Outstanding service from Jack at Rudd Electrical Services (RES) We lost our heating at lunchtime on Friday, just ahead of the first really cold weekend of the year. I called Jack at Rudd Electrical Services and, despite it being in the afternoon on a Friday, he came out that same evening on his way home. Jack took the time to properly diagnose the issue and got our heating back up and running that night. He was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful — nothing felt rushed, and he clearly cared about getting it sorted for us. We genuinely can’t thank him enough. Excellent service, great attitude, and someone I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Jack at RES replaced some switches in my bungalow and setup a security light in my back garden. He was prompt, polite and efficient in getting the job done to a high standard. I would definitely use his services again.
