DT Electrical

DT Electrical is a wonderful company that can’t do enough to make a customer feel safe, comfortable and happy with the attitude of their employees. I’ve never experienced better customer service in my entire life, all 63 years of it. Thank you for your service, professionalism and dedication.

Well recommended for all your electrical needs, first class service, turned up on time, completed works in the time frame, the electricians were polite, hard working, and cleaned up behind themselves, well pleased with the quoted works and no hidden extras, couldn't ask for a better service,

We first met Danny the boss who was so very helpful and understanding and we booked DT Ekectrical in for the job. We then had George from DT Electrical change old storage heaters for eco panel ones. He was so incredibly efficient, organised and cleaned up after himself. We have already booked our next job with DT Electrical. Superb service and totally recommend.

Great guys, no fuss. They did a really good job, would highly recommend 👍

Great company and service

As a builder it’s difficult finding a reliable electrician until we got in contact with Dan from dt electrical . With a fantastic professional team behind him they now cover all my projects , from small extensions to new build with faultless work. If you are looking looking for a electrician this is the company you need to be using highly recommended thanks again to the dt team

Fantastic quick service, lovely caring Electrician sorted out problem quickly. Price brilliant would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Lovely to deal with a family owned local business that genuinely looks after locals 💯 many thanks

What can I say, dt electrical contractors have been excellent in total I have had three of the team completing both first and second fix on a fairly large extension all of them (George) (Sam) and unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the other guy, work methodically safely and we’re all extremely tidy never leaving any mess. I would highly recommend dt electrical contractors and I was very fortunate to have had them recommended to me.

Highly recommend Dan and his team. From start to finish everything was great and turned up when they said they would - something that often doesn’t happen these days. Very professional, friendly and reliable. Price was competitive. Definitely will be my first call for any future electrical work and will recommend to friends needing electrical work.

I have been using DT Electrics for nearly a year for various jobs, both in my rental properties and more recently for a slightly complicated rewire in an old cottage which has dragged on for 6 months. Not their fault! They are one of the most reliable and friendly companies that I have dealt with, Hannah in the office never fails to return my calls, Dan has come at short notice for emergencies and their team of friendly lads are delightful, polite and tidy. I wouldn't use anyone else and I pass on my recommendation to anyone who asks.

Jacob and Regan from D T Electrical Contractors arrived at my home to repair a light fitting and replace an extractor fan. They arrived on time and performed the work in a professional manner. They completed the work and cleaned up. I have no problem recommending D T Electrical

Jacob came out quickly and had my problem fixed very quickly.

Fantastic service from DT Electrical - wonderful to speak to a real person who promptly arranged for Aaron to come and see what the problem was with my solar setup that day! Thankfully he quickly diagnosed it was a problem with the meter and not the inverter. Appointment made within two days of the initial visit to replace the faulty meter. Aaron and Jordan were very helpful and efficient, and soon had the system up and running with the new meter (and even arrived early). Big thanks to the lads and all the team back at the office for a wonderful and prompt service. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Two most delightful and professional young men Sam and Regan..came very promptly..diagnosed what was wrong and got it alk working again..well done lads a credit to the firm

Dan is the man to fix all your solar problems. He’s punctual, reliable, trustworthy & his knowledge is second to none. We can highly recommend him.

Fantastic work done by all the team. Special thanks to Jacob and Jack on the second day for excellent work and getting the project all sorted. Will definitely use you again.

Excellent service. Sam & Ryan carried out electrical works in two stages to support a new bathroom renovation. Visited at short notice, coordinated with other works & carried out to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Dan and his team have been my “go to” electricians for some years now. They will always go out of their way to get the job done. Whether it me at my own home on on projects for my clients or even in our rental portfolio they’re always able to fit me in, often at short notice! They’re reasonably priced compared to many local contractors and are always polite and courteous when coming face to face with my clients/ tenants/ guests. Thoroughly recommended.

Swift service (though emergency callout was an ouch which is why 4 not 5 star) but Shaun & Reegan were helpful and informative and got everything up and running again

Excellent work 👍🏻

What an amazing company! I had an issue late on a Sunday evening, and thanks to a post on social media, Dan commented and then video called me to talk me through things to try to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend Dan and his company enough, he didn’t have to interrupt his weekend to help me! And am so grateful he did 🥰🥰

Very happy with the service received both on the phone from Hanna and the very efficient electrician Sean , job done and dusted in an hour 😀

Fantastic job by Elliott and Jordan! arrived on time, were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Even my nervous cat liked them! They installed heaters, upgraded my fuse board and did circuit check. They also left any area they had worked in the same way they found it so I didn't even have to hoover after. 5 stars 🌟

I can’t recommend dt highly enough; from the initial contact and detailed explanation and options for the job needed doing to the professional install completed. Sean and Jacob were great; they were super professional from start to finish and even though it was an afternoon job they did not rush in any way to get finished. They had utmost respect for my property and were happy to answer all of questions (I had a lot). They were both more than happy to explain every step of the install with no (apparent) annoyance with me watching. I’ll definitely request them for further work I have coming up.

Contacted my landlord this morning because my shower had broken and Sean from Dt electrical came this afternoon and installed a brand new shower, very prompt service and Sean was very friendly and efficient.

A Big thank you to Sean for attending at short notice and saving by bank holiday by fixing the hot water and heating. Great service

Definitely the go to place for any solar or electrical requirements , good knowledgeable information . Fast response and value for money

After having a prepurchase inspection carried out on the property I was buying, once I was in the property, I contacted DT Electrical to come out and quote for items noted in report such as renewing the very old fuse board plus change out of old light and socket covers to modern ones and change over some light fittings internally and externally plus new external socket..... initially works scheduled for 2 days but took 3 days due to amount to be carried out... Sean and apprentice Cameron kicked things off, then over the following couple days other apprentices Zac and Jacob assisted too (good to see the apprentices asking questions and checking things and being fully involved)... there were a few challenges which were dealt with by Sean and the guys...and the apprentices worked well under the guidance of Sean... at one point we even had Jordan and Elliott assisting... only comment would be that care needs to be taken on wooden floors as a scuff ...but... I have no qualms in recommending these guys..alot was done in the 3 days....and I will certainly use their services again.. 👍🏻

A man called Elliot came to install and update our electric systems in our kitchen and bathroom recently. He was professional and reliable and I would highly recommend the company.

Working for a local estate agent, we have been using DT for all of our electrical fixed wiring tests and electrical work needed. The guys at DT are very responsive, very quick to get the job done and when we have urgency they go out of their way to help us. Shout out to Sam, Dan and Adrian for their great contact and making our lives easier! Highly recommend

Can't rate this company more highly. Fast and efficient. Great product knowledge and advice too. The team are thoroughly professional, on time, neat, respectful to our property and competent. Sean fitted our EV charger and did the most amazing job. You'd have thought that it had been installed when the house was built! They certainly know their stuff and I have every faith in their workmanship. Wouldn't go anywhere else for anything electrical.

We have used DT to install all the electrics on a new garage including a car charging cable plus had excellent support for our PV heating system. Dan and his team (shout out to Aidan) serviced the PV panels, installed a new inverter and battery for us and boosted our energy capture from the roof. The whole job was done professionally and when I needed help to set up the app they also helped and provided remote optimisation of the system for me to check that all was working perfectly. Highly recommended and much more responsive than their local competitors!

I recenty used this company to install our solar power energy and battery storage facility. Im extremely pleased with what the company explained before hand, then seeing the results after the solar installation. What they explained exceeded expectations. Highly recommend, very professional.

Not long ago I had DT Electrical in to do some electrical renovations on my newly purchased house. I wasn't really sure what needed to be done but Elliot, one of the Electricians, was very knowledgeable and full of information and the end result I now have is top notch. Everything was achieved swiftly and without issue; wouldn't even have known they were there it was left so clean and tidy everyday. Will definitely be having them back in the future and I believe my friends will too

These guys Fitted a shower for my mother-in-law this morning. She was very pleased with how quick the job was done and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Showers working amazing!

A short while ago we had a very professional young chap, I believe called Sam. He did a brilliant job at removing an old night storage heater, removing the old cable, made everything safe and left the house tidy in very good time. I would highly recommend DT Electrical, reasonably priced, got the job done quick and very professional.

I found Luke, the engineer who installed my outdoor light, to be both professional and helpful during his visit. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

He proceeded to make sure that I understood why the problem occurred and how to use the heater. I highly recommend dt electrical contractors.

100% Recommended. DT are fantastic for any electrical job, small or large. Aaron and Tyler did a spot on job installing an EV charger. Nothing was a problem and they left the place spotless. They also came up with ideas to make the job neat and future proof. I will be using DT for all my upcoming Electical work and recommend them to anyone else. The booking process was easy, no hassle. Pricing is transparent based upon time taken per job, so rest assured, you know what you are paying, and at good value too.

Sam arrived today and was very efficient, professional and took the needs of my dads disabilities into consideration while installation was taking place. Would absolutely recommend him and the company to friends and family and will be contacting them again for further electrical needs.

Brilliant efficient trustworthy

We moved to Cornwall just before Christmas and the electrical survey pre move revealed several faults but the contractor who carried out the survey couldn’t do the work and was very difficult to get hold of. We contacted DT Electrical Contractors and Danny was around within 24 hours. We asked him to correct the faults, replace all the ageing sockets and light fittings and replace the night storage heaters. His quote was very competitive and his team did a really good job. Danny and his team were really easy to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again should the need arise.

I needed a quick light fitting repair and not only did Danny answer my text message very quickly but arrange for a visit the next day. George sorted the repair very quickly and within 48 hours of my first contacting them, dt electrical he’d everything sorted. Excellent service. Highly recommend
