Excite Electrical customers report prompt and tidy work across jobs including PAT testing, a full rewire, EV charger installation and home office wiring. One reviewer said Richard and colleagues explained the work, dealt with the charger company and left the site clean, with the charger and Wi-Fi working as they should. Another praised clear communication from the first consultation to the final touches on a renovation, and a third said the installer arrived on time, explained everything and completed the EV charger work quicker than expected. Others describe punctual, friendly service and repeat use, with Richard explaining problems and options at a newly bought house. One reviewer said Lisa was a fantastic help.
We used Excite Electrical Ltd for the PAT testing of our offices and tools, The guys were great and made the process really easy and made sure the inpat on the office was minimal while the testing was undertaken, Would highly recommend
Richard and his colleagues provided an excellent service when installing the hard wiring for our home office Wi-Fi and car charger. They took the time to fully understand the issue and liaised directly with the charger company, which was very helpful. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, the site was left clean and tidy, and both the charger and Wi-Fi are now working exactly as they should. We are very pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend this company.
I recently had Excite Electrical carry out a huge amount of work for a renovation project I've been working on, This included a total rewire with design & installation of spot lights and complex circuits. From the initial consultation to the final touches they provided clear communication throughout. Would absolutely recommend this company.
Installed EV charger. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The installer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work to a very high standard. The installation was neat, professional, and completed quicker than expected.
Punctual, friendly and efficient. Will certainly use them again
A very positive experience with Excite Electrical. We have recently bought a house that needed work on electrics. Ben was very responsive and tailored services to our needs. Richard was very helpful in explaining everything that wasn't right and what were our options and steps needed to fix it. Overall very happy with the service.
Excite and specifically Ben and Richard are responsive to our needs, listened to what we wanted and made recommendations to fit those requirements. They come as planned, tidy up after themselves and ask if there is anything they are unsure of. I also like that Excite ensures that we nearly always have Richard as it means he knows the slight oddities around our house's electrical circuits. Thank you for another job well done!
We've used Excite for a number of different jobs and had a first class service with them. All the team are very knowledgeable, the communication is excellent and their pricing is fair. They carry out the work promptly, are reliable and are very courteous.
I have used Excite Electrical for a small renovation in my new home. Jamie has done a wonderful job removing old fittings and sockets, installing new led lights and a new distribution box. Competitively priced, communication excellent. I would highly recommend.
Excellent! We have used Excite before, and their communications and service are both excellent, often getting back to us via e-mail within minutes. They are particularly helpful, making things easier for us and offering a highly personalised service, keeping in touch, so we have never felt like we have been ‘lost’ in their systems, and never pressured to have any unnecessary work done. As we are disabled, this has made all the difference. Very happy to support a good local business. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Very Good
Excite electrical installed an EV charger and some outside cctv for us. Professional and reliable as well as efficient… just what you want! Thank you
Having just moved to our new home, we decided to have an EV charger installed and Excite Electrical were given the installation. I have had bad experiences in the past with quotes and timelines being ignored but, this was very different. Mark did a great job explaining what was required, time it would take, costs and also when they could fit me in. Turned up on the day and were professional, quick and thorough with the testing. Will definitely have them back for other projects I have planned. Excellent job Mark!
