One reviewer praised Green Man Environmental Services Ltd for a heating design and install at a Community Hub, saying the service was transparent and helpful and that the work was efficient, top quality and done quickly. Two reviewers report that one of the company's drivers fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into their cars, writing off the vehicles. One says the driver disappeared for over 13 hours, and the other says the driver fled the scene. Both describe large unexpected costs, with one citing nearly £1,600 and the other about £3,000. One reviewer says the managing director refused to speak with them about a resolution.
Fantastic design and install service. Very transparent, helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure the heating at the Community Hub was efficient, top quality and quickly installed. Couldn't recommend them more!
One of their drivers fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into both my neighbour’s car and mine, writing both vehicles off. The driver then disappeared for over 13 hours, leaving us without transport and completely abandoned. He later admitted to falling asleep at the wheel, which is an appalling level of negligence. As a result of Green Man’s failure to take responsibility, I am now facing nearly £1,600 in unexpected costs at Christmas for an accident that was entirely not my fault. Utterly negligent and deeply irresponsible.
Driver from green man group fell asleep at the wheel, wrote off two cars and fled the scene. Green man group leave me with £3k of out of pocket expenses and the MD refuses to speak with me to try and come to a resolution. Their attitude towards the situation is sickening and disgusting, I would highly recommend you so NOT deal with these people
