Work reported includes a double socket and lighting in a summerhouse, an intercom system across three floors and two entrance doors, LEDs fitted into skylights, and a socket and light fitted at short notice. One reviewer said everything moved was put back and no mess or rubbish was left, and another said the property was left clean. Several reviewers said they would use the company again or recommend it. One review said the company came promptly late at night after a fuseboard tripped out.
From arranging a quote to getting the job done I can not fault Elegant Electrical Ltd. All members of staff are courteous and friendly. Everything was explained to me during the quote process so I knew exactly what work was needed. No hidden extras. Was booked in quickly. Lucas and Christian were on time and professional throughout. Everything that was moved was put back in place, there was no mess no rubbish left behind. Compared to others they are very reasonable but most of all they have excellent customer service. No messing around they worked non stop the whole time they were here. I now have a double socket and lighting in my summerhouse
This company attended today to install a very complex intercom system. My property is spread over 3 floors and had two entrance doors. Lucas and George were professional, patient and hard working. They ensured the smooth installation of the entire system and left the property as they found it, clean. Thank you! You have made our lives so much easier. We look forward to opening the main doors from the top floor! 😀 My 7 year old is particularly elated!
Very skilled and professional electrician. Will be using again!
