I was recommended to Tom by my next door neighbour who was very impressed with his work. Tom initially installed some outside lights and an outside socket. Since then he and his team have subsequently replaced my consumer unit and installed ceiling lights in my lounge. Currently using Tom and TC Electrical again to sort out various electrical items as part of our kitchen refurbishment. Tom has also carried out various electrical work at my son’s house too. The guys did a great job with my undercabinet lights and outside light. I would definitely use them again and recommend them 😀

Fantastic service and prompt response. Had an issue at the weekend which was quickly sorted over the phone.

I was very impressed by how helpful Tom Carling was when our solar system inverter crashed. He very quickly came out and assessed what was wrong, (dead inverter), and arranged a convenient time for its replacement, and got our system up and running again with the minimum of fuss. He also advised me against installing more panels on the garage roof because of the lack of space to generate enough electricity to make it worthwhile, even though this meant he was turning down work for himself. It also helped that Tom is very personable and friendly, so I would thoroughly recommend Tom for any domestic electrical work.

We’ve used Tom for a while now and he’s been great, really easy to get in to contact with, super helpful and so reliable which we really appreciate! 100% would recommend

Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly helped diagnose and resolve a fault with our heating electrics, working alongside the plumber to get everything sorted efficiently and professionally. (Work undertaken at the start of May 26) He also took the time to give us helpful advice on EV charging options. Given that we had lots of questions, we really appreciated his expertise and insights across different areas of electrical work. Reliable, knowledgeable, great value and easy to deal with. We’re looking forward to getting a quote for the EV charger installation and working with him and his team again. Highly recommend!
