Excellent job completed efficiently with minimal disruption. Did what they said with no surprises, checked that we'd installed the app and that all was working as expected.

Brad came to install our EV charger and I found him such a nice person. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Michelle is also very helpful and the quote I received was much cheaper compared to others. I wish I could give them 10 stars as they are absolutely brilliant.

I do not normally write reviews, but my wife and I were so pleased with the service we received form GreenMile Electrical, I have made an exception. Selecting a home EV charger can be something of a minefield, but Michelle, in the office, took time to explain the pros and cons of each of the chargers they provide, and advised on which charger would best meet my needs. On the day the charger was to be fitted, the technician, Brad, rang to inform us of his time of arrival. Brad's fitting of the charger was outstanding. It was such a neat job, and he completely cleaned up after the job had been completed. What really impressed me was that Brad told me that he only every fits one charger a day. As a result he was not trying to rush off to another job, and as a result, he spent plenty of time with me explaining how the app worked. If you are looking to purchase and have an EV charger fitted, I would have no hesitation in recommending GreenMile Electrical. You certainly will not be disappointed.

Excellent from first contact to installation and a great range of EV chargers to choose from. From deciding which charger to have installed to having my questions answered about the installation itself both Michelle and Brad were very understanding and patient with my queries. Installation itself took around 3-4hours with the electricity needing to go off only briefly and the quality of work was excellent, with everything left neat and tidy. Brad went through the installation of the app with me on my phone and explained how to use it. All in all an excellent hassle free process from start to finish. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic EV charging point installation by GreenMile Electrical. When the wifi connection proved problematic, the installer was happy to allow an Ethernet cable install instead. All work completed to a very high standard with excellent instruction. Engineer was polite and well spoken throughout. Happy to recommend.

Much appreciated for the great work, which is beyond professional. The cable is well hidden under ground which is like nothing happened before. The Zappi is up and running without any issue. Recommended

I got a Zappi EV home charger from GreenMile. First class service from beginning to end. Initial assessment of the proposed site for the charger was carried out and I was then quoted. A time was scheduled for the installation which was done by Brad efficiently and to a high standard. All the way through the process I was kept informed of what was happening by Michelle, great customer service. GreenMile Electrical are now my first point of call for EV home chargers.

Contacted this company to seek some advice on car charging as that is what they appeared to specialise in. Spoke to Michelle who advised about the service they offer and asked I speak with Brad to discuss pros and cons of different units in more detail as I wanted to utilise my solar panel array fitted some time ago to see if there were any benefits to going down that route. Brad phoned and went through all the options. We decided a zappi 2 would facilitate the use of the panels and is an excellent charger anyway. After much research this seemed the way to go and GreenMile were very competative plus no subcontracting as Brad and Michelle own the company. Michelle took care of all the admin, a deposit was paid and day, booked for fitting. Brad arrived on time and cracked on with the job and was happy to answer any questions as the fitting took place. The finished job is excellent and exceptionally neat. He cleaned up and nothing was too much trouble. He went through all the settings I needed to know about with an assurance that they were onnly a call away for advice if needed. Overall, very impressed by these guys who did a first class job, very competitively and no pressure. I would deffinately reccomend them and will use again when they expand hopefully into more renewables. Many thanks

Had a charging point installed and it couldn't have been an easier experience. From chatting with Michelle on the phone, to Brad coming and installing, everything was excellent. Brad was very professional and efficient, insisting on taking his shoes off when he had to come in the house, even when I insisted he didn't need to. Everything was demonstrated, hooked up to wifi and app and checked before he left. Time was taken to make sure the installation was everything I needed, and advice was given on what to do if and when I get solar panels installed. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a charger installing. 1st class effort guys.

A phrase I have heard from my friends in the building trade is that 'a tidy job is a good job!' With the service I received from the GreenMile team I would upgrade that to 'a GREAT job' From beginning to end Michelle kept me informed of all progress and when it was looking like we had a supply issue with the charger, she was prompt with options that met my requirement and didn't force any other product upon me. Then to installation, Brad turned up early on the day, explained in full about the charger and what options we had for positioning of it. He even went the extra mile and had a look at some existing wiring I had concerns over. A clearly knowledgable engineer who expressed professionalism throughout his stay. The install is fantastic and as previously mentioned very tidy, so much so you wouldn't have known he'd been. After care has also been covered. Keep up the good work guys, a credit to your profession! Sometimes 5 stars just aren't enough

Had a Hypervolt EV charge point installed by Greenmile Electrical and very happy with the whole process. Can not recommend Brad enough, a very professional service from start to finish.

Kept us informed of issues with device availability and in the end they were able to source the model we initially chose. Installation questionnaire (alternative to having a physical survey) was a bit unwieldy asking for multiple photos of fuse board, route, house plan etc but it proved useful as Brad (installation) had everything he needed to install the charger. Actual installation was very neat and Brad took the time to explain all the stuff with the App and using the charger. If I ever need another EV charger I would gladly go via GreenMile again.

Service from Michelle and Bradley was fantastic. They were patient and kept me upto date all the way through. Bradley was brilliant, from the first visit to give a quote to the actual installation. He explained things clearly and gave me a lot of confidence. The installation took longer than expected, but Bradley worked extremely hard and I am very pleased with the final result. I just need to wait for my Electric car to arrive now.

I am very happy with my EV charger and the service from GreenMile Electrical. My installation was more involved than a standard one as I had an older consumer unit and needed some earth bonding adding. Bradley came out and did a full site survey I was quoted for the work. On installation day Bradley took in to account where my car was going to be parked and the siting of the wall charger to make sure it would reach comfortably. He also advised on what would look better and where he has sited it no external cabling can be seen. He took his time on the job and made sure it was done well and the house was left clean and tidy. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking to get a charger installed. Michelle is very helpful and always there to answer any queries. Great job and good to support a local business. Greenmile were the only EV charger specialist that gave me a fully detailed quote including a firm price for groundworks. No other EV charger installer did this! Michelle was very knowledgeable about Greenmile products and services and was always clear and helpful as well as being professional and upbeat. He was outside for the most of the day in freezing conditions but cracked on regardless. The groundwork and electrical installation were flawless and the end result was a very neat.
