Energy Concerns Ltd

Very happy with the installation of our solar panels by Energy Concerns. The team were excellent. We're very pleased with the way the panels are working and the app is excellent.

Todd and his team are an absolute gem. They installed my battery and connected up my inverter and panels and meter on my flat roof. They had to adjust the consumer unit in the garage and in the house and made sure everything was done to a high and tidy standard. Much appreciated and already shared thier details with 2 other people 👍🏽

Energy Concerns were lovely to work with. Steve came over to move a Solar Invertor box. Job was clean and thorough. Even swept up after. Would fully recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend Energy Concerns! Very competitively priced and professional whilst providing quality products! Todd offered honest advice on the best options for us and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with.

worked with Todd on over 20 projects now, highly recommend him & his team

"Energy Concerns installed our solar panels quickly and efficiently. Truly a reliable solar energy company!"

I had a brilliant experience with Energy Concerns. Todd was friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly from the start. The installation was tidy, professional, and the system has been performing better than I expected—especially the battery. Communication was excellent throughout. Delighted I chose them and would highly recommend for solar and battery installs.

Energy Concerns did a great job on our Solar Panel installation, we had 20 panels installed with a SigEnergy Inverter Battery and gateway! Todd was great from the first point of contact, with a video call explaining everything and showing us how the SigEnergy system works. The installation was smooth, there was no mess and Steve & Lance were very professional with Clear communication throughout. I would recommend Energy Concerns to anyone that asks, not a local company to me as I am 2 hours away in Whaplode Lincolnshire. However they felt like the best company for the job 😊

I chose them because they are local. Very professional and kept me informed. Excelent job at a good price.

Lovely Company to deal with, Todd was prompt to ring me back on initial enquiry, arranged for a visit really quickly and was on time and did the job. He was courteous and helpful and we will definitely use this company again. Excellent service.

Energy concerns did a great job for us, Todd was brilliant in answering my multidue of questions, the overall quote and service provided was miles ahead of the big national providers. The installation was carried out to a very high standard, with the installers being very professional. Overall very happy

Was recommended by a family member, and was really impressed from start to finish. Todd kept us informed at every stage and fully explained what to expect. Installation was perfect, quick with no mess at all. We are really benefitting from big savings already, and it’s nice to have a bespoke system, and not your standard “off the shelf”.

Energy Concerns did a brilliant job on our 16-panel solar install—8 panels on each side of the roof and the gateway for home backup. From the first call to the final handover, we were kept informed every step of the way. The full install was wrapped up in just 3 days, and they worked around our needs without any fuss. Price was competitive, the plan was clear, and the team was friendly, tidy, and professional. Five days after the install, you’d struggle to tell they’d even been here—other than the sunshine turning into savings, of course. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Energy Concerns.

Solar Installation-Belper Derbyshire-Energy Concerns did a great job from start to finish. Friendly professional team inspired confidence and job was done without fuss and to a high standard.Really delighted with the result and would definitely recommend Energy Concerns for your solar installation.

Good correspondence, professionalism and neat work. Completion of work in short timeframe and reliable

It was a genuine pleasure working with Todd from Energy Concerns while gathering quotes for a solar project. Of the three companies I approached, he was the only one willing to provide the Nicholson flat roof mounting system, which I felt was an important aspect of the design. Todd was approachable and generous with his time, ensuring the plans were developed properly. He even joined video calls to review the design in detail and made thoughtful adjustments so that everything aligned with my requirements. At no point did I feel pressured to commit, and his advice always came across as measured and impartial. Although I decided to proceed with another installer, looking back I feel that may have been the wrong decision. My chosen installer was keen to take short cuts, whereas Todd, even though I had not gone with him, still took the time to advise me on the right way to approach things. It made me realise that when you invest in a solar system you are not just buying a product, you are entering into a relationship that will likely last at least ten years or more. Learn from my mistake and give careful thought to who you choose to work with. If you want someone who listens, offers practical solutions and is willing to adapt the design to your needs, I would certainly recommend speaking to Todd at Energy Concerns.

Energy Concerns are a top rated company that I'd fully recommend. From Todd coming round for his technical knowledge to his brother Vince doing the install they couldn't be more helpful, polite and professional. The attention to detail Vince takes with the install I thought was to a level you'd only do in your own home, wires were neatly hidden and everything made good before leaving. We opted for the Sigenergy SigenStar system that Energy Concerns recommended, it was a little more pricey than other systems from different suppliers but now installed I see it was certainly worth going for the more advanced smart technology, it has so many options and features which I believe will future proof us for many years to come. We have just recently started exporting back to the grid (Energy Concerns did all the application and paperwork for that) and the Sigen AI mode is a treat to watch on the app to see how it makes use of the solar generated and stored battery energy. Todd has offered to be on hand for any future questions or advice I may need and I truly believe he will be there to help when that time comes. (Oh & extra thanks to Vince for going beyond the call of duty to get rid of the wasps nest we found and for tidying the messy wiring you came across in our meter cupboard)

I recently had solar panels installed by energy concerns. From start to finish the support and service was excellent. Todd was very helpful and responsive to every query we had making the process stress free. Furthermore the cost of installation was really competitive. In terms of the installation this was done with a minimum of impact and everything left spotless after. Of particular note was that the installation was done in parallel to other building work. This drew a comment from the builders that Todd and Lance were ‘great lads’ Highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience from start to finish, very impressed with pre installation discussion and knowledge of product. Tailored installation to our specific needs. Excellent customer care and meticulous attention to detail. Would not hesitate to recommend Todd, Lance and Team. The end result was beyond our expectations.

I chose Energy Concerns to fit my solar system consisting 10 Aiko (Gen 3, 470W) panels coupled with Sigenergy 5kW inverter and 8kWh battery. They were the only company I contacted who did a site visit before giving a quote. Communication and fitting was excellent, and everyone is friendly and polite. Thanks to Todd, Lance, Olly, Steve and Julia for a great experience. I can definitely recommend Energy Concerns.

Would give 10 stars if i could! I'm not going to get all technical with the review, don't get me wrong, the system is great, however the people experience is the bit i want to review. It's a great company to deal with and i am confident you will not be disappointed if you choose to deal with them. From start to finish, the service was exceptional; professional, friendly, and completely hassle-free. Todd and his team were fantastic to deal with. Todd is so knowledgeable and i felt so comfortable in knowing he was suggesting what would be right for me and had my best interests at heart. They were punctual, respectful, and clearly very experienced in what they do. Nothing was too much trouble and i have to shout out a special recognition to Steve who stayed and explained the system after 8pm to ensure the system was understood before leaving. At then end of the job, a clean up team came to remove all waste from the home and checked to make sure everything was left in order. Todd came in person a few days later, to talk through face to face how the system works, including the app. Nothing was too much trouble. Honestly, if you are thinking of having solar panels installed, please contact Energy Concerns, you will not be disappointed.

Energy Concerns fitted solar panels and battery system to our church hall roof. It is a large system (26.4kW panels and 16kWh battery) and was fitted in one week. I'd definitely recommend them. They arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and caused no bother to the church hall users. The installation quality looks great and the system performance since installation is excellent. They were also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Todd, Steve & Lance were amazing. From the outset, Todd was very informative and explained the options to suit my requirements. This company uses a flashy software product to provide a very detailed quote, and their system kept me updated with each stage of the process from booking the scaffolding, scheduling the works and even provided the date when the rubbish & waste was collected. The quotation contained mini videos to explain each stage and component, which made it easier to understand. The attention to detail during the installation was outstanding. They removed my guttering to hide the main cable behind it, leaving a nice clean finish. Steve is meticulous with his wiring and made a nice, neat job of everything he did. Communication is everything and Todd was approachable both before and after the install. They fitted an 8.26kw system which has left me with no energy or EV bills, and I’m even left with a bit of change from selling back to the grid on sunnier days. These guys are the real deal, and I highly recommend them to anybody thinking of having a solar panel system.

We recently had a solar panel system installed on our east/west roof profile. After looking up some companies we decided to go with Energy Concerns Ltd. We had 25 panels installed making an 11 kW system, an 8 kW battery and a 6 kW inverter from Sigenergy. We are very pleased with the workmanship and how the system works. There was good communication and everyone was very friendly and polite. We would reccommend Todd and his team at Energy Concerns to anyone looking to install a solar energy system.

Todd, Steve and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable and clearly experts in their field. They handled our solar panel work with care and precision, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re considering any solar-related or general electrical work, look no further. Take this review as your sign to give them a call. You honestly won’t regret it. We’re really happy with the quality of the work and the service we received. Highly recommended!

Install quality was great and their the attention to detail. From the first contact to the handover. Would recommend this company.

I’m very happy with service and product quality. Especially those solar panels and battery it’s worth having them and i am very thankful to the entire team.

I would like to give Tod (Energy concerns)a five out of five for the installation of my solar panels and battery Tod and his team were very professional and all I can do is praise them. They arrived on time. They were very clean and considerate. They price was good and I am very pleased 😀

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had Solar fitted. This is a local Leicester business which attracted us. Todd, Lance and the team were polite and professional. They used Sigenergy batteries. Documents and Hand over after completion were great and explained well. Thanks Energy Concerns

Tod from Energy Concern installed a solar panel system on our family run Judo Club amazing work from start to finish. Would highly recommend 👏

Energy Concerns installed our Solar Panels and right from our first point of contact they were very professional, informative and our final product was superb. Thank You.

Outstanding Solar Installation by Energy Concerns Ltd I couldn’t be happier with the recent solar panel installation completed by Energy Concerns Ltd. From start to finish, the service was exceptional—professional, friendly, and completely hassle-free. Todd, Lance, and Steve were fantastic to deal with. They were punctual, respectful, and clearly very experienced in what they do. They installed a top-quality system using 20 AIKO 460W panels, along with a SigEnergy 8kW inverter and 8kW battery. The system is performing excellently and already showing strong results in terms of energy output. It’s reassuring to know it was installed correctly and efficiently by a team that really knows their stuff. Pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the value for money is outstanding given the level of service and quality of the install. I highly recommend the guys from Energy Concerns Ltd to anyone considering solar. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I’m confident the system will serve us well for years to come.

Steve, Lance and Todd did a superb job on my solar panel installation. They installed 34 panels and a Sigenergy inverter and battery storage system. I contacted many companies for quotes, but Energy Concerns were the only ones who came to my property to assess the potential roof space so that they could maximise the system. All the other companies used the same online software and provided quotes remotely, despite asking them to pay a visit due to the non-standard layout and construction of the roofs. As a result, I've ended up with a much better system, and the cost per panel was cheaper than all of the other quotes too. The installation went smoothly. Todd is obsessed with the details and making sure the panels are near and perfectly aligned. It was obvious he really cared about his customers and the service they provide. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I’d contacted various companies about solar, with mixed views. Energy Concerns were recommended to me by a friend who had used them. Todd and the team were brilliant - from initial proposal due to installation and aftercare with setting up. I’d definitely recommend them - first class products and first class service!

We had a fantastic experience with Energy Concerns from start to finish. From our first conversation with Todd, it was clear we were in good hands. His depth of knowledge around solar and battery technology is second to none, and he took the time to patiently guide us through all the options—never pushy, always informative, and incredibly thorough. He genuinely wanted us to have the best system for our needs, and that really came through. Now, don’t be put off by Todd’s straight-faced attitude—he might not be cracking jokes every five minutes, but behind that serious exterior is someone who absolutely knows his stuff and cares deeply about doing things right. Once you get talking, you'll quickly realise he's got your best interests at heart (and yes, he does smile occasionally). Once we decided to move forward, the process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Todd, Lance and Steve, who handled the installation, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were punctual, polite, and their attention to detail was impeccable. The work was carried out with impressive precision and care, and they left the site spotless each day—no mess, no fuss, just a beautifully installed system. The whole team was responsive, transparent, and completely professional at every stage. Any questions or follow-ups were dealt with quickly and clearly. We now have a sleek, high-performing solar setup that we’re absolutely thrilled with. It’s rare to come across a company that combines technical expertise, craftsmanship, and customer care so seamlessly. Highly reccomend them if you are looking for a solar installation.

Prompt and efficient service installing a Zappi charger.

Great company to deal with, had a small system (6 panels with battery) fitted to the garage and even in the winter months it covers our energy use with the extra sent to Octopus @ 15p a kWh. Cost of system and payback time are now down to just a few years. Thanks Todd and all at Energy Concerns

I’m extremely pleased with the installation of the Aiko solar panels, 8kWh Sigen battery, and 8kW inverter by Energy Concerns Ltd. Todd is highly knowledgeable about batteries, inverters, panels, and the entire installation process. The team began work exactly on schedule and worked through the extremely cold weather in January to complete the job. I’m particularly impressed with how the cabling (installed both externally on the house and internally in the garage) and all the equipment is positioned as discreetly as possible. After the installation, Todd also made sure that all the rubbish and scaffolding were removed promptly. The handover was seamless, with all documents organised into a single, easy-to-follow pack. Now, five weeks into using the system, the average electricity production has matched the original estimate perfectly. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience working with Energy Concerns, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar installation.

Energy Concerns and Todd provided outstanding service for my Solar panels and battery storage in Leicester they were great at communicating, answering all my questions quickly and clearly. The installation was clean and professional, and the pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend their services!

This compsny is so professional, researching all the details and that gives you confidence. They were always on time and prepared all the materials to install our electric vehicle charger. A very good job was achieved and it was great to work with such a caring and friendly team. Many thanks!

I used Energy Concerns to install 19 solar panels, 24kw batteries with 8kw inverter along with 19 Tigo’s on my house and i can say without doubt that this company are an extremely professional solar panel installation company led by Todd and his team of skilled electricians. I would have no hesitation on recommending this company to others for their solar panels installation whether it be business or home installations. Right from the initial visit through to the installation and commissioning the process was smooth and business like; nothing was too much trouble and any little snags were overcome and dealt with by Todd who takes personal ownership of everything on site. I rang five installation companies and i can say that Energy Concerns were by far the most knowledgeable about the products and filled me with confidence about the installation. The installation was over seven elevations and I can say without doubt that Energy Concerns are extremely neat and tidy; will discuss runs of electrical wires and give you the benefit of there extensive knowledge on what to install and where. I can safely say that Energy Concerns would be my go to Solar Installation Company; they were very competitive on price which is always good as well. The warranty on all products is exceptional and i have peace of mind knowing that this company is reputable and a safe bet to get your solar panels and battery installed right first time. Thankyou for a great installation. Tim Roberts

Todd was very good he came along and explained everything with our chairman. We were confident that they were the right firm to do the job. Todd came along with 2 more men on the day the job started I cannot speak too highly of them they did a good job and were they had to drill they left everywhere clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Energy Concerns.

Over the years, we've made detailed assessments of the real financial value of installing solar panels. In 2024, the costs are low enough, the export tariff is high enough, and the panels are efficient enough for break-even in six or seven years. In 2021, the break-even was more like 14 years. Todd at Energy Concerns gave us a competitive quote for the job. Other companies gave good prices, but Todd's was the one that got it right first time, that is he proposed the best equipment straight away. Todd answered questions by email and phone both quickly and accurately. He gave sound advice and he didn't oversell. He was straightforward and honest, and we felt we could trust his judgement. Todd also helped us to verify that the network (DNO) would accept the 6kW that we can provide from our roof. Our financial analysis told us that the simplest tariff, without batteries, would give the best level of profit, so we installed solar panels only. That analysis is specific to us, yours may be different, and batteries do have a place. We may install batteries in a few years, depending on costs. Installation was carried out brilliantly over two days. And we were being credited by Octopus within two weeks of installation, which is extremely quick. A month on and everything has worked well from the start, except for the unusual cloudiness of the weather. Even so, we've exported 3.5kWh per day on average in November, and reduced our consumption from the grid too. We'd recommend Energy Concerns without reservation.

Fantastic company, really cares about delivering the best service. Pleasure to deal with.

EV charger installation - professional, friendly and effiicent service! Based in Leicester I would highly reccomend!

Todd was very professional and friendly. The equipment he installed was also of a very high quality. Signergy battery and inverter if you’re curious! The other guy with him, Aaron, was very friendly. He gave a competitive price - similar to the price offered by a group buying scheme operating for Leicester residents! (infact 200 pound cheaper!). Our install was one 8kwh battery, inverter, and 12 south facing solar panels. Also Todd was also good at managing a potential conflict with a neighbour about the solar wire running against our wall that faces our neighbour. He talked to them and their builder (who was building an extension). We didn’t really have to deal with anything.

I had a problem with my solar installation. Just a small job but Todd fixed it quickly. Thanks

Energy Concerns installed our solar setup in the 3 days as they promised! Professional from start to finish Todd and his team did a good job, they even hooked up the immersion heater to the gateway to heat the hot water with excess solar (without the use of an eddi or Zappi diverter unit). The install of the panels was neat, and with roof having quite a few pitches it was a job well done. I would recommend them highly

I contacted this company following an outage of my ten year old solar panels. The problem was somewhat intermittent. The companies response was very professional, and after an on-site visit advised nothing was really wrong. Very helpful engineer and more to the point straight forward and trustworthy, I would recommend them and will keep them on record for any future issues. Many thanks, Graham.

Flexible and professional I had very specific requests for my solar installation, and Todd from Energy Concerns came up with the most practical option. He later accommodated some design changes without changing the quoted price. He was flexible enough to consider a further change in the plan on the day of installation even though he had to get some kit from London to do that. He and his team still completed the project on time. All quotes were done through an online system, and all paperwork was delivered to me as promised . Very professional service from a local business.

We were looking for a local solar installation company (in the Leicester area) led by someone knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. We certainly found that in Todd! In fact we probably pushed his patience to the limit with our endless considerations of different technologies, brands and installation details but his professionalism never faltered. Todd stays abreast of the ever changing world of solar and battery technology and wouldn’t hesitate to change his recommendation if he felt a new product better suited his clients needs. Communication was great with any questions answered swiftly, often with a link to a video for further clarification. The whole process was handled efficiently and the system was installed neatly with good attention to detail. Any small snags or queries at the end of the installation were immediately acted upon, leaving us with a system that will serve us well for many (sunny) years to come. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Energy Concerns.

From the initial contact, Todd was friendly, knowlegable and very open to exploring the options available. Having been clear from the outset that his focus is on building a lasting business through providing good quality solar installations rather than competing on lowest price quotes, he was happy to spend time talking through the pros & cons of different panels, inverters and batteries and once he understood my priorities, suggested options that met the requirements, until we came to what seems like the optimum design. It was really surprising therefore, that of the three quotes I got from different companies, the one from Energy Concerns was not only the one with the best equipment specifications, it also had the lowest overall cost. When it came to the installation, Todd & Aaron were great, installing 16 Aiko 455W panels, a sigenstor inverter with battery & gateway, along with replacing the old fuse wired consumer unit, with a new RCBO based one in 3 days, even answering questions from our 4 year old, and they made it look really tidy too, routing cables so the whole thing looks like it belongs, rather than an add-on. I'm really happy with both the system & service I got from Energy Concerns... our electricity costs have dropped significantly, with either the panels, or stored battery power providing over 90% of our electricity use since the installation, and exporting more to the grid than we've pulled - and as a bonus, I wouldn't even have noticed the 15 minute local power outage during a thunderstorm yesterday if the app didn't have a record of it as the lights didn't even flicker when the UPS capability kicked in. Dealing with Todd and the team at Energy Concerns has been a pleasure, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a home solar system.

We had solar panels fitted at our school and got in touch to have them checked and serviced. Great service from 1st contact and helped talk us through how to best look after and use the kit :)

Asked for testing of existing panels on my mother's house, with a view to reconnecting them. Todd and the team worked with the unusual requirement and was clear and helpful throughout. Installation was done very neatly.

Energy Concerns installed my solar pv system a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t fault them. Todd and Aaron were very polite and considerate and worked hard throughout the day. There were a few hiccups during the installation but everything was resolved and left as good as new on completion. The finished installation looks very neat (they had to work around existing water pipes), and it was clear Todd takes great pride in his work. I contacted Energy Concerns as I was specifically looking for the Sigen system and they were relatively local to me. When Todd sent me my proposal, he threw me a bit because he included an option to have panels installed on my back roof (almost north facing); I decided to go for it as it was a relatively small price increase. I am so pleased I did as they have been performing brilliantly and they help extend the amount of time the panels are generating during the day as they get the evening sun. On good days the back panels almost double my output after about midday! The aftercare has also been excellent. Todd is very responsive over WhatsApp and always answers my questions in a timely manner (I’m not sure I’ve ever waited for more than an hour or so for a response) - this has included late evenings too! Anything he is not sure about he has contacted Sigenergy support who also seem to respond very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to invest in a solar pv system!

Hi just to thank Todd and team for fantastic job on fitting solar panels on my garage I had a few problems getting Wi-Fi to garage but when that was sorted, Everything went great. Really pleased With the outcome would definitely recommend. Thanks again Todd Paul

Our solar panels stopped working. They are 10 years old and no one willing to help. Everyone busy installing new panels. However, energy concern a local company helped. They came over and identified squirrels had chewed the cable right through. They ordered new ones from china and also upgraded our inverter. All working and time taken out to help a pensioner. Thank you

Hi Todd, I would like to thank you for your impeccable service and attention to detail during the installation of my solar power system. Equally important was how you were never pushy about selling one system over another, each time I came with a constraint you provided me with a solution to suit my requirements. This eventually led us to your recommendation of Sigenergy based system with Aiko solar panels. We had many challenging aspects, especially the different roof elevations but you were able to assure me with your technical knowledge. I am someone who needs to understand the product I am buying and why it is recommended, some installers don’t appreciate my questions however with you, I felt I could ask as many questions as I wanted and you provided me with a prompt response. All of this was before deciding to go with Energy Concerns LTD as my preferred installer. I wanted a local company to do this work and although it is a ‘young’ company, I am happy to recommend them to you. Try them and if you find someone better, then it is excellent news, it’s a win-win but I doubt you will.

Energy concerns was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our new solar panel, and battery storage system has been installed with care and attention to detail. The team of electricians and roofers were clean and courteous throughout the whole installation. Once again thank you, we would highly recommend this company👌👏👍👌

I contacted Todd as our system was under performing. Todd is a very professional young man who arranged a full service. A thorough clean and preventative treatment was carried out, and a grid installed to keep pigeons out. Performance has greatly improved and the panels look like a new install. He has given great advice on how to improve performance even more. Not at all pushy, and has given a very fair price for adding a battery to the system. I'll certainly be using Energy Concerns for this in the near future.

We've had solar panels and a house battery fitted by Todd and have had a brilliant experience from start to finish. When we were looking for quotes for a battery we had done a fair bit of research ourselves into what we wanted and brands of battery that looked good. Which meant we have had other 'salesmen' come round that couldn't answer our questions and knew less than we did. So Todd was a breath of fresh air when he could answer any questions we had about features of the battery, different types & the installation process. We were initially looking for just a battery but Todd suggested he price up for solar panels too as he thought we be surprised - and we did end up going for both so he was right! There was no pressure in the quoting process & it felt like a really good fit for us. He came back with the quote quickly and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. After quoting, a new brand of battery came out that he thought would suit us better and was bigger for a similar price, so he suggested it & talked us through the differences. During the install Todd kept us informed of when he would be coming and what he would be doing that day. He and the others working on the job were very polite, approachable and tidied up after themselves each day. We couldn't have had a nicer experience. We even decided we wanted more panels half way through & it wasn't a problem for them to make the changes. The final install is very neat and I haven't seen such good bird netting around each of the solar panels. The panels themselves have a very modern look being almost completely black in colour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Energy Concerns to friends and family - everything was discussed in advance and everything installed was as expected. And now most days we just pay the standing charge for electricity!

EV charger installed today. Could not fault Tod at all. Great communication. Professional and job done to the highest quality. Will 100% use Tod for all my future electrical needs.

Form start Todd of Energy Concerns explained clearly about the equipment they are recommending and the result we should expect. There was no hard selling tactics which I experienced from other Solar companies. Energy Concerns Installation is very clean and tidy, there’s no issue of cleaning up after them. We had 18 Panels installed with Give Energy AIO 13.5KW Battery. It’s been a month since we have had it installed and our electricity bill is less than £1 a week, and we are exporting 10-35KW a day.

Jay was great. Worked very well alongside the roofer and all went very smoothly, keeping us very well updated on progress along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasure having him work on my solar panels Todd is Very knowledgeable and his workmanship quality shows throughout. Will definitely be using him again and would recommend his business to anyone looking at becoming more energy efficient. Thanks

Very professional service at a competitive price.

Todd from Energy Concerns visited to address some issues with our GivEnergy battery storage system, installed by another approved GivEnergy fitter from Leicester. He attentively listened to all my concerns, demonstrated great pride in his work, and efficiently rectified the issues. I eagerly anticipate working with him again for our upcoming solar and battery storage upgrade. Many thanks again, Todd!

I had a great experience with energy concerns. Todd was very efficient and clearly knew his stuff as we discussed our options within the solar market. I was unaware of the different types of panels and installations but Todd explained everything and made it very clear. Todd and his team were fast and reliable and done the job to a very high standard. the houses are generating high amounts of electricity and look far better than I imagined. I would highly recommend these guys.

Very professional fit of the panels. Todd was very keen to understand what we wanted and to make sure the system met our needs. Good customer care and followed up to make sure everything was working as expected.

A job well done by Todd and his team. Kept us informed throughout the job.

We had our solar panels installed by Energy Concerns last month. Before that, Todd has been extremely useful in explaining the various options and preparing different quotes for us. Once we agreed on our system, the companie installed it in a very professional, friendly, and timely manner (in spite of the rain). The system works perfectly and we are very happy with it.

Great, professionally service from Todd. Friendly and likeable chap. Bought a battery and inverter for my solar panels. Fair price, very neat and tidy. Great job

I really recommend Energy Concerns for all your solar and electrical system installs and upgrades. We met with Todd and decided to use him to upgrade and replace most of our solar system. The service we recieved was both professional and affordable and we took the chance to not only replace our broken inverter and FiT meter but also upgrade the whole system to better suit our needs. We are very pleased with the work that has been done and the way we were dealt with, if you need system upgrades or a brand new solar system or car charger we would really suggest you use this business. We are very grateful to have a local expert that can help us and we now have a solar system we can control to maximise our energy savings, charging our electric vehicles and to power our home efficiently. Many thanks to Todd and his team for such a great job.

Todd is a very pleasant guy and listened to my requirements. We came up with the right optimum upgrade solar solution at the right price. He provides excellent communication from the quotations stage to advising on all steps of project. He has genuine enthusiasm for his installations.

Todd and his company Energy Concern did a massive solar installation at my house in Oadby, Leicester. The whole process was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I was over cautious because of previous bad experience with Air Source heat pump from EEC. I had previously been engaged with 2 other companies and even deposit was paid to one of them until i got in touch with Energy Concern. Todd gave me his thoughts on what would work best for me. I made some improvements as i am very technical in this field and Todd was kind enough to run it through with officer from National Grid. It was not a traditional installation with lot of technicalities involved, Todd did his best to explain it to the officer, did all the co-ordination, got me pre-approval for G99. He then discussed all the aspects of installation from cables, consumer box, solar arrays, panel directions, getting the optimum output from the system etc. He never imposed or hard sold me into anything but gave his positive inputs. He then procured all the components of my desire from Perlight solar panels, Givenergy AIO, Solis inverters, diverters and car chargers. Finally, i was given realistic timelines, which he adhered to from start to finish. The whole process was smooth from when scaffolding was done, panels installed, batteries and inverters were fitted and finally scaffolding taken down after everything was checked and confirmed. Todd was honest and clean which made life easy for my wife as at the end of the day they cleaned after them. Its been over 4 weeks and we are very happy with the system. So big thanks to Energy Concern and especially Todd. I highly highly recommend them for Solar and battery installation. I can only give 5 stars here on google but here is an additional star for a job well done!!

Energy Concerns recently fitted our solar panels and battery. They did so in one day efficiently and cleared up afterwards. We had clear explanations of how we could monitor the system and reassurances about the guarantees. The service was extremely good and we have been very pleased with the results, despite it being January. We would sincerely recommend this company to anyone wishing to invest in solar panels

I recently had the pleasure of working with Energy Concerns to add a new solar panel array, Growatt hybrid inverter and 5kWh battery. What I truly appreciated was the integration of my existing panels with the new equipment. The end result was a neat, seamless installation which I'm incredibly happy with. From the outset, the team was incredibly helpful, providing guidance every step of the way. Their explanations were clear and comprehensive, ensuring I understood the processes and choices involved. The team were genuinely friendly and courteous and even befriended my anti-social dog, which was a surprising outcome! In terms of professionalism, they were reliable, arrived punctually, and ensured open and prompt communication throughout the project. If you're considering a solar installation or upgrade, I can definitely recommend Energy Concerns. Their combination of expertise, reliability, and genuine warmth makes made the whole experience a pleasure and resulted in an awesome set-up.

Todd did a brilliant job of fitting our 12 solar panels along with 5kw inverter and 5kw battery storage saving lots of money on our electricity bill already. Can highly recommend Energy Solutions Ltd.

Easy estimate, not pushy, fair price with an excellent young man installing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Todd arrived promptly to diagnose the fault. He explained the alternatives to us and arranged to fit a new inverter within an agreed time scale Excellent neat job and everything left tidily The system has worked efficiently since, throughly recommend

Todd & Kurt did a gr8 job of suppling & fitting 7 solar panels & battery, we also opted for pigeon protection which was worth the extra. Arrived on time, cleared away any mess & explained what they were doing at each stage. Panels working perfectly & the website is gr8, it shows how the system is operating, we are already making savings on electric so delighted.

Overall great solar system, excellent service and a fair price. Energy concerns have designed and implemented a highly effective system. The panels, batteries, inverters, car charger all cleanly and cleverly fitted and matched into our 1930s house. Especially pleased with the panels that look modern and sleek, almost blending into the roof. Install and support by Todd and Curt has been brilliant and much appreciated as we were really cautious about the project and solar in general. We are delighted with the outcome. Highly recommend.

Just want to say a big thank you to Todd for the install, from the time I contacted them to get a quote all things were clearly explained and the benefits of the different system that could be installed. A quote was sent which was very detailed and any questions were answered promptly. When the install began all I can say is great job, I was informed at each step what they were doing, all aspects of the install were talked about and the best possible layout for all the equipment. The final outcome of the install is very impressive and the team worked hard and cleanly at all times. It was a pleasure to have Todd and his team install my system and would not hesitate to recommend them to other people. The finish of the install is very neat. Once again Thanks Energy Concerns Ltd

Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable! Arrived on time, fast to respond to any queries and questions! Happy with my new battery and inverter set up! Nothing was too much!

I have found Energy Concerns on FB. I have contacted a couple of companies and they gave me the best offer. During the whole process Todd communicated in a very professional manner. We choose a big system so the paperwork took a while but I knew it would. The team was very polite and helpful. They have installed 14 panels, battery and an EV charger. I am so satisfied with their service that I have asked them to quote me a CCTV installation. I highly recommend them.

Energy Concerns have been amazing definitely recommend for you. At the start Todd gave us 3 quotes so we could see the different options we had and talked through all the different aspects of it. Answered all questions, straight away questions even my silly questions. The application G99 was completed without me having to worry about any of it. They did all of it for me. Turned up to install after all applications were completed great team turned up to install. Advise me on all aspects of how it’s all going to work and the timeframes. Very professional at all times, and more importantly, they cleaned up after themselves.

Very competitive quotes provided within a few days followed by a site survey, explaining were they would place the equipment and run the cables. I opted for the larger system, so Energy Concern completed the require G99 paperwork, and once this was approved, they organised the scaffolding and installation dates within in three weeks. Fantastic installation, the site was left spotless and very good communications though out the whole process. I would highly recommend this family based firm

Super happy with my new solar panel system installed by Todd at Energy concerns LTD. I can now generate my own electricity saving me money on my bills which is needed through this energy crisis. Very professional company, thanks guys.

A great team. I was visited promptly and given a full explanation of the work needed, timescale and price quote. I was kept informed throughout the order process and given a precise fitting date. The engineers were on time, professional and completed everything within the time specified. High quality workmanship, worked well and left everything perfectly clean. The guarantee process is also being arranged. I’m extremely pleased and the cost could not be bettered. Thank you very much team, it’s greatly appreciated and I highly recommend the company.

TJ was great. Had my solar panels back up and running in no time at all. 100% recommend them

Phone Todd for an estimate to add battery's to my dolar panels After lengthy chat to get all information he required, he said he would ring back with information and price So within a couple of days he rang back with 2 options and then made the time to come and check out where I wanted to fit it Small delay on getting the parts but checked to see if the next saturday would be ok, he arrived bang on time with his mate.We had a chat while they said hello to my border collie , then got stuck.Worked all day came back to finish off on sunday. Explained how it all worked and monitoted it to see all was well.It was fitted 23/10/22 So I would highly recomend Energy Concerns for any solar battery work you require The price was what I had expected also pointed out my fuse box was very old so I asked if he could replace, no problem So checks in to say all is good while an old 72 yr old learns the ropes Definitely 5 Stars Thankyou Danny
