Reviews
5.0
Several reviewers mention S B Electrical Services staff by name and describe them as polite and professional. One reviewer said Billy and Sam explained what was needed before a rotary isolator switch was fitted, arrived on time and offered to clean up after drilling. Another said they were given advice and the process was explained. One reviewer said the team surveyed and tested before quoting and repaired an item rather than replacing it, and that garden uplighters were fitted. Another simply called the work fantastic.
Very polite, professional and overall great service
Sam and Billy were amazing and met all of our needs! Couldn’t ask for a better team.
We had Billy and Sam do some work for us fitting a rotary isolator switch. Ahead of the job Billy and Sam let us know in advance all that we needed to do to prepare for the work to be done and talked us through the process which we found really helpful. They arrived on time to complete the work and were professional and responsive to all of our questions from start to finish. When doing the work both Billy and Sam kept us informed of what they were doing and also offered to clean up after they had completed the work from the drilling. They both worked efficiently and ensured we were happy with the work at all times. It was a pleasure having them do the work in our property and will be using the company for all electrical work going forward. We really recommend this company to everyone!
Fantastic work carried out by the team at SB Electrical, Highly recommend.
Thank you for all the advice, the time you took to set out and explaine the process of works. You both came highly recommended and never disappointed. Top quality work, tidy, punctual and very efficient. Thank you Billy and Samuel. You have brightened up our lives 😂
It’s always a bit of a leap of faith for non electrical types to ask the help of an electrician. I think many men who aren’t experienced in this field feel the same way. So when it came to getting quite a bit of house rewriting done, I was apprehensive I didn’t need to be. Sam and Billy came along surveyed and tested before sending me the most detailed and comprehensive quote I’ve ever had. Gave me confidence. Furthermore he did the work on time, saved me money by repairing something I truly believe many would say ‘replace’ and then went and installed an amazing set of garden uplighters and totally transformed the garden I can’t recommend too highly this extremely bright professional and nice young man. An excellent, superb and reliable service.
