One reviewer described the service as very professional, reliable, punctual and effective in communication, though rated it four out of five without giving a reason.
Great experience with TG Electrical. Tom was friendly, professional and reliable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
My experience has been nothing but positive. Tom has an exceptional eye for detail in his work, and was very professional throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend a better electrician!
Highly recommend Tom! He’s done a few electrical jobs for me and always does a great job. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, really friendly and a pleasure to have around. He also has surprisingly good music taste, which is always a bonus when there’s work being done! 😄 Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work.
I have recently moved to the Ludlow area and had no idea who I could use for a full install of electrics to my new build home. Boy, did I hit lucky when Tom and Ed came to do the work. Tom's advice and suggestions were invaluable and all their work was carried out with cheerfulness, respect and to an extremely high standard, and at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend TG Electrical.
Tom Gant, aka TG Electrical, has to come top in my table of chosen contractors in the complete renovation of my little 1880s cottage. Tom gave me plenty of time during his first visit to listen to my full rewire plans. He quoted competitively and I gave him the job as his quote was complete, listing everything we had discussed, and also gave me clear stage payments for the project. Thereafter he knew exactly what was required and executed it perfectly despite various delays, set-backs, unavoidable revisions, and sometimes the presence of other trades to work around - all without drama and always with good humour, and all within the original quote. Tom also saved the day a couple of times with timely responses to urgent calls. He also left the place tidy at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend TG Electrical highly. Thank you, Tom, for a job done excellently.
Tom and his colleague recently carried out some electrical work for my elderly mother which she had been putting off for some time. Tom did an amazing job putting my mums mind at rest and carrying out the repair work with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. He even undertook a small plumbing repair he noticed needed doing whilst at the property. Tom provided estimates and prices upfront by email and spoke to my mum by phone before coming to the property. The price was extremely reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending TG electrical to anyone who needs an electrician. Thank you Tom for a brilliant job.
Tom has done several electrical jobs for us over the last few years including a full rewire as part of a renovation. Consistently great quality work, and always brilliant to work with. Definitely recommend 👍
Tom was recommended to me when I was in need of a good electrician. He has completely wired my kitchen diner extension, put up external lights, changed most of the sockets and plugs in my bungalow, added extra light and plug sockets in many of my rooms, fitted my new oven, hob and extractor fan and I have him booked for more jobs, including installing a new fuse box. He is absolutely fantastic - such a hard worker and brilliant at giving professional advice. I would highly recommend ! Thank you for all your hard work, Tom !
A very professional service, reliable, punctual and effective communications.
