EPI ELECTRICAL LIMITED

Recently bought a new house with old electrics. Andrew fitted a new consumer unit and has since installed a new oven circuit. Have more electrical jobs upcoming and he will be the first person I'll contact. Excellent experience, high quality of work and fair prices

I moved into a new flat and needed some electrical odd jobs doing - new sockets and ceiling lights, removal of wall lights. Andrew provided an excellent service at a reasonable price. Happy to have him as a local electrician and will definitely use in the future.

Total rewire & full electrical installation in our apartment refurbishment. Including laundry appliances, kitchen appliances, wall mounted multi media & concealed cabling, bespoke lighting, extraction fans etc.. Superb 5 star service. Consistent on timing, clean work, skills & knowledge, accredited work, totally professional . Superb job. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with Andrew. Extremely clean and tidy considering the dusty work required to install a new extractor fan within our bathroom. The work was completed as per the quotation and talked us through the process from start to finish. We would highly recommend and will use his services again in the future if required.

Very professional, Andrew and team were great 👍🏼

Andrew responded to my request the same day i sent it and once we argreed on a time and date, he arrived with his colleugue Dan, at that time. Andrew was courteous and patient, while i explained the issue and after he explained the possible problem areas, they then got straight to work. I like Andrews approach on how he communicated his progress and what he was going to test next, which put my mind at ease from my earlier questions All i can say is excellent service, prices are competitive and i will definitely be using EPI Electrical again, as i feel confident in thier professionalism and service

Fantastic service from Andrew and his team, we were delighted with the professionalism, knowledge and care with which they dealt with our enquiry. I called them in the morning and we were lucky enough that they could come over the same afternoon - I'm writing this review on the same day, with all the work complete and report and invoice received! Beyond impressed and happy to recommend them highly.

After comparing several quotes, I asked EPI Electrical to conduct an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on a property pre-purchase. Andrew was very responsive and was happy to liaise directly with the vendor/estate agent to schedule a time to inspect the property. The EICR was sent to me promptly after the inspection and a quote for the required work soon after it was requested. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service.

Andrew and Dan recently came to change some switches and install plug sockets in our new apartment. Andrew was really quick to respond to my emails, came to give us a quote and was able to carry out the works within a week. We are really pleased with everything they did, leaving the apartment super clean and tidy. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend!

Really good service. I will definitely be using them again.

Andrew and his colleague/trainee installed 2 ceiling fans for my flat in Brixton - the price was fair, communication was good, and they were very professional and polite throughout. Andrew also showed me how to properly work the fans afterwards, and gave me tips for where to order the bulbs for the light portion. Will be recommending them to other tenants in the building!

Highly recommended. Ticked every box. Did a great job. I'll definitely use this firm again.

Andrew is everything that you would expect from a professional ,he was punctual, skillful, and truly focussed on installing our new consumer unit ,very thorough and explained everything we didnt understand, very good at communicating, very glad we got him to do the job and will recommend him for a well done job

A fantastic service, we would definitely recommend, Andrew and the team were very professional and efficient. On two occasions we made an emergency call out, both of which they attended within the hour. Thanks EPI.

Very pleased with Andrew's work and the easy and confidence with which I am able to appoint him for jobs. He is prompt and organised and can be left to his own devices to book and attend with tenants.

EPI Contractors are an extremely professional outfit. Mr Andrew Gaunt, Director visited my home where he surveyed the job, took measurements and clarified my requirements. Competitive written quote provided within two days. Mr Gaunt and one apprentice carried out the work with precision and due care, bearing in mind that I have sanded and exposed original floor- boards. High standard workmanship, and they were courteous and approachable throughout. Will certainly be recommending them whenever anyone asks for a “Decent” electrician locally. Really great, friendly local electrician. Needed a fusebox upgraded and Andrew came over and did the job very quickly. I would definately trust him to do all future work for us. Thanks

My Landlord was looking for a good local Electrician to switch our old gas cooker to electric cooker. He informed me that Andrew came up as one of the top local electrician in our area and he was right! It was a smooth transition for us. Andrew understood the urgency of having a working cooker for my young family. The family was happy with his work! He indeed lived up to what my landlord said. I will surely recommend EPI!!!

Quick to respond. Very friendly and happy to answer questions. Resolved issue quickly

Andrew fitted three new plug sockets in our sitting room and dining room. The work was top notch, finished to a really highly standard and at a reasonable price. I will be contacting EPI for any other electrical work that needs doing. Very highly recommended.

Andrew did an electric installation in our garden workshop. He was extremely helpful, explaining to us what we needed, did an amazing, efficient and tidy job and good value too. We are very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew did a brilliant job re-venting my kitchen extractor fan through a different wall - the work was high quality, quick and tidy. Would definitely recommend or use his services again in future.

Andrew is a very courteous, professional and skilled tradesmen. We remained resident during a complete rewire of our Victorian house, at no point were we left without power or heat other than the ‘switch over’ day. At the end of every working day our home was left tidy and safe, all raised boards were put back and all tools put away so that thoroughfares accessible to all areas in the house. During these works we always felt able to discuss the schedule and Andrew would always offer advice or solutions when needed. I would highly recommend Andrew/EPI

Andrew was quick to answer any queries. Arrived on time and got the job sorted swiftly and considerately. He was happy to answer any questions and very fairly priced.

Andrew has recently done some repair work on our flat and installed our electric cooker. He is a very precise and tidy worker. I can't recommend him enough, he also has great ideas for lighting. A very kind and honest trady, a rarity nowadays.
