EVC Electrical Installations

I purchased a charger via Pod Point and EVC installations were used for the install. Super positive experience with Joe. He let me know the day before the two hour window he expected to arrive and timing was spot on. He talked through what he needed to do, where I wanted the charger and gave advice as to where would be best for my driveway. He also took the time to show me the app, how it worked etc. All round great service, really impressed. Thank you

Really quick, easy and professional, cheers Ben for installing my EV charger

Ben did a great job with the installation of an EV charger. He was very neat and tidy with the work. He was also very friendly despite being soaked on a previous job!!

Ben was fantastic from the very beginning, with excellent communication throughout. He arrived on time and, as discussed during the initial consultation, ensured the installation went exactly as planned. I was a little apprehensive about having the cabling routed under the floor, but Ben did an excellent job, and the finish was neat and professional. Overall, a fantastic service at a very competitive price. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from EVC Electrical Installations. The installer took the time to find a much neater cable route from the consumer unit to the charger than originally planned. Power was only off for about 20 minutes, and the whole installation, including walking me through the app setup, was completed well within the morning. Tidy, professional, and thoroughly recommended.

Installed a Hypervolt Home Pro 3 for us. Really friendly pair (Joe & Ewan); arrived on time and were really quick, efficient and professional.

Great job by EVC .

Excellent car charger installation. The installer arrived on time, did the work quickly and cleanly and clearly explained how to use the charger.

Great service - engineer was friendly and knowledgable, and the finished result was high quality.

We had a top quality experience with our installation from start to finish. Our man arrived on time and we discussed the best route for the cable which was through the loft and position for the charger, both I agreed. The out come was a very neat and a perfect job. Another big thank you to Arron a top man and AVC.

Arrived on time, installer was polite and went through the process and also assisted with set up on the app. Only minor issue was a small amount of mess left after but not to worry.

Harry did an excellent job installing the hypervolt charger, he's thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of installation.

Great installation, installer was both knowledgeable and friendly. Install was neat and tidy.

Louis fitted the Hypervolt charger perfectly. He listened to how we felt the charger would suit us to be installed and did a terrific job. We have solar and batteries and we’re conscious of integrating correctly. A very neat job. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Very good.

On time quick and friendly, and worked in messy confined space when other electricians would have added cost or complained

The team were professional, kept the area clean and did a great job

Efficient, well planned installation

Switch fuss free installation with friendly staff

The guy that fitted my charger drilled through my gas pipe. And was quick to leave and only connected it to 5g but I want it connected to WiFi and now it’s not working and still having trouble getting through to cord. Also it took over a month to get booked in. They said it should be done in a couple of weeks.

Fab service - super quick and efficient and very tidy and respectful workmanship

Easy to book, good communication. Fitter friendly and helpful.

We had the company in to fit our Hypervolt EV charger. They arrived when they were scheduled to. Completed a very tidy install in only a couple of hours. Both electricians were very professional and helpful

Excellent service provided by Ash and EVC. Ordered EV charger direct through Hypervolt. Ash fitted the charger and all other bits neatly and to a high standard. Everything was supplied and fitted exactly as required and I'm really pleased with the installation. Thanks.

EV chargers are all overpriced but this was bought from POD. However, EVC the installers were an absolute pleasure and the individual on the day is a credit to EVC’s business

Joe and his apprentice did a great job of installing my EV charge point. Work was completed exactly within the timeslot advised and everything left clean and tidy. The new RCD/consumer unit was marked up clearly with the new and existing connections and Joe took the trouble to explain the changes to me. The charge point itself was exactly where I wanted it (even though other locations would have been easier) and cabling was routed unobtrusively to keep the look of a heritage building. 10/10

EVC installed my Hypervolt EV Charger - Great communication in the run up and on the day of installation. Meraj did a great job on the day of installation, listening to my requirements, explaining the whole process and doing a neat and professional job. Thank you.

Excellent process from start to finish. Neat, informative & efficient. Happy Customers :)

Really pleased with the job EVC did installing my Hypervolt EV Charger. Ben was great during the pre-install process, working through the requirements remotely and understanding exactly what I required. He was clear about the options and any potential downsides of the choosen route and install location, so I knew what to expect before the day. Louis did the installation and was excellent. He turned up as arranged, already knew exactly what had been discussed with Ben, and just got on with it. Really polite, professional and tidy, and the finished job was exactly what I wanted. I particularly wanted to avoid visible cabling and he did a great job of keeping everything neat. Once finished, Louis took the time to show me how everything worked and helped get me set up with the Hypervolt app. Really good experience from pre-install through to completion. Thanks to Ben and especially Louis for a great job.

Very good

My installation was professional and quick, would highly recommend

So pleased with our Electric car port which was fitted by this company. From booking my appointment by phone , to having it fitted , staff were polite and very professional. Explained how to use it , showed us very step . Cleaned up after fitting , left no mess . Would definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

I recently had my EV charger installed by Ben from EVC Electricals, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Ben arrived exactly on time, was professional throughout, and completed the installation to a very high standard. He was friendly, positive, and happy to answer any questions I had about the charger and its setup. What impressed me most was how clean and tidy he left everything once the job was finished. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ben and EVC Electricals to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional EV charger installer. Thank you for a fantastic job!

We had such a fantastic experience with Aaron, our technician, and genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We were his first appointment of the day and he arrived early, completely prepared and ready to get started. From the moment he arrived, he was gracious, polite and incredibly considerate. We had a sleeping baby in the house, and Aaron was so thoughtful about this - he deliberately carried out as much of the quieter preparation work as possible before beginning the installation, simply to avoid disturbing us. That level of awareness and kindness really stood out. He installed our EV charger outside and ran the main cable neatly back into the consumer unit, working efficiently and leaving absolutely minimal mess behind. Everything was completed with real care and professionalism. Once the installation was finished, Aaron was also incredibly helpful with setting up the Pod Point app. He explained everything calmly and clearly, was patient with any questions we had, and made the whole process feel completely straightforward and reassuring. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical professionalism with such a genuinely lovely manner. Aaron was calm, courteous, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the entire appointment. I really cannot recommend him enough. EVC Installations are very lucky to have him, and I sincerely hope Aaron continues with the company for many years and has a fantastic career ahead of him. He absolutely deserves it. Thank you, Aaron - a brilliant service from start to finish.

Exceptional, clean and tidy installation of EV charger. I really recommend EVC Electrical.

Great communications leaving up to the installation of my EV charger. Punctual arrival by Ben with a professional efficient installation. Great clean work. Five star service easily.

Really good professional service. Worked quickly and efficiently. Managed also to get the wiring done without it on display by going under the floor boards. Recommended.

Friendly, professional electrician and a very neat installation of an EV charger at my home.

Very good

EVC Electrical Installations did a great job of installing my Hypervolt EV charger. Meraj did the install and he was exactly on time, professional, friendly and was accommodating in listening to my requirements and suggesting options. He did a good job and I'm pleased with it. Overall the company have great communication and are very professional.

Great service from start to finish. Very professional and answered all my questions promptly and in full. The installation itself was terrific - the engineer arrived on time, politely explained exactly what he’d do and then completed an extremely clean and neat install. He clearly explained how the charger worked and took me through the app settings. Excellent stuff 👍🏻

Excellent service and am very happy with new new home car charging point. Ash was particularly helpful and did an high quality innovative installation .

Arrived early (actually beat me there!) and the whole experience was brilliant from the second I saw him. I just told Ben where I wanted the charger, and he sorted out all the rest: positioning, cabling, and install in record time. Not even sure how he managed it so quickly! Left everything spotless, walked me through setting up the box and app, and made the whole thing effortless. Cheers Ben, couldn't ask for better. Hopefully I can book you again when I need to add more devices down the line!

Installation done really considerately, installer was friendly, professional and took the time needed, explained all the steps and I was really happy with the outcome.

5 starts for the team at EVC Electrical for making the process easy throughout on the installation of my ev charger.

Excellent service from Joe. Explained everything in plain English, nothing to technical. Everything was tidy when they left.

Amazing job went above and beyond to complete a near Job great guy.

Highly recommend Hypervolt, good product and very good installation. The engineer who installed our EV charger did a really good job. Whole process went smoothly.

EVC were brilliant, installed the charger without any faff or drama at all. Ash was super friendly, approachable and did a good job helping me to set everything up. Overall really happy with the full service we received, no complaints!

Good communication, all paperwork provided after ev charger install. Would recommend.

Really happy with the service that I received. Great communication, easy to use booking system, helped with a request I had following my old charger ceasing to work. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service, great communication from start to finish and highly professional EV charger installation.

Ash did a great job of installing our EV charger. The installation followed exactly the route we discussed beforehand, and the result is neat and unobtrusive. Ash worked quickly and efficiently, left no mess, and cleaned up after the job leaving the site as he found it. When the work was completed he explained to me the details of the installation, and helped me install and configure the Hypervolt app to ensure that the car charged as expected. The job completely met my expectations.

Very quick and courteous. Tidy installation inside and out

Team coordination was good. Very professional. Work done very neat.

Ben was out installer he was on time and was clear as to where he was going to fit the charger . Professional and very good on advising on setting up the app

From my initial referral via Hypervolt for my wall charger instal it has been a pleasure to deal with EVC Electrical Instalations . Their responsiveness, communication , price & workmanship have been excellent from beginning to end culminating in Louis providing a high quality installation Many thanks to EVC Electrical Instalations.

Great guys. Work carried out steadily.

From start to finish a very pain free installation

I was very impressed with Hypervolt from the first email conversation to the actual installation by the engineer Joe MacGowan. The EV Charger was installed within 3 weeks of my contact with Hypervolt. The actual installation was clean and tidy and surprisingly only took about 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend using this Company to anyone unsure of what product to buy.

Amazingly quick and effective installation, took less than 2 hours!

Thank you all in EVC electrical team especially to Ben. Great customer care and excellent service. We couldn’t be happier.

Exceptional experience from start to finish I cannot recommend evc electrical highly enough. The online booking and enquiring system was easy to use and replies were fast. The installation was finished so neatly. A genuinely professional job. Setup and operation was fully tested and explained to me immediately after installation and we were able to choose the charger we wanted.

Good service, I recommend them!

Very good service. Laid out the options we had for where the charger would go and provided a great introduction to get us up and running. Highly recommended

I would absolutely recommend EVC installations. We had to wait nearly four weeks as they are so busy but still quicker than Octopus. Louis installed our charger, her was great, very polite and tidy. Explained everything. Highly recommended and priced competitively.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ben was professional, punctual and tidy, completing the installation exactly as requested. Communication via Hypervolt was excellent throughout, and Ben clearly took pride in doing a great job. I had a great experience with EVC Electrical Installation. The whole process of installing my EV charger was clean and hassle-free from start to finish. Great company. Very efficient. Staff lovely.

The person has come ontime and installed quickly, Aaron explained well.

Good Service, Louis was very helpful and installed with out any issues

Really great service. Kept me informed of arrival times the day before and on the day. Really friendly, professional behaviour. Best and tidy work. Highly recommend.

EVC installed my EV car charger. The total price included the charging point and its installation. (The charger was supplied by easee and cost £899 which included an amount for a simple installation less than 10m from the consumer unit / fuse box). My installation required approximately 30m of cabling from the front of my house to the garage at the back. EVC did the work very neatly in about 3.5 hours, arriving in reasonable time according to schedule. The electrician (Ben) made some good suggestions to improve the cable route which I accepted. The cost for my more difficult installation was agreed in advance of the work. I was pleased with the final layout and work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication, installation went exactly as planned with a thorough explanation of the app and how the point works from Louis who did the fitting.

Installed on time. Helpful and friendly electrician. Exactly what ai expected.

A very tidy EV charger installation. The installer was pleasant and accommodating with our install, which wasn't the most straightforward. Demonstrated the charger at completion. Very happy with EVC Electrical Installations.

Polite, helpful, professional and did a fantastic job. Managed to install the EV charger without even noticing a change inside the house. Brilliant.

Great value and super efficient. Team were in and out in no time, did a great job and very happy with the install and new charger. Thanks

Ben installed the EV charger without any issues despite having to route the cable around a wall and door frame as there was no access to the front of the house due to underfloor heating. The cable was neatly housed in conduit. Very happy with the results. I did have one issue post install with the Hypervolt charger which was wired to the internet in that it was dropping the connection and would not reconnect. If others experience the same issue setup a fixed IP address for your charger on your internet router settings. Hypervolt support weren't much help with this although I would still recommend the charger. Overall would recommend EVC.

Remote survey completed and costs agreed as my install was slightly outside the scope of a standard installation. Neat and tidy install and the charger (Hypervolt 3 Pro) was installed where I requested with no fuss. Arrived when they said they would and job was completed to my satisfaction. All certs arrived a few days after settling the invoice. No issues to report at all.

Very friendly and did a good job with a tricky installation.

Couldn't be happier with the product, accompanying app, installation and communication from start finish. Super efficient, prompt and friendly service. Ben was proficient and gave all the information we needed. Would highly recommend them and the Hypervolt product after tirless research into which new charger to go for. Save the time and use EVC and Hypervolt!

Great work. Thank you

EVC provided an excellent service from start to finish. Communication before the appointment was clear and efficient, which made the whole process straightforward. The installation itself was smooth and carried out by friendly, professional engineers. They took the time to explain the EV app clearly, showed me how to use it effectively, and even walked me through a trial run of plug in an charge, which was very helpful. The installation was clean and seamless, with great attention to detail throughout. I would highly recommend EVC to anyone considering an EV charger installation.

Excellent communication, informed of every step of process and completed as scheduled

Excellent work done by EVC, special thanks to Ben and Aaron, highly recommended for EV chargers installation

Excellent service ,great comms, Joe was brilliant very friendly and explained everything to me on the day very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend 👌

Found them through Hypervolt website ordering the chargers. The installation was very professionally done, very clean and tidy. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever! I'd highly recommend using them!

EVC did an excellent installation of a Hypervolt charger on our property. The location was a bit further than usual but EVC did it flawlessly and took great care to make sure that not only did it work well but that it was done neatly and looked good when finished.

Fantastic service from Ben, went above and beyond installing my EV charger making sure the installation was as discreet and tidy as possible.

A very easy process to follow and arrange. Fitting went smoothly with no issues and a neat job achieved. The system was fully explained to me. Not much else you can say about EV Chargers, but if like me you're not an expert then EVC make it as simple as can be.

Super easy process to book and the guy that came round knew exactly what he was doing and was really nice. Would definitely recommend EVC.

Ben was very helpful and carried out the work quickly and very cleanly.

Great service & communication. Excellent work, turned up and fitted charger with no problems. Highly recommended.

Excellent service all around. Josh the installer was timely, polite, tidy and did an excellent job. Can't praise Ben and his team more. 5/5.

Every step of this install was very smooth. From giving detail for a quote to main install. We were kept up-to-date all along the way. The install wasn't as straight forward as it should be but Joe made light work of the unforseen issues and had us up and running in no time

EVC installed my home car charger and were very professional. Work was neat and tidy and each step was discussed and explained. Engineer was fantastic and when he found a problem that should have halted the install for the day he managed to get the parts required to resolve the issue. Highly recommended company

Very professional and great service. Would recommend.

Ben is a fantastic engineer, knowledgeable, installation was perfect, would highly recommend.

Very professional installation. The fitter was super friendly and helpful. Thank you

Excellent work, turned up and fitted charger with no problems, neat and tidy.

Brilliant service from Aaron installing out home Ev charger, quick and informative 5*

Good and clear communication, nice, quick and neat installation work. Well recommended contractor.

I couldn’t have expected more from Aaron. He went way above my expectations when installing my new EV charging point. I feared that he would need to drill big holes in the house right into our new external insulation. Instead he used the underfloor space for all the cable routing. His communication and customer support was exemplary. Thank you Aaron!

Excellent first class service. Good communication, planning and scheduling with installer via the web-based messaging service. The installation, although non-standard, was perfect - exactly to my spec. Aaron the installer was very efficient but above all, he was friendly and cheerful - service with a smile.

Very impressed with EVC. They quickly and efficiently installed my EV charger. Friendly and professional service.

Great service & easy communication. EVC replaced my old EV charger with a new Hypervolt one - the whole process from start to finish was excellent. Communication about this install was simple and I had contact on the day from the installer to confirm when he would arrive. Arrived on time and went through everything to check it was all OK and completed everything quickly and neatly - so much better than my old installation. Took time to make sure the charger connected to the app and was all set up and working properly and explained all the features of the app and charger to me before leaving. Would highly recommend !

Brilliant service. Very happy with the installation and overall experience. Thanks you!

Amazing quick job done by Aaron from EVC. The invoice reflected the quote and communication was good during the process. Ben offered to go on a phone call before I decided which EV charger to go for which was useful. Overall happy with the installation and the process.

EVC did a great job! Was very impressed with their work and their expertise. Would 100% recommend

The whole process was efficient from initial quote through to the completion of the installation The electrician arrived promptly at time he said then efficiently and neatly completed the installation and explained the fundamentals of the charger without totally confusing us with to much information

Very happy with the installation. The job was done quickly and professionally, highly recommended.

Very happy with the service Very straight forward process and good communications throughout. I had a cable route through the house in mind, however Ben suggested an alternative that was far neater than my original idea Installation was very clean and professional, once the charger was installed Ben walked me through the phone application I would recommended using EVC Electrical Installations if you are looking for someone to install your charger

Very efficient fitting of my car charger. Tidy fitting cables around my house that are invisible.

Quick and easy to arrange. Ben was super professional and did a great job

Process was very easy, communication great, installer on time, very efficient and polite. Made sure we fully understood how to use the charger and app before he left. Would definitely recommend

Joe and Euan were amazing, they arrived promptly kept me up to date throughout the installation and were able to install the charger without any cable showing. They then took me through how everything works including the app and stayed with me whilst we worked out an issue with my car kit which they didn’t have to do. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a 5 star standard of work and service! Highly recommended!

Good service. Very prompt and tidy with their work.

Great survey and booking process for fitting a car charger. Good prices, good communication. Recommended

Guys did an amazing job. Fast work and looks great. Very friendly staff.

EVC came highly recommended to me by our neighbour. Louis did a great job in finding the best route (through the garage loft space) for running the cabling from the back to the front of our house for the most convenient placement for our charger. Ben and his team were easily and efficiently contactable and gave valuable advice. The quote was competitive and I’m glad I waited a few extra weeks for the right people to do our installation. I would highly recommend.

I can not fault the service I received from EVC Installs. Louie arrived on time, verified my preferred placement and got to work. My Hypervolt unit was installed in under 90 minutes and Louie took the time to explain the app features; he knows the system. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I can’t recommend Ben and Louis highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and stress-free. Communication was absolutely fantastic throughout – they kept me informed every step of the way, answered any questions quickly, and made everything so easy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach really stood out. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and it was clear they genuinely cared about providing the best possible service and experience. It’s rare to come across people who are not only great at what they do but also make the entire process enjoyable. Ben and Louis exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you both for such an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Ben and Louis to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and first-class service! Raei & Guvinder

Joe and his son make a good team .on time polite clean and a good job done. Good communication from start to finish from the company will use again in the future thank you

EVC were the company Hypervolt provided to me for the instal of my wall EV charger. Fantastically accommodating with being able to move the install to another date. Louis arrived promptly and completed the install to an extremely high standard. He was kind enough to talk us through the app and explain what’s what! 5* Would recommend

Installation was done quickly and tidily. Installer was friendly. The price was reasonable. Would have been 5 stars but installer left a lot of brick dust where he had been drilling the wall.

Quick installation and apt communication, delighted with the service received and guidance on using the hypervolt app.

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Aaron from EVC Electrical installed my Hypervolt charger, kept me informed about his arrival time, and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout.

Nice guy installed my hypervolt charger, nice neat job.

Hired them to install my hypervolt charger through hypervolt. Unfortunately a job overran so my job got delayed but they were communicative about it and the delay wasn't long. The electrician on site identified that my installation was easier than I'd anticipated and charged me less than the original quotation.

Aaron from EVC was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful with the install of my home charger. I cannot fault him at all, he is an asset to the company. I wish him every success, would highly recommend.

Aaron from EVC did a great job installing the Hypervolt 3.0 Pro. Very helpful and installed quickly. Tidy job.

Ben was very accommodating with the Hypervolt EV charger that he needed to install at my property. I needed him to fix the EV charger sooner than the scheduled installation date and he did his best to meet my need and fix it as soon as he could. Very friendly and helpful throughout the installation process, even when he had to come back again as the EV charger had been delivered to his company’s warehouse and not directly to me, as is the norm.

Very happy with every aspect of the charger install. Good communication, good price and everything done to a good standard. Nice to use a local family business too.

EVC were brilliant. They came back to me quickly with a quote, including being flexible on my preferred choice of (white) external consumer unit. The installation was arranged for 3 weeks later, which was about what I was expecting. The installation took just under 2 hours. Louis, the installer, was efficient, polite and helpful.

Extremely neat and on time work installing our hypervolt charger.

Brilliant installation by Ben who went above and beyond to run the cable in a way that we wouldnt see. Really great service, nice guy, no hesitation in recommending him!

Very clear about timings and communicated very well before the date. A slightly complicated route for the cable but this was worked out beforehand. All work carried out tidily and to a high standard. Good tutorial about the app before he left.

Joe and Ewan arrived promptly and got to work straight away. The installation went perfectly to plan, with everything exactly where I wanted it. A very neat installation. Thank you, guys. It's worth adding that installation was booked through Hypervolt and every step from order to completion was well documented, with easy comms throughout. The attached photo shows the charger looking very neat. The wires hanging beneath the door are Sky cables and nothing to do with the charger.

Quick and easy installation. Our installer was super friendly and got us up and running much earlier than expected. Happy with the quality

Fantastic team , joseph and his apprentice. Did a very neat and professional installation in double quick time. Made sure we understood how to use the charger and the dos and don’ts. Highly recommended

I was very pleased with the installation of my new EV charger. The team kept me in the loop on a regular basis. Joe and his apprentice arrived as agreed. The work was completed in a tidy fashion with all waste taken away. There was a minor hiccup with connection to my Wi-Fi system but once I had fixed that, Joe returned to make a quick change to the charger setup. All is now working as anticipated.

Really good service. Good comms, excellent job and professional/friendly/helpful installers.

Really good service from EVC Installs. I have used them several times and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Everytime the job has been completed efficiently and professionally.

Had EVC Electrical Installations fit my EV charger. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Louie the engineer was on time and done a very neat job consulting me on all decisions. On completion he showed me how it all worked and help me set up the app. On my phone. Would thoroughly recommend this company if you are in the market for a supply and fit EV charger.

Excellent installation from Joe and Euan. Very helpful, neat and efficient.

Brilliant communication, a great installer who turned up on time and was really professional and a superb product. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience with Ben at EVC. Talked us through the whole process in advance and executed everything very neatly, even though my house was tricky and wasn’t considered a standard installation.

Ben was great, install went smoothly and as required. Minimal disruption and no mess after he left. Charger working fine and seem to be more efficient than the "granny charger".

Perfect installation. On time, neat, tidy, polite. Ran cables and sited charger exactly where I wanted them. High quality workmanship. Explained charger basics on completion. Left no mess. Very happy customer!

I had a lovely experience with EVC Installers team. My electrician Aron was very experienced and he managed to install my new Hypervolt EV home charger in a very clean and professional way. Aron was also very friendly and I am more than satisfied with the service given. Highly recommended for EV home charger installation.

EVC have great website that allows you to submit photos of your property so that you can specify where you want your charger installed. You then get an itemized price for the job. Joseph our electrician and his apprentice arrived to complete the work. A really tidy job. They explained the operation of the equipment and removed all rubbish from the site. A great plus was the wide range of chargers they had to offer.

Smooth process throughout. Good communication and installed on time. Installers were very helpful and efficient. Happy to recommend.

Very good notification of time of arrival and took me through the charging app after a clean and tidy install, thanks, Joe.

friendly, punctual, efficient and tidy

Great service did what they said they would and very much informative thank you

Really professional service. We had them fit an EV charger from HyperVolt as one of their recognised installers. Turned up promptly and completed the install to a high standard. Communicated throughout well on placement. Highly recommend.

I recently had my EV charger installed by Ben and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. The quote process was incredibly quick. I uploaded some photos, described what I needed, and had a same-day quote back. Within a week the job was done. That kind of turnaround is rare and really sets the tone. His pricing came in just below other quotes I’d received and felt incredibly fair for the quality of work delivered. On the day, Ben was polite, professional, and tidy. He cleaned up thoroughly after every stage of the work. He was also really accommodating with how I wanted the cables routed and didn’t just take the easy option. He took the time to discuss the best approach for everything and offered genuinely useful expert advice throughout. If you’re looking for a company you can trust to do the job properly, communicate well, and leave you feeling confident in the installation, EVC are your first call. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

Very pleased with the installation. Punctual, friendly and professional. Would recommend

Happy customer - Ordered charger via Hypervolt website. Communications were good and it was fitted promptly on scheduled date and time by Joe and Ewan. Joe found a good route for the cable under the floorboards and along the outside of the house which avoided any visible internal cabling. Ewan showed us how to use the Hypervolt app and took the time to make sure we could connect the lead to our car for a short charging session. Thank you.

EV charger installation communication was brilliant with email updates regularly. The installer- Aaron, was great. Really friendly and helpful and took into consideration where we wanted the device placed. Very good service all round- would recommend.

Aaron was very friendly and clearly explained the process of installing the EV charger. He gave me plenty of notice about turning thr electricity off and was very efficient. I would highly recommend him!

Great service

Great experience with EVC Electrical - I got 3 quotes and they were the first to respond and they were also the cheapest. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their quote software made it very easy to give them the information they needed. Booking an appointment was easy, and the wait was not long. The installation was quick and very professional.

EVC Electrical Installations Ltd., carried out alterations and integration our solar and battery systems. Their quotation was very competitive, all the costs were itemised and easy to understand. All the team are professional, polite and very helpful. Their workmenship is first class. They arranged for the necessary permits for the installation. If you are looking for a truly honest company we highly recommend EVC Electrical Intallations Ltd., Mr & Mrs AK - Bromley.

Fast instal with friendly service, unit looks very neat!

Louis was great. He problem-solved and kept me informed and involved throughout the installation. I would thoroughly recommend Hypervolt. The whole experience was great from start to finish tbh.

Quick, neat, professional and helpful! Joe kept me updated in the lead up to the installation, was flexible to accommodate some small last moment changes, and took the time once the installation was completed to make sure I was fully set up on the app. When I had a problem a couple of days afterwards, Joe was available to speak and give guidance.

Aaron was really polite and knowledgeable, a real credit to your company. Haven't been able to use the charger yet as my car delivery date changed, but the demo seemed simple enough and Aaron said if there's any issues, just to give him a call and he'll be able to assist. Great communication throughout. Thanks guys!

Aaron carried out our Hypervolt charger installation to the highest standard. He was kind, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I was ready to charge without any problems. I never felt rushed, and was well informed throughout the entire process. Thanks once again!

Big thank you to Ben and Aaron. Ben kindly got me scheduled in asap as we were in a rush to get our charger installed after being let down by a competitor who decided to call sick 30 mins before our install after a month of planning! I was kept informed of Aaron’s ETA, he did a superb job and went to great effort to ensure we had the best and neatest possible solution for our non-standard install. There’s really nothing to fault here, they do exactly what they say they will do, and they are good at what they do. Dealing with EVC gave me a sense of customer focus, integrity, and professionalism. They definitely take pride in their work. I’d highly recommend them If you need a charger installed for your EV. Thanks again Ben and Aaron, top guys.

Leaving a review for Ben at EVC installers. Firstly, their customer service portal system is fantastic. I work in Technology and this worked seamlessly. Secondly, we had some installation issues during the project which were unforeseen, but Ben the installer came back not just once, but twice to resolve the issues with no extra charge. Many thanks!

Excellent service Very efficient Friendly and knowledgeable engineer Quick turnaround time from order to installation Helped set up App and explained it all Would highly recommend this company

Aaron was able to come earlier on the day, was professional throughout, and the install was done to a very high standard. Took the time to walk me through the Hypervolt app and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Great install, took longer as it was a more complicated install, coming from downstairs to upstairs in the middle of the house and under the landing floorboards and out the front of the house. All left clean as before, wouldn't know they had been.Great friendly, professional install, recommended to a friend.

Fast, neat installation. Knowledgeable and friendly installer. Highly recommended

Excellent service, no complications or confusion! And the installer, Aaron, was professional, very polite and extremely knowledgeable! End to end service was perfection, but Aaron really was the highlight of the customer experience and an excellent ambassador for the brand!

The installer arrived on time, with good comms beforehand about his ETA. Carefully explained what he was going to do and how long it would take, and then did exactly that. Took the time after installation to explain how the charger works, and made sure I could charge my car up. Left no mess behind. Highly recommended

Excellent knowledge and helpful guidance to help me select the right charger. Installation was completed as promised, and was clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EVC to anybody who wants a professional installer. Ben was excellent. ( the prices are good too)

All installed with the minimum of fuss within a couple of hours.

Our EV charger installer Aaron was a friendly professional who explained everything and worked with me to ensure I was happy with every part of the installation.

Highly rate the advice and installation of this company.

Ben did an all round awesome job. His communication before the install was responsive and answered all questions On the day he turned up early, was amazingly efficient and neat/ tidy. Can’t praise him highly enough

Very helpful team and quality install

We had a great experience with this company, our installer was very professional, well mannered, cleaned up perfectly and was helpful and friendly. Very impressed and would 100% recommend.

Aaron did an amazing job. very neat and tidy and professional. I had several independent electricians attend prior to this to have a look and none of them suggested going under the stairs. so this was a pleasant surprise when Aaron turned up and said he was going to run the cables under the stairs If I ever have to install a EV charger again I would use EVC again and I hope the same engineer attends

Excellent communication from purchase to installation. Quick and tidy set up and very helpful getting me onto the app. Would recommend.

I can't recommend them enough. Very professional and the whole process is easy and straight forward. Brilliant service

Am very pleased with my hypervold charging point and with the fast and friendly install I got from EV Electrical Installations. Joe and co were friendly, efficient, did not leave a mess, and explained everything clearly.

Thank you to both Joe and Ben for our Zaptec charger install and the post-install support. Almost a week on it's still working perfectly so very happy.

Guys did a fantastic job. Really neat install and talked me through the Hypervoltv app so I can control the different functions. Highly recommend.

Had an EV charger installed by Louis. He was friendly and approachable, and took the time before starting to talk through what he was going to do and make sure we were happy with the charger location and cable route. After finishing, he demonstrated the charger and showed us the various components he'd installed. His work was neat with everything labelled and he left the installation area clean and tidy. Very happy with his work, and the service beforehand from EVC including an online survey and questionnaire.

A great experience with EVC and our Hypervolt charger installation. Good communication throughout; our installer Aaron was on time and very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient; and we now have a discreetly sited charger ready for when our EV arrives next month. Highly recommended.

Excellent, tidy installation of a Hypervolt car charger with minimal fuss and disruption and very good communication about the whole process.

Excellent customer service and installation. Ben communicated days prior to the installation date; arrived exactly on time, was polite, listened to my requirements regarding cable routing etc. The installation was exactly what I wanted without any issues. Very happy.

Excellent service. Arranging the appointment was easy and pretty quick. Aaron called me to give me an ETA and turned up when he said he would. He was friendly and professional. Explained everything and tidied up after himself. Everything worked perfectly straight away and it only took him about an hour.

Excellent. Aaron was a great fitter. Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The Hypervolt charger was fitted very neatly, with minimal mess and integrated with my wired home network. All in all very happy. I would definitely recommend EVC. In fact at some point this year we are having some building work done which will require removing and then refitting the charger, so I will be getting EVC back in to do this.

Excellent installation. We were involved in discussions about cable route and it was installed very professionally

Kept up to date all the way through. Had an issue after the install but Ben kept pushing to ensure it was fixed in a timely fashion and after the issue was resolved had a working a very neatly installed EV charger.

Great communication from start to finish. The onsite engineer, Aaron, was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He took the time to walk me through setting up the EV charger app and clearly explained how to use it. Overall a very smooth and positive experience.

The guys were great - quick installation of EV charger and showed me how to use the app

EVC came to us via Hypervolt and the process end-to-end has been good - scheduled at our convenience in a well-defined time slot, installation was great, Aaron showed up on time, discussed possible locations carefully, set things up sensibly in our consumer unit, tested it and ran through the app setup & WiFi clearly. (And all this was managed smoothly despite the charger failing to be delivered as expected - they handled this well a couple of days in advance, requiring no effort on our part.) Couldn't really ask for more 👍 - final proof of the pudding will be when our EV arrives this month 🤞

Great experience with EVC Electrical Installations. Aaron was excellent. Reminder before he arrived, a very professional job and kept us informed throughout. Super courteous and thoughtful. Shoes off when entering the house, extra care taken to conceal the cable in the garden down to the garage. Careful drilling in the garage and advising to cover our car to prevent dust. All great attention to detail and a very tidy, efficient and professional installation throughout. Very happy.

Excellent service , prompt service

Very helpful and efficient.

Very pleased with the electric car charger installed by Joe. He arrived on time, the whole installation was neater than I had expected and finally he spent time explaining how the system worked.

Joe and Ewan kept me updated on their arrival time. They were then punctual. They made great efforts to ensure the internal cabling was entirely hidden under floor. More generally, it was a very neat and professional job. They then thoroughly explained everything, ensuring I understood all aspects of the App. Very polite left everything clean and tidy. Couldn't be more pleased.

A very good service from start to finish. Well communicated regarding price, quote and install. Really impressed with the installation of an Ohme Home Pro completed by the EVC Electrical installation engineer Aaron. The charger looks great and the installation was completed without any issues. Aaron took care along the way to check the charger and holster would be exactly were we wanted it. Cabling back to the meter and fuse box all very neatly done. Highly recommended.

Really superb experience. Ben was responsive and helpful, and the pre-install pictures/videos were really thorough which gave confidence in the quoted price. On the day the install was clean, professional and non-disruptive. Overall a great experience, thank you.

EVC was very good and tidy with the installation. Highly recommended - thank you !

Ben was brilliant. Installed it really quick and professional.

Extremely professional perfect clean job finished installation in short time well happy highly recommended😆😆😆

My fitter was awesome, very polite, clean, nothing was a problem or too much trouble and the advice given was plentiful. After fitting my charging unit I was taken through the app and how to charge, and use my station. The charging station looks awesome and is very well fitted. The electrical tests and checks completed by my engineer was almost endless but inspired confidence about the fitting and knowledge of additional unit fitted to my home. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish. Almost immediate quote on a Saturday evening, answering multiple questions pre installation quickly, booking installation quickly at preferred time. On the day of installation it was a prompt arrival and good service. Highly recommended as a local business.

Brilliant experience with EVC Electrical Installations, prompt arrival at appointment time, really knowledgeable, tidy and patient with our questions. Pleasure to work with and I would be more than happy to recommend to others. Many thanks again!

I discovered EVC Electrical Installations through Hypervolt – being one of their approved installers. Initially I was contacted by Ben who asked me to send some photos of the circuit board etc and a video of the cabling route from my phone. After discussing with me the location of the charger I was told that I would have the opportunity to choose the final place on the day of the install if it can be accommodated. Following this I was sent a quote which was very acceptable. On the day of the install Joe and Ewan came and fitted the charger without fuss. Did a clean and tidy job within 3 hours. Ewan went through setting up the Hypervolt app on my phone. For a young man of his age I was very impressed at how good he was with a customer; talking me through the installation process and then explained how the app worked. Joe looked on like a proud patriarch, they were an excellent team and worked amicably round each other. After they left I downloaded the Octopus App and allowed that to schedule the first charge which went smoothly without a hitch - just like the whole process from start to finish! Extremely happy with it all and no hesitation in recommending EVC Electrical Installations.

From booking our EV charger installation we were kept up to date with the installation, which we were able to choose the date. Joe and Euan turned up on time and were friendly and informative about what they needed to do. They asked us where we wanted the unit fitted. They run the lead from our meter and then run it under the floor boards and went through to the outside wall under the skirting board. We were extremely pleased to have no leads showing inside the house. The EV unit outside was fitted pristinely and looks great. After fitting they helped with how to download the App and showed us how to use it and made sure everything was working. They put us at ease as complete novices and reassured us on how to use the EV charger. I would highly recommend them. Mr and Mrs W Ansell

Great service from quote to completion. EV charger installed and set up quickly with no problems.

Great experience with the installation itself. Aaron was excellent, very knowledgeable, highly personable young man. Worked fast, offered explanations and no issues post install. He gets 5/5. Lead time was a bit long, invest in more Aarons :), Though Sharon B was very helpful throughout the while process. Would use again

Very neat and tidy installation. Everything was explained clearly. Very happy

Engineer was prompt and very professional. Install was very neat and tidy. Perfect service.

Excellent service. On time. Beautifully installed. Tried to speak to others before who were being very pushy with how complex the installlation would be by trying to go behind the under stairs cupboard. He did the whole job in less than 2 hours with no fuss. Cannot recommend enough.

Ben was professional from the get go. The night before I got a text to say he’ll arrive at 8am and he was right on time. He quickly surveyed the best route for cabling and cracked on with it. Ben made sure the cables were hidden away as much as possible and very considerate throughout. I would highly recommend Ben and the team!

Fantastic Service from Louis and EVC team ! I’m really impressed with the service I received for my Hypervolt installation. Louis was my installer, and he was brilliant. From start to finish, he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He was professional, arrived on time, and clearly knew the Hypervolt system inside and out. The installation itself was very neat—no mess left behind—and most importantly, the charger is working perfectly.

Great company and awesome team

Our Installer (Aaron) was punctual, polite, friendly and explained everything very clearly. The installation was done to a high standard and very quickly.

We had a Hypervolt EV charger installed by EVC electrical. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. I did all the ground work myself and had all my questions answered very quickly. Everything was completed within a couple of weeks with a very nice tidy install. Thank you 🙏

Turned up promptly, did the work quickly and neatly. They were friendly and helpful, too.

These guys fitted an ev hypervolt charger. Was kept up to date througout and even managed to fit it earlier. Quick and efficient. Also explained how to use it. Thank you.

The entire experience from start to finish was impeccable. It started with a very easy to use interactive survey, where you supply key data of the install, some pictures & a short video, all really easy to follow, this allows for a very smooth install on the day. Arrived on time on the day, in a very professional looking vehicle. We went through exactly where I would like the charging point, to where the cables would be run & if that was ok. The job was done with clearly professional knowledge & to say the job was done to a high standard, neat & tidy is an understatement. We then went through all of the settings on the app, checked everything was working before departing. Highly Recommended.

Exceptional customer service received from Joe an Euan. The installation was fast, clean and very tidy, they even made sure I was logged in to the app and was comfortable using it before they left. Extremely happy with the service received

Great service. Prompt, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Did an EV charger install. Friendly service, arrived on time and got installation done quickly. Firstly started off with discussing a plan of action and then once agreed, installation went ahead.

Great service. Arrived at the agreed time, spoke through everything with us explaining installation process and agreeing the layout. Great work, cleaned up perfectly and talked us through the product.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to installation. Super fast communication and really helpful advice from Ben and Sharon on choosing our new EV charger. Transparent pricing was competitive with short lead time - would fully recommend to others.

Well done for doing a great installation of my EV charger, at a great price and a very tidy job attaching the wiring to the outside walls.

We had a great experience with EVC, who installed our Hypervolt charger for our new car. Contact with Ben and Sharon in the office was great; they were very responsive to my queries and reassuring and a date the worked for us was promptly booked in. Aaron carried out the install on the day. He worked with me to find the best location for the charger practically and aesthetically, did a beautiful, timely job and was lovely and friendly, too! Thanks EVC - we're really glad Hypervolt chose you for our installation, and we wouldn't hesitate to use you again and recommend to others!

Thanks very much Joe for professional and quick installation of Hypervolt charger, Ben for communications and advice, and Sharon for coordination. Very pleased with the overall experience

A very friendly and efficient service. Very helpful in explaining the installation process and assisting in setting up app functionality

I had my Hypervolt car charger installed by Joe and Ewan on the 6th January 2026. From my first inquiry dealing with the administration side of the business with Sharon and Ben to the installation day with the installation team the experience was highly professional and stress less. The guys turned up at the promised time and worked hard to complete the works to a very high standard. They were polite, friendly and tidy. There was a slight fault with a download of software the next day but this was down to Hypervolt and not EVC but the problem was dealt with by Sharon and Hypervolt immediately and efficiently. Thank you to all the EVC team for all the professional and expert help with this matter. Mr Troke.

Excellent experience, would highly recommend

Very pleased with the install of my Hypervolt charger at home. Comms were great and the engineer (Aaron) did a top job with the install too.

Ben and Sharon were a pleasure to deal with during the process of investigating the most suitable charger, the detail and booking the appointment. On the day Joe and Ewan were a delight to deal with, Joe made some great suggestions regarding the install and it was done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Highly recommended

Great job, very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Louis was amazing, tidy and punctual. Was a slightly tricky install but he did it with no fuss and did a great job!

Great service received, prompt quotation, fitted the works in quickly and great comms on the appointment. The electrician that arrived Louis was on time, knowledgeable and did a great job. Totally recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team were knowledgeable and explained my options based on my existing setup. Aaron came to install and did an excellent job. Polite, clear and tidy. Explained what he was going to do and walked me through use of the app. Thoroughly recommend.

Great experience with EVC Electrical Installations. Ben arrived on time and then reviewed the job and made suggestions of the best way to install the EV Charger with the least amount of disruption, especially as the electrical board was under the stairs. The worked was carried out quickly and efficiently and the minimal mess was cleared up at the end of the job. I would thoroughly recommend EVC Electrical Installations to anyone looking for an EV charger install.

Very good company to deal with. Ben arrived on time. Discussed and carried out the installation work as we agreed. Also helped us link up car to i-phone so he made sure everything was working before he left. Refreshing to have a tradesperson who is helpful and polite and happy to explain everything in detail. Would recommend. Thank you. D. Long

Really excellent and fast service. Installation guys were courteous, did a really neat job and explained each step. Highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with the job done!

Very good

Quick, friendly and efficient installation, very happy with the result!

Great experience. Easy to book, plenty of comms beforehand to make sure all goes well, appointment made promptly, installer friendly and professional. No nonsense - just good efficient value!

Team EVC has been absolutely brilliant. They have been absolutely professional in their approach from the moment I reached out to them for the charger installation. Ben offered two options and was flexible and replied patiently all my questions. Was never pushy. Mine wasn't an easy or straight forward job. Octopus declined to do the job on the day of the installation stating it's complicated. Joe and Euan came from EVC, went above and beyond their calling, worked around the challenges and did a fantastic job. Couldn't ask for more. I am so impressed that I am planning to do my solar and battery through them too. Best Christmas gift I could have asked for as they did the install on 23rd . Highly recommended.

Ben and the team made selecting and installing our EV charger super simple, squeezing our installation in, and providing fantastic support on a Saturday morning when things weren't quite working as we expected. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great price, easy to organise and quick service. Thanks!

EVC were very prompt in dealing with all aspects, and installed the charger efficiently and very neatly. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service, super quick and efficient! Highly recommend- Thank you! :)

Joe and Ewan from EVC were very helpful and polite. They worked quickly and made a very smart installation. They then patiently took us through setting up the mobile app and checking the charger was working. I highly recommend them!

Ben and the team were superb with their communication throughout the process from initial survey through to execution and completion. My install was non standard, no hesitation from the team, the standard of work was exceptional and professional. Flat handover of the charger to customer was very well explained. Highly recommended

I couldn’t be happier with the service from EVC Electrical Installations Ltd. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Even before the installation took place, Ben from the installations team was incredibly helpful, taking the time to give his honest opinion on the different EV chargers available and explaining which options would be best suited to my needs. This guidance made it much easier to decide which charger to choose and really showed his knowledge and experience in the field. On the day of installation, the engineer (Aaron) was friendly, professional, and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly, all questions were answered patiently, and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Communication throughout the whole process was spot on – punctual arrival, clear explanations, and a genuinely courteous manner. It’s clear that EVC Electrical Installations Ltd take real pride in both their work and their customer service. I would highly recommend EVC Electrical Installations Ltd to anyone considering an EV charger installation. A knowledgeable, reliable, and professional company delivering a truly five-star service.

Prompt, excellent comms and job completed with no fuss in a timely manner.

Joe and his assistant (sorry forgotten his name) were very friendly and professional. They talked through the process and completed the work without any disruption to us. Thoroughly recommend them.

Extremely helpful during the quote process, answering all my questions and making sure I chose the right charger for us. They were extremely professional, fitting was done quickly and everything was tidied up before they finished. Great service!

Very positive experience with Hypervolt EV Charger order and installation.

Aaron turned up on time and was very helpful throughout. The installation was very quick and smooth. Would recommend.

All good, thanks!

Ben and the team were great, the work was very professional. Installer very friendly and accommodating and most importantly the price was amazing. Will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

My Hypervolt EV charger install was super quick, clean and professional. Installer took me through what work was being done, and set up the Hypervolt app to make sure I was online, ready to charge.

I was having an electric car charger fitted . After some issues with another company I was introduced to EVC by the charger manufacturer . A completely different service . Easy to deal with from the start & can speak to a person at the Company rather than a call centre . The fitter arrived early having kept me informed of his progress . He was friendly , helpful , fitted it quickly cleared up all the mess. It was a pleasure to deal with a proper well run company . I would recommend and use again .

Great service, booked in without major delay. Communication was excellent. Time confirmed and they arrived early to install. They were quick and with minimal disruption, mess was cleared and we were on with our day in no time. Got a good demo of how to use including app setup. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Briliant service. We got our Hypervolt EV charger installed this week through EVC Electrical Installations. Everything went smoothly, just as discussed, in about an hour or so. Couldn't recommend their service more. Many thanks, Ben!

Ben was great from start to finish. Because of the way my garage had a secondary board Ben came out and looked at my home and explained everything simply to me before I ordered. On the day of installation he was quick, did not create a mess and gave great customer service

The process couldn’t have been any smoother from initial engagement to final installation. We were kept in the loop for the whole time and when Aaron arrived for the installation he was remarkable. Well mannered and professional young man who was respectful to our requirements and a flawless installation. The demonstration afterwards was all flawless and knowing the support afterwards is there if needed is very comforting. 5 stars and fully recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Ben managed to fit me in within days as I was being admitted to hospital. Fantastic work, very tidy and polite. Many thanks 😊

Very good communication from the start the engineer confirmed the time the day before and turned up prompt carried out his work and left the area of working tidy and kept the cable away from the path although I have not used the charger yet as my car still in the garage getting a running light module fitted (typical) so hope to use it very soon

Joe and Ewan turned up when they said they would on the day they said they would. Did a quick and efficient job installing the charger and were very tidy. Then they did a good walk through of the app with me and tested it all. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Great service. Aaron arrived on time, was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Work was completed promptly, professionally and price as quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our new Hypervolt Home 3 Pro, installation and communication along the way. We live in a neighbourhood where a lot of the houses are the same as ours: 1930s terrace. However, looking at houses around us, there is a lot of variability in the quality of EV charger installation, in particular when it comes to the route the wires take. Aaron did an amazing job for us, routing the wire from under the stairs to the bay, using a ventilation brick to get outside. Super clean install that exceeded our expectations. Also happy with the communication and process along the way. I must have changed my mind about which charger I wanted three, four times? And on the length of the tether. EVC was very patient and understanding about this. I contacted three companies for quotes. One I dropped because the process for even getting a quote was too burdonsome. The other was more expensive than EVC and communication with them was not good anyway. Received a text from Aaron in advance about when he would arrive in the afternoon. All-in, absolutely delighted and will definitely be recommending this company to friends in the future. Also, the Hypervolt is good. Straightforward app that is not overcomplicating anything. Cannot say the same for the Octopus app which took some fiddling around with to get working. But this is Day 3 of using it and the EV, Hypervolt and Octopus Intelligent Go are now playing along nicely.

Great service! All the way from first contacting EVC Sharon was super helpful and secured me an installation date within 2 weeks. The fitter Joe was punctual, polite, tidy and spared some time at the end to help set up my mobile app and demonstrate how to use it all. Would certainly recommend!

Great price and service Thanks

Friendly and very competent installer. Explained everything well, both before and after the installation.

Great experience. Aaron was very competent and professional with his works. Highly recommend

Would highly recommend Ben and his team. Ben was very patient and accommodating and was happy to answer all my questions, offering sensible, well- informed advice and clear information about the process. The turnaround from contacting the company through to installation was quick and uncomplicated and the team that came out to fit the charger were great - polite, respectful and efficient. A smooth process from start to finish and very reasonably priced.

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Hypervolt Pro 3 and EVC Electrical Installations Ltd fitted it for us. The whole process was quick and seamless (2 weeks from order to fitting). On the day the installers were quick and left everything nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend thank you!

Recently had a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro installed by EVC, they were great from start to finish. Their online survey platform was easy to use & enabled them to come back to me with a quote within 1 working day. The quote was informative to my requirements and once I accepted a quick install date was arranged. Joe the installer arrived on time and was polite, professional and informative. He installed the charger to my requirements and had great knowledge and patience helping me set up the app and talking me through the installation. I have already recommend EVC to others and will continue to do so.

joe from evc electrical was extremely professional very tidy and explained everything very well and set up our charger with no problems at all can’t recommend them enough and ben supplied us with a quote for the works just from doing there questions and answers etc and it all went very smoothly indeed. extremely professional company and would definitely recommend them. i would also recommend the hypervolt charger love the app and its features 👌

Ben from EVC has done my ev charger install today. Was right on time. Very professional and very impressed with the work. Explained how everything works. Finished quite fast as well. Would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a new electric car charger from hypervolt and they subcontract the installation to EVC and I have to say I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Easy to deal with, turned up on time as planned. The engineer was excellent and talked me through everything including the app. Great company would highly recommend thank you

Highly recommend Hypervolt for EVC installation. The team was extremely professional and provided excellent communication at every stage—from the initial assessment through to installation and obtaining the necessary certificates. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Thank you!

Excellent service from start finish would highly recommend

Very professional right from completing their online form for quote to finishing the installation. I was kept informed at every step of the process and the entire experience was very smooth and professional. Ben was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Very highly recommended!

Louis did a fantastic job, nice and quick! All the wiring was done neatly and there were no complications. It’s my first time going electric so this experience has made me all the more confident going forward. Thanks!

Brilliant, Ben was superb, did a great job, routed the cable as I liked under the house, and the work was done very neat. The installation started at 8am he was sharp on time, and completed around 10am, I was impressed with the speed, professionalism and due diligence of how Ben handled everything. He also advised on the main fuse and what needs to be done incase required, but the work was done as I have hoped. Thanks again and wishing you the best of luck, Heider

Good expertise and service

Efficient and tidy job and very helpful to explain how it all connects to app and the different functionality works. Thank you!

Very good and excellent service. Very happy with service Joe is very good engineer and yovan is excellent Thank you

Excellent service! I was passed to EVC via an enquiry directly with Hypervolt for an EV charger installation. My install was not as straight forward as some so I needed a company who I could speak with to ensure the work was possible and the quote wouldn't change later on. They were fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. The installer who came did a superb job and I have no reason to give anything but 5 stars.

Had a very positive experience, bought a Hypervolt EV charger and the installation was carried out by EVC. Installation took place within 2 weeks and was completed by Louie. He did a good and tidy job. Still waiting for my first EV car to arrive but looking forward to charge it at home. 😅

Very professional company from start to finish. Got a very competitive quote and Louis did an excellent job installing my hypervolt ev charger. I have no hesitation in recommending EVC Electrical Installations.

Lewis arrived at 8am on the dot and was a really helpful and obliging guy. He carried out a very good, neat job. Once completed, he advised me to download the app and showed me how to use it. I don’t have my EV so can’t review on functionality yet but a happy customer!

Very seamless and efficient service - Ben was very responsive and answered our queries promptly, and Aaron did an excellent job installing our home charger. Would definitely recommend EVC's services!

The booking process with EVC was fantastic. Aaron, who carried out the installation, was very helpful and professional from start to finish. He called ahead to confirm his arrival time and showed up right on schedule. He installed a Hypervolt home charger on my driveway, answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge is top tier and he could probably walk you through the Hypervolt app with his eyes closed. Friendly, reliable and clearly a pro at what he does. Highly recommended, much respect.

Great company , work completed was of an excellent standard.

The guys were brilliant. Will defo us again

Excellent service all round, Aaron who did the installation was exceptionally helpful. He is a credit to you. Thank you

Great charger installation by Joe! It was done in just 2 hours, looks good with power cable hidden in the wall. Joe explained me how to use the charger and helped me to configure app. All good!

Fantastic from start to finish! Ben came out for site survey - as we had particular asks. His guidance and recommendations it should be noted were the best solution for us - and the cheapest for us. These are not people who will direct you to the most expensive option. Quite the opposite. Our initial ask wasn't making sense and Ben clearly articulated that with sound reasoning. Then the install itself was conducted by Aaron who was brilliant. Arrived on time - was knowledgeable - friendly - quick - cleared up - and was just a lovely chap. Really can't say a bad word. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant experience dealing with them from start to finish. The quote was given promptly and accurately after uploading some photos, with clear instructions given. Special thanks to Aaron, who came to install our EV charger and was very communicative throughout the process, letting us know and preparing us for what to expect. Aaron also kindly helped us to navigate the app, and even offered for us to contact him directly should we have any questions about using the charger. Excellent service throughout!

Aaron installed a Hypervolt for us. He arrived early and explained the details clearly and what he was doing. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service provided by EVC installation. They offered me Installation of EV charger 2 weeks early. Such a life saving customer service. I highly recommend EVC installation.

Would highly recommend EVC. Superb communication - they had availability within 1 week to come and fit it. The guys were very professional and worked quickly. They helped me setup the charger and showed me how to use it.

Highly recommend, very good communication from Ben and fast install of charger. The fitter, Joe, text the evening before to let me know arrival time. They arrived on time and were very professional, near, tidy and quick. I would use again.

Great service at a great price. I would recommend.

Excellent and very friendly service and communication from start to finish. Highly recommend EVC. Perfect job

Excellent service. Very thorough and don’t leave until it was all completely sorted and I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Ben arrived on time. He completed the work efficiently and professionally. He was very polite and explained how the charger works.

Excellent service. Joe arrived promptly, was very professional and installed the EV charger without any issues. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from the guys on site! Everything went seamlessly! Thanks again!

Every aspect of dealing with Ben and the team at EVC was of the highest standard.Initial enquiry about a Hypervolt installation was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The SMS link prior to getting a quote worked well and the comprehensive remote survey was remarkably easy to complete. An installation date within 2 weeks suited perfectly and a special mention goes to Aaron for his punctuality, professionalism and personality.

This a great Company. Every member of staff that I interacted with was polite and professional. From the initial contact enquiring about having an EV charger installed, the survey, home visit and the installation, everything was faultless and I am very pleased with the service I have received. The installation process for the charger was relatively quick, the engineers cleaned up after the work was completed and a complete run down was given in setting up the app and using the charger. If you are wanting an EV charger installed then look no further, I highly recommend EVC.

Excellent quality work , great communication. Thank you!

Ben was very prompt and helpful answering queries and a good fixed price was given to install an Anderson EV charger. On the day, the installation was good, tidy and neat. Great service all round.

Aaron was on time, talked me through location of everything and helped talk me through everything when it was all completed. Company as a whole were great - good, quick comms and at a very fair price. Would recommend.

Great communication and service, all went as planed. would recommend to anyone, good service. After installation service is good. my mum who had a charger fitted by them kept changing settings and they were very helpfull in resetting the program for them.

EVC did a fantastic job installing a Hypervolt EV charger for me. Responsive personal contact rather than dealing through a website. Aaron was a pleasure to deal with during install and good advice through out. Delighted I chose them.

I’m an e-on customer. Logically I thought they’d be the best people to contact about a charger installation. With the car only two weeks away from delivery the install time was of great importance. e-on could only offer me a 45min video survey on a day I was at work (10th November) and then another 3 weeks before installation. I found Hypervolt and their trusted installation company EVC Electrical Installations Ltd. The survey I carried out myself on my phone and received a quote hours later. It was two weeks from survey to installation on the 5th November - if I’d stuck with e-on I’d still be waiting for the survey. Great communication from EVC and the install team were first class. Excellent service from start to finish.

Brilliant job by EVC installing our Hypervolt EV charger. Their quote was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. Big shout out to Aaron who was a brilliant representative for the company and took his time to ensure we understood everything about the product we bought. Highly recommend.

EVC Electrical were exceptionally efficient throughout the whole process of installing my EV charger, from the initial survey, arranging the engineer appointment, through to the final paperwork needed for the installation. A special shout out to Joe who did a really neat job and explained how to use the charger before he left. I would recommend EVC without hesitation!

Joe was great, went through all the different options for install for my EV charger with me and was very mindful about making it as invisible as possible as couldn't be done under the floor!

These guys were fab. Same price as Octopus for an EV charger install, but brilliant service, highly skilled friendly installer and a much shorter waiting list!!! Couldn’t ask for a better job.

The EVC team were great from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and were accommodating to my changes to the charger model. The team completed the install within two weeks and were great on the day, providing a high standard finish. Couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend.

Great installation of our EV charger and super quick thank you!

Superb service! Very neat and clean installation of the charger. Communication was top notch from start to finish. Very highly recommended.

Our job was completed in a workmanlike manner, neat and tidy, on date and in the time expected. Would have no hesitation in recommending EVC

I contacted EVC installs to install a car charger. The whole process was very easy .Aaron arrived to do the job . It was a delight to have him work in the house. Very efficient told me every step and was extremely professional. Was very happy with the final install of my car charger. Very well recommended.

Really great service. Would definitely highly recommend. EVC provided a good competitive quote to install our charger. They requested lots of photos up front which I liked as it meant I was confident there wouldn’t be any surprises. They fitted us in with just over a weeks lead time which was good, and the install was exceptional. Good communication up front and on the day regarding arrival time. Joe did our install who was a really great guy. Talked me through all the options and did a real high quality job, on time and with no mess, and then made sure I was set up with the app before leaving. I got several quotes and EVC installed a 7.5m hypervolt for the same as others quoted for 5m and did the work in just over a week rather than up to 6 weeks as per other quotes.

The whole process of using EVC Electrical Installations has been straightforward and impressive. The quote came through quickly and communication with their Head Office was consistent. Aaron, who came to do the installation was on time and made a point to discuss cable fitting options before he started. He did a brilliant job of placing the cable behind the gutters, something that was a concern as cable needle to run across front of house. You would never know it's there! He showed my the full workings of the system and how to run things from the app, reassuring me, that should there be any problems, their customer services would be able to help. He was incredibly professional and polite and did a fantastic job. We will be needing another charger in the next few months and there is only one company I will be contacting...I can't speak too highly of them.

Seamless install. Thank you

Very swift service. Kept informed all through the process. Installed by a very helpful engineer. I can’t really find any faults from beginning to end Thank you EVC
