Reviews

Cornwall Electrics Ltd drew mixed reports. One reviewer said the company attended a customer's electrical problem on the same day after a Friday afternoon call. Others described poor communication: one reported no-shows after an agreed time with no explanation and no response to a phone call the next day, and another reported a missed appointment, staff not knowing what was happening and no promised call back. A further reviewer said they had called four times about accepting a quote and had been promised three call backs without receiving any. One reviewer also described the service as professional and friendly.
Rubbish service. Supposed to come at 2pm but no show due to emergency. Then to come at 4pm but no show and no explanation as to why! No response the following day, no response to phone call. Don’t bother, absolutely rubbish company
Attended one of our customers to help with an electrical problem. We called 4pm on Friday and they attended the same day. Top notch service
Shocking, don't recommend at all. Was supposed to have an appointment, no show. Called to ask what was going on and they didn't know. Said someone would call me back and never heard anything. Office hours are only 10 til 2. Communication very poor!
Great professional and friendly service.
Appalling communications from them. I have called 4 times regarding a quote acceptance to establish start date. I have been promised 3 calls back....not one so far.
