Highly recommend. Nick from Skyelec found the wiring problem and quickly fixed it. He returned my call, found a time to come round, and turned up on time to do the work. A skilled professional service.
Nick did a great job with mains connection to our external building, he’s friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I’d definitely recommend! 😁
Excellent communication throughout and a great service from Nick who installed an EV charge point for me, wouldn't hesitate to use again and would recommend to others.
Nick was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to communicate and deal with. We recently had a power shortage due to bad wiring and water damage and then a chandelier deinstallation and installation of a new light source. He arrived on time on both occassions, explained everything clearly in terms of the work that needed to be done and the pricing, and completed the work to a high standard. Highly recommended!
Great electrical work, considerate around the house and very attentive to any other issues we might have.
Excellent service from Nick. Great communication. Was able to resolve unforeseen issues - very happy with the result. Really nice guy. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
We recently had Nick from Skyelec carry out an electrical installation report, and he did an excellent job. His communication was outstanding, and he made sure to answer all our questions and explain everything clearly. Nick went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly, and the work was completed to a very high standard. We’re very satisfied with the service and highly recommend him!
Nick was highly professional and a really nice guy. From the start, he demonstrated his expertise by asking for photos of the area and the fuseboard and was the only one to point out that I should upgrade a type AC RCD to a type A. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided a clear, accurate quote which remained unchanged even though the job took longer than expected due to the complexity of accessing and making the correct connections under the floorboards. I will definitely contact him again for future electrical work & have already recommend him to others.
Nick from Skyelec Electrical is always a reliable electrician! When I lived in Brighton, he came to our house to fix our lighting and other electrical problems. He often solved our problems in just a few minutes when we called him. Now we move to our new house in Lewes and he continues providing us excellent service. Last month, he spent only a day to change all the lights in our new house (from ugly pendant lights to chandeliers and other modern LED decorators. For outdoor lighting, he helped install the outdoor LED light on the wall in our garden, so that we can now work / gather in our garden in evening/ night time without hassle. His service fee is reasonable. If you are looking for an efficient, experienced and reliable electrician, I highly recommend Nick to you.
Nick helped me recently to install all the lights in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He approached the job with great care and attention to detail, ensuring everything was done perfectly. He is professional, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the process, offering helpful suggestions to make the lighting look even better than I imagined. His friendly attitude and respect for my home made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you, Nick, for your exceptional work! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled electrician.

Faultless, Nick did a great job, tidy, on time, reasonable and personable, couldn’t ask for more really.
We needed to replace 4 old smoke alarms that were intermittently being triggered without smoke present. Had excellent communication from quote to booking in the job. Supplied and fitted 3 smoke alarms and 1 heat sensor. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Nick was very personable even when faced with our exuberant young dog. Will use again for any electrical work.
