AL Technical

We live in an old farmhouse that requires a lot of wiring and lighting work, and we’re also converting one of our outbuildings, which needs completely new electrical installation. We have really enjoyed working with AL Technical on this project and have been so impressed with the whole team. They have made fantastic progress and carried out everything to the highest standard. So far, we’ve had visits from engineers Aiden, Matthew, Dec and Niall. They are all so polite, friendly, efficient, and professional — and clearly take great pride in their work. They’re an absolute pleasure to have on our property. Unless we deliberately go out to see them and check on progress, we barely know they’re here; they simply get on with the job with total focus and care. On the customer liaison side, Sophie is amazing. Her communication and planning skills are world-class, and she is so courteous and pleasant to deal with. She leaves us in no doubt that she is doing everything she can to ensure customers receive the highest level of service, as do the engineers. During the work, I’m the type of person who sometimes changes my mind over small details, is unsure about certain things, or occasionally adds new requirements at short notice. This must be challenging, but the engineers have been incredible — flexible, understanding, and always willing to guide me, explain options, and offer advice. When I ask for their input on design, they are happy to contribute, and their expertise has been invaluable. Usually the experts really do know best, and they have been brilliant in helping us make the right decisions. The quality of the work is superb, and it is already making a hugely positive difference to both our home and the barn conversion. It’s genuinely exciting seeing it all come together. We are extremely impressed and delighted with the service, and we’re looking forward to continuing our work with AL Technical. I’ve shared some photos of the lighting they’ve installed — we are absolutely thrilled with it!

Slight misunderstanding with receiving a quote, but all sorted and looking good to get Ariel fitted. Thank you AL Technical.
