O&O Electrical Ltd carried out one job without reported problems. One reviewer said a second job was described as quick and cheap by the first engineer, but a different engineer then said it would be lengthy and much more costly, and the reviewer was charged for an hour after a five-minute visit when no work went ahead.

Awful company. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off. They sent an engineer to do some work which was done with no issues, and I asked about another job and the engineer said it would be quick and cheap. Booked the job and another engineer turned up who - after speaking at length with his manager on the phone - said the job would be lengthy and much more costly than anticipated. This was completely the opposite than the previous engineer had stated which, in the absence of a company formal quote I took it to be the quote! At that point I said no to the job progressing due to wrong 'quote' being provided and the engineer never even thought of mentioning that they would charge for him being there to give the correct quote. Now they want to charge me a whole hour of work (not done!) for a 5 minute visit. Poor company and poor work practice.
