James and the team wren fantastically helpful when we got a full media system installed. They provided fantastic advice when we initially specified the system and the install was top quality. They've also been on hand to answer our stupid questions post-install too!

Although a relatively small job (install wall mounting and TV), AV innovations were extremely efficient, careful and a pleasure to work with. They did a great job and we would definitely recommend them.

AV Innovation installed a home audio solution for me both inside and outside, in my garden. The team worked with me closely to come up with a solution that worked best for me. They have an excellent knowledge of their products and are a pleasure to work with. When installing the solution they kept me informed at each step, looked after my property and were extremely clean and tidy. The team are very friendly and polite. I am extremely happy with the solution AV Innovation have provided and I will be sure to use them again!

James and Chris undertook a short installation for me, as I was having difficulty setting up a fiendishly complicated (for me) Arcam AVR, which I had bought with accompanying separates - it was a small job for them, but they did a great job in double quick time and for a reasonable price - based on my experience of AV Innovation, I would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them.

They installed my sonos in 2019 throughout the ground floor of my house, I have had nothing but problems, I asked them to come out to my house and they wanted to charge me money upfront before they committed to come out. Save your money and go and use another company. Bad customer service and their after-sales is dreadful! James particularly is very unhelpful!

Great service from Chris, Nate, James and team at AV. We are restoring and extending a old house but wanted fully up to date AV, wi-fi and CCTV. They delivered a fantastic outcome and coped with the many challenges of an old house with some interesting features and quirks. In particular installing lots of kit and wiring and not disturbing or affecting any of the original features of the property ... and dealing with a lengthy property renovation project that meant them adjusting their work schedules continuously! . Highly recommended

They did a very good job with my home AV system and advising on getting the most out of a historic system we inherited (prior to us moving in). Always responsive to questions post installation and would happily recommend them.

We used AV innovation to advise us on how best to set up a reliable network within our apartment and as to what AV system we should use for audio and video while maintaining access to all types of media. We then used them to install and configure WiFi, audio and video. This included installing speakers in the roof. At all times we found James and Christopher professional, most helpful and very careful when working in our apartment. We are extremely satisfied with the work they have done for us and would not hesitate in using them again for all our AV and network needs.
