Reviewers of J W Electrical UK Ltd praise Jack for friendly, helpful and professional service, with several saying he tidied up and left everything neat and tidy. One reviewer says he fixed a dangerous outdoor plug fitted by someone else and made it safe, and another reports wall lights and lounge plugs fitted. Two reviewers describe a clear written quote, one adding that the quote was sent by email and accepted online. One reviewer says he fitted a plug where it was wanted and cleared up someone else's bad work, and another says he explained the order of work to fit around their working day. One criticism is that a previous fitter's work was described as horrendous and dangerous, though reviewers say Jack put this right.
Jack did an absolute FANTASTIC job fitting an electric plug outside in my garden (for my hot tub) after I had dodgy fitting from someone, he done a horrendous job and dangerous and put the plug outside my gate! When I needed it inside! Jack sorted it all out bless him, making sure it was safe clearing up someone else's bad work. Jack knows his stuff and clever at what he does. He was very friendly, helpful and reliable and very professional. Tidied up after himself. His price was so good too. I'm very impressed. Id give him 10 ⭐ if I could. Also he came before he done the job to see what had to be done, Jack then professionally contacted after with quote and work needed to be done through email, then I chose the quote online and it was done that way. Which is really good I think.
Top quality reliable service at a great price. Jack wired and fit 2 bedroom wall lights, 2 new plugs in the lounge.
Excellent service from start to finish. I recomend JW electrical . Jack followed through on my request for three jobs to be done with a clear written estimate. He was fairly priced and quick to set up up the time to do the work. On the day of the work he was professional making sure he explained what order he was doing things to fit in with my working day. He left everything neat and tidy. Ii wii definitely be asking him to do other work for me in the future. I am happy with the work he did and how quickly he did the job after my enquires.
