Having our wall charger installed by the Eight Cube team was straight forward and hassle free. The team, especially Meera and Vic, were extremely helpful when we encountered issues relating to our car not charging overnight. Although the issue never lay with the charger nor the installation, Meera and Vic supported us throughout by offering strategies and possible solutions, always answering the phone and emails promptly. We are extremely grateful for all of Eight Cube’s help and support and can only recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having a Hypervolt wall charger installed.

Had the hyper volt home 3 pro ev charger installed by eightcube solutions, from consultation to booking a date and installation it was effortless. The ev installer was professional explaining the installation and getting it set up on my phone, over all took under 3 hours would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Don’t need to look any further! Eight cube came through a recommendation and they did not disappoint! After an initial consultation they fitted in the charger super quick and took real care during installation. Super clean and professional. I should also mention my daughter loves the coloured lights on the charging device, when compared to other people’s devices which look dull! Had my Hypervolt 3.0 charger installed by Eightcube - I thought it would be a fiddly install given it’s on a leasehold property and having to deal with the management company but they made it really easy. A great price and excellent service.

Installed a new charger a few months ago. Super efficient with the new install and the job was completed in under 3 hours . Very tidy and all rubbish cleared up before they left not to mention they turned at the time you requested

Rude, arrogant - wouldn’t recommend

After living in my house for nearly 10 years, I had the misfortune of having to change a lightbulb. For most people this is a simple task. I preceded by ordering the correct light fitting on online. This was pain free. It arrived promptly on Tuesday. After being proud of the fact I had managed to order correctly. I looked at the box for the rest of the evening proud of the fact of the good job I had. Too ensure I didn't over stretch myself I didn't not fit it on Tuesday. I came home on Wednesday evening ready to tackle the arduous task of replacing a light bulb. Too ensure my better half felt part of the process I instructed her to get the required tools. She completed the task albeit with some moaning about me not getting what I required before I took the 2 steps up the ladder. I proceeded to disconnect the faulty light and install the new one. All of a sudden, the fuse tripped. I double check my work and all seemed ok. And pushed the fuse up. Proud of the job I had just completed. I pressed the light switch and if by magic the light came on. I was proud of the fact I managed to change a lightbulb. 5 seconds later I noticed even though the light I had changed was working another 4 had stopped. Perplexed by this I check my work and it appeared ok. The next day I messaged a group of friends to see if they knew any electricians and explained the situation. Within 1 hour I received a message from an electrician that knew one of the friends I messaged earlier. I explained the situation. He said someone will be round between 16:00-17:00. At 16:10 the engineers arrived. They looked at my handy work and noticed a minor error with a cable. They promptly resolved the issue within 10 mins. Overall, I was extremely happy with the prompt service I received from Eightcube. Thanks Eightcube Solutions Ltd for your prompt and excellent service.

Spoke to them and emailed pictures to them and then nothing. No response or calls returned after numerous messages. Pity as they wasted my time and finally had to restart the whole process with another company who got it all sorted.
