I have had extremely efficient customer service twice from Jeremain who, on both occasions, got my issue dealt with on the same day. A very polite person too! Highly recommended!

We contacted EVP Electrical for an EICR based on the online positive reviews and can confirm that they are indeed a very good choice. Jeremain and Ben were very professional, efficient and extremely thorough in their work with excellent attention to detail. They uncovered long-standing defects which they remedied promptly and returned a few days later to finish the job, fitting around our schedule and at no extra cost. The quote they provided initially was fair and there were no hidden or extra charges after they completed the work. They explained everything they were doing clearly and provided valuable advice going forward. We found them personable and trustworthy, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work.

Very competent, very professional.

Great service

Really quick response time from Jeremain. Came out to help me last minute on a Saturday. Our immersion had stopped working leaving us with no hot water. Really knowledgeable and got on with the job at hand. Also fixed a rogue light fitting! Quick, efficient and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and beyond! Thanks again!

Such nice guys, professional, on time, helpful and friendly. Unheard of really. Thanks for your reactivity guys. David

My tenants contacted me regarding a problem with a socket that had short circuited and blew a psp and the Wi-Fi . I was concerned in case there was a problem with the electrics at the property and risk to life to my tenants. Within the hour Jermaine attended to the property, did an inspection, replaced the socket and spoke to neighbours. He identified that a lightening storm had resulted in a power surge to the property. My mind was instantly put at ease. He was incredibly professional and prioritised the job. Absolutely fantastic service.

Did an incredible job at identifying the issue

They were so helpful and honest. They could have come out to my property and charged me the standard call out fee. They didn't, they told me the information I needed to help my situation which saved me a lot of money. Most companies will not do that. They are on my permanent call out list. Awesome service.

Excellent service provided and level of professionalism of a extremely high standard. It was a pleasure having them work at my property.
