issues in my house. He did a full safety inspection and went on to fix various problems I'd inherited. He was brilliant at finding affordable solutions and making suggestions that worked with existing wiring. I now feel safe and have loads of things fixed including a new fuse box and lights rewired (previously botched) so I can see! The outside light is working and some things are working I never thought could. He's great at explaining things and won't force unnecessary work on you. He's well priced, tidy, turns up when he says he will, answers his emails and is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone, especially people who need flexible, working solutions to their electrics.

We asked friends for recommendations for electrical work, and the usual response was "they're good but they're not cheap". And then we saw Sean's reviews here that are virtually unanimous, so we gave him a try, among several others we contacted. Sean was the only person who replied to our enquiries, and his communication was good throughout. He came to the house to check over the different jobs we wanted done, and replied with a quote within 48 hours. He was very flexible with the start-time on the day, as I had to move it because of a work call, and when he arrived he worked really quickly, doing an excellent job and leaving everything tidy. He installed two ceiling light fixtures (one at the top of our stairwell with ladders required), solved a problem with the extractor hood and recommended changes for our under-cupboard kitchen lights. I will definitely call him first if we need anything like this again.

Changed a MCB to higher rating in the board

Fast efficient service. I spoke to Sean on Monday and the job was completed by 10.30am on Tuesday. Thanks Sean. Will use you again.

Sean is a professional, clean and friendly service man. Works efficiently and cleans up after. My house had no extractor fan and 1 company told me they'd have to know a wall down.
