MCI Electrical Installations Ltd installed our solar panels, inverter/charger and battery back in March 2023. We got a proposal from a company called IJO Power for a Victron system, JASolar panels and Pylontech batteries. I was concerned about who would install the system but as soon as IJO Power said they had a partnership with MCI, it was a done deal. The combination of a system configured by a PV system consultant and installation by MCI was a winner for us. We contracted directly with MCI for the whole system. It was very competitively priced for a high spec system. I have used Mat and his team previously for a house extension and some minor electrical work. They were extremely professional then and still are. Mat the owner came to view the property and assess where the PV system could be best placed, making some good recommendations and looking at the simplest and least complicated option. Within 6 weeks the team were on site installing the system. The team were very professional, clean and tidy. They took their time to make sure everything was correct. Some of this was down to the fact it was early days for Mat and his team installing PV Systems. I liked the fact that they were selecting the systems they wanted to install and taking their time to understand them. The system was up and running within a few days, bearing in mind it was March, freezing cold and a lot of rain, they did a great job. Mat and team have made a few additional visits to add some more capabilities that I requested after learning more about the system. They have also come back to fix a problem with the EV charger that was not quite working as expected. All fixed and working great. MCI, Mat and team are extremely knowledgable, very professional, a trusted group of people wondering around your house, clean and tidy and they just get on with it. Don't forget to keep giving them tea, coffee and biscuits, they will thank you for it. I would definitely recommend MCI Electrical Installations Ltd, I have used them in the past and will absolutely use them in the future.

Put your phone down when you are driving you muppet Update , thank you for your reply. You were called several times and phone was never answered. Also as a regular commuter , noticed your drivers still do this. It’s not about fairness, it’s about not killing pedestrians , especially school children that are out and about early morning and evening.

Fantastic company to deal with. We had an old electric shower removed which had exposed a few large cables which needed making safe, a little job really meaning that most electricians I called were either too busy and didn't want the work, or just didn't bother to get back to me at all. So glad I found MCI. The lady that answered my call was super helpful and understanding, she was able to send an electrician out to us within a few days and he arrived as promised. Simon was fantastic, he arrived early, (as he was conscious of us maybe needing to do the school run which was so thoughtful!) Did a brilliant job and then left everything clean and tidy. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using MCI again.

MCI installed a smart doorbell for me. Great job performed despite the doorbell model being quite niche and the installation being slightly tricky due to how the mains doorbell had been put in by the homebuilder. Would happily use again & recommend for all electrical work.

Top quality service. MCI visited twice for first fix and then second fix. On both occasions they were bang on time. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely pleasant, great ambassadors for the company. Work was completed to a high standard, on time and on price. MCI did all the electrical works on a strip bare and start again kitchen project for me many years ago. I have subsequently used them for all electrical needs great or small ever since. The owner is honest, professional and has always provided me with expert advice and guidance. The staff are well presented, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working and always work to a high standard of finish. Each time I have commissioned MCI I have had enjoyed a fantastic reliable service from quote to completion and at a very fair and competitive rate. Highly recommended!

Extremely Poor Service and an aggressive owner. Massively overcharged for work carried out at my elderly parents property and did not fix the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone. .
