A S Ramsay Building Contractors Ltd has been described by reviewers as professional, approachable and helpful on several building and fire safety projects. One reviewer reported that external repair and redecoration work on a Kensington property was done to a very high standard, and another reported similar work in St James Park was done to a high standard. Reviewers also reported that fire door projects, including replacing over 200 doors at a school, were delivered to timetable, with good communication and responsiveness. Some reviewers reported particular help with fire door advice and recommendations, and one reported a complex remediation finishing on time and on budget. One reviewer simply said to avoid the company and gave no further detail.
Avoid.
Krystian and the team at AS Ramsay recently completed the repair and redecoration of the externals fabric and internal common parts of a property in Kensington with me. The work was done to a very high standard and where challenges in the project arrosse Krystian was always there to help and solve the problems together in a pragmatic and proffesional way. Look forward to working on another project in the near future
As Ramsay have been the contractors on several projects that we have administrated. I found them to be professional, approachable and sensible to deal with.
5* service from 5* people
Efficient, professional, and high-quality service. Highly recommend.
I would highly recommend these guys. Easy to work with and, more importantly, know the business inside out.
Jack Martin and Jay Martin have always been super helpful with their advices and recommendations for fire doors.
Excellent company to work with, always very helpful. Fire door installation is outstanding.
Great company to work with, worked with both Jack & Krystian projects are always run well with good communication all round.
I've worked with Jamie and Alan across a number of projects, great people to work with, smart and good attention to detail.
AS Ramsay completed a complex remediation for my organisation early this year and I am pleased to say that the project not only completed on time and on budget, but we have since received some very complimentary comments from our leaseholders within the block complimenting the AS Ramsey site staff for there help during the remediation, we will defiantly be working together again in the future
Ramsey replaced over 200 fire doors for us in the school. They delivered to timetable while the school was closed. I was impressed with their team, their responsiveness and communication. I would use them again.
I have worked with AS Ramsay for numerous years on fire safety façade remediation jobs and more traditional repair and restoration schemes and can highly recommend them. I have recently completed a 32 week external repair and redecoration project in St James Park with AS Ramsay and the works were undertaken to a high standard, with the client team very happy with the management of the job and the completed works.
Professional and incredibly experienced. Highly reccomended
