Absolutely brilliant team of electricians! Very professional definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, GRS Electrical were tasked (via our agent Robert Bell & Co) to do some minor improvements on a Buy to let flat we hold in Horncastle. Half way through the job some bright spark in this outfit decided to pull a fast one by signing off their own work as unsatisfactory in an Electrical installations conditions report (EICR). GRS Claimed that there were lead cables in the entire flat and it would need rewiring. GRS also provided a quote (via Robert Bell & Co) to rewire the apparent lead cables. I obviously needed a second opinion and instructed Robert Bell & Co to go get a second opinion because the job had gone from £6757.63 to £11525.71 Our agents Robert Bell & Co bizarrely couldn’t get another electrician to provide a second opinion despite having a bunch of electricians on their books, so I had to do it. GUESS WHAT !!! No lead cables, all compliant cables within the demise after we found another electrician to inspect. GRS electrical made an EICR with fake details in the legal document in order to coerce another £3978.40 + vat out of me. That’s an extra £4768.08 on top of the £6757.63 ! That’s a total of £11525.7 for 2 over night storage heaters and some panel heaters. How many other landlords have they had over in Lincolnshire area with the lead cables trick???????? Because of legislation, the details of the fake Unsatisfactory report caused the flat to not be rented out which resulted in loss of money and further damages down the road. Simplest way of putting it if anybody doesn’t understand. GRS Electrical set out to steal money from me with a false story of lead cables backed up with a fake legal document. The electrics in the flat are still the same, their accounts team even had the effrontery to suggest we removed it and still demanded money even though they hadn’t finished the job. Dimplex the manufacturers of the gadgets confirmed that the units weren’t installed correctly for us. Oh and they blundered the install of a light and put it right next to a heat sensor in the kitchen, Aico visited and advised that it’s supposed to be 300cm distance between the two. What were you guys thinking as Aico installers ! This review will be amended as and when it is needed.
