Wonderful, efficient, prompt service. My problem was identified and dealt with quickly and with care and thoughtful support for which I was extremely grateful. I thoroughly recommend Plugged in Electricians will be recommending them to anyone who needs assistance of this kind.

These guys are fantastic! They are very quick to reply with a quote, and then with getting the work done, unlike a lot of tradespeople! They also gave me some advice on how to deal with a rather complicated electrical problem, even though they couldn't do the work. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will certainly use them again if necessary. I recommend them to anybody who wants a fast and efficient electrician,

Prompt service. very professional and excellent value.

Chris can always be trusted to carry out a 1st class job. He fitted an electric tankless water heater for us and introduced our electricity supply board to the 21st century!

Had a fantastic experience using Plugged In Electricians from booking to completion. We wanted another outdoor socket installing but knew very little about how or what we needed. Plugged in came round and assessed the job super fast, I’d underestimated the distance we needed cable for, however, this wasn’t a problem for the team and they went and collected more cable and came back the same day to complete the job, which I appreciate must have put them out but they didn’t make us feel like that at all. Super friendly guys, can’t recommend them enough! Great service!

Professional, prompt and great value.

Very reliable, prompt, transparent and friendly service! I liked also that I received advice and explanations and my questions were answered professionally. The performed work was brilliant and I highly recommend Plugged In Electricians - Chris and Graig.

Plugged in were great from start to finish on our solar panels and EV charger installation. Really detailed information, efficient and friendly in our home and a speedy response to follow-up queries.

Rapid response, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend this company

Chris and Craig came to replace our circuit board yesterday. They contacted us quickly (having been contracted by our letting agent) and arrived when they said they would. They were friendly, punctual and finished what was rather an awkward job in good time. Excellent service from start to finish. Very impressed. The reviews here speak for themselves 👍

Plugged In Electricians installed solar panels, inverter and battery for us. They were brilliant, gave us a quote, turned up when they said they would, explained/discussed options with us and left us with a system thats working really well. We are more than happy with everything.

Can’t recommend these guys enough, efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. They did a great job and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future

Fantastic job, Chris is very professional & good information given about the work done. (Tesla charger fitted) Would recommend Plugged in for EV charger fitting.

I can recommend Plugged In Electrician with confidence. Chris has given us great advice and information. He provided a detailed quotation in advance and a professional service throughout. He asked our views at each stage of the installation and discussed the options. We are very happy from the initial contact to the installation.

Plugged in Electricians have provided excellent service. They were very prompt in responding to every query. Gave us a quote, explained the work needed in detail and the installation process was very professionally handled. Thank you Christopher.

It can be a headache trying to find a reliable electrician sifting through the dozens of tradespeople online. The overall service by Plugged In was excellent, and my electrician, Christopher, was ultra professional and did a fantastic job. If you come across this review and you are looking for an electrician, you can be assured that you are in safe hands. I would definitely use Plugged In again.

New consumer unit installed. Great communication from start to finish. Very friendly and efficient. Would reccomend Plugged In Electricians. Thank you

Excellent service from Chris, very flexible and understanding of my elderly mother as we had to cancel twice. Replaced distribution board as well as other items quickly and safely. Left site clean and tidy. Very good communication before and during work. Pleasure to deal with.

Plugged in Electricians installed an Electric Vehicle charge point for me. The whole process of quotation and installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard with excellent consultation and communication. There was a short time window in order to meet a grant deadline and Plugged In Electricians prioritised the job with excellent communication and a determination to arrange installation in a timely manner. Emily in the office was very efficient in planning the work (including planning pre-installation work). She kept me well informed and communicated promptly as well as ensuring they had all the necessary information for the EV charge point grant application. The grant payment has come through and I was promptly reimbursed. The electrical work was completed as planned. The electrician, Chris, discussed my best options for installation and arrived at the booked time and date to do a quality installation which matched my requirements. He was able to answer all my queries and advise options to agree the best specification for my situation. He accommodated me by completing the installation works around me cutting and clearing a channel in my concrete drive so the supply cable to my garage where the charge point was installed could be hidden. Plugged in Electricians were the only firm to express confidence in obtaining the grant for me on the short remaining timescale and they delivered everything they promised in a courteous and friendly manner. Thank you.

Chris was great, explained the work he had done, routed cables in a way that looks neat and professional. Used for installed of a Tesla Wall Connector. (EV Charger)

Really helpful advice about an "add on" job - surge protection. No pressured sales, actually reluctant to up-sell. Really neatly done and an odd job I'd been avoiding for ages knocked off in a few minutes. Good natured and professional. Recommended.

Polite and personable, arrived on time and completed work to a good standard.

Plugged In is efficient, skilled and friendly. My new lights look stunning. The team found the parts and fitted it all in a few hours. Would recommend to everyone!

I have used Plugged In Electricians a few times over last 4 years for all sorts of electrical jobs and I wouldn't use anyone else now. All coms are great. Pricing is transparent and clear. Jobs always start on time as planned. All paperwork is issued promptly. Quality of work is excellent. Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I ask lots of questions and we've had to change job plans ‘on site’ and he explains everything while also giving honest opinions when trouble shooting or considering options for works. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chris for any projects.

Would highly recommend! Chris has installed consumer units, replaced some wiring and tested the circuits in 2 different properties for me. He was professional and very responsive from the start. Extremely knowledgeable and informative, he broke each aspect of the job down on the quote which was really helpful. I will be using on future projects.

Friendly, punctual, helpful - everything that you would want from a professional. Thank you very much for sorting my electrics.
