B-Electrical Services T/A Ben Hodsdon T/A B-Electrical Services

Review on behalf of a customer: We found Ben on Check-A-Trader.Com and he is now "our electrician"! Ben came to quote and found some other issues we were unaware of. He is very knowledgeable and explains the science of electricity in terms we can understand. We were very happy with his quotes and the work undertaken. Ben is returning to carry out further electrical works in a couple of weeks and in the New Year. We absolutely recommend him most highly. Sharon Lansbury Northampton

Arrived on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very friendly as well

Ben was brilliant, his communication was great, he was reliable and super helpful. He installed an EV charger for us. I would 100% recommend him.

Very helpful! Helped me out at the last minute!

I am happy to state publicly that the work carried out by B-Electrical Services was of the highest quality and in a totally profesional manner. I would recommend this service without hesitation.

Ben is an absolutely brilliant electrician, and we can't recommend him highly enough! We've used him twice now, and each time he has been amazing. He's punctual, reliable, and just a genuinely lovely person. The first time we hired him, he replaced our carbon monoxide alarm, and we were immediately impressed by his efficiency and excellent communication. But the second time, he was even more incredible. As an elderly couple, we were very stressed when our hard-wired smoke alarms started going off randomly during the night. The alarms were at the end of their life, and the sensors weren't working correctly. I messaged Ben at 6.30am, and to my amazement, he replied 5 minutes later! Despite a busy day ahead, Ben made a huge effort to fit us in on the same day to replace all three alarms. He communicated with us regularly throughout the day, keeping us updated on his arrival time. When he got here, he was friendly and professional, and he replaced the alarms very quickly. The stress of the situation lifted instantly once the new alarms were in. Ben is by far the best tradesperson we've ever experienced. He's a friendly chap who is eager to please and certainly knows his job. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Ben was brilliant - really responsive, cost effective and excellent craftsmanship. Would completely recommend!

Ben kindly came and sorted my electrical problems within an hour of me calling him. Would use again and recommend 👍

Ben is a real find. He is the best Electrician we have ever used by far. He did an amazing job on our electric shower. He was able to come out to us within a hour of calling. Excellent service and a great job. Will be using you again. Cheers

Absolutely amazing. Did above and beyond what anyone else you do. Is polite, punctual and very hard working. Can easily see the pride he has for his work through the perfectionism. Also incredibly nice guy, explains things really well and will explain more if needed and doesn't mind explaining how certain things should be done and what's wrong. Would highly recommend.

Ben came round and fitted an outdoor socket for a 3 pin EV charger. Excellent job and all relevant paperwork received on completion. Ben is a lovely guy, always turns up when arranged. Will be using Ben for all my future electrical work.

Ben is a lovely, approachable person. He arrived on time on the day confirmed. A whole day's work with 4 inside lights, 3 outside lights and a security camera fitted. Expected a lot of things to be put right, plaster, painting etc. I had nothing! Everything boxed in and pinned down. What he quoted was what we paid, no hidden extras. Have already recommended him to others

So Ben came recommended by other tradesmen, which is always a good sign. Over 3 visits so far Ben has completed to a high standard the following - 1 first fit electrics for smart mirror, pull cord switch, extractor fan and electric towel rail. 2 After Bathroom was installed, he installed all the above. 3 put in new light fitting. In living room and install dimmer switch. — He is able to do anything we ask. He is coming back to fit outside lights. He is easy to talk to and very polite.

Ben came out short notice to address and electrical issue i was having. Sorted the problem quickly, was very helpful and couldn't recommend him enough! Will be booking him in for some more work soon. Thank you!!

Very glad I chose B-Electrical Services. Ben is helpful, polite, punctual and reasonably priced. He installed an extractor fan, added an extra socket to the wall and repaired another socket for me. Will happily recommend to anyone and will definitely be in contact again in the future. Many thanks for your hard work

Ben did a fantastic job fitting a bathroom extractor fan. Very professional and left no mess.

Really happy with the customer service and work from Ben. Efficient, well organised and good value too. Highly recommend.

Ben is excellent and i highly recommend him. He is a very pleasant person , punctual and works non-stop. He explains everything very carefully. He clears up when he is finished. He got all the required paperwork back to me the same day. I will certainly use him to do any electrical work for me again

Ben was brilliant throughout our installation process. Responded quickly to coming round for a quote unlike other electricians. Will be using him again in the future. Thanks a lot Ben!

Ben moved two power sockets for me and right from the start I found his communication skills excellent. He messaged to let me know a time when he would arrive, first to assess the job and on a second visit to do the work. Both days he was punctual. I found him friendly, very professional, quick at carrying out the work, tidy and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. And I would use again if needed.

We recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional electrician who installed our dining table lights and tidied up our TV wall. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. The dining table lights were perfectly aligned, adding a warm and elegant touch to our dining area. They also managed the TV wall cables expertly, leaving the space neat and clutter-free. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service made the entire experience delightful. Highly recommended for any electrical needs!

A quick and excellent wiring job, friendly service with a fair price and l would strongly recommend them.

Ben came and quoted me for a few jobs around the house and was back super quick the following week, to complete them all. Everything had been started and finished in the same day, including fixed light switches, bathroom extractor fan, reset alarm system and a full upgrade to our thermostat/heating system (Hive). We are happy with all the work done and value for money, would highly reccomend 😀

Ben is a warm and friendly guy, very knowledgeable and professional, most definitely would recommend to others.

Great service, very competitive, Ben explained the job, gave an accurate quote and did a great job. I highly recommend.

Installed 2 external sockets with a switched fuse spur. Work was done professionally and the finished installation was very neat and tidy. Good attention detail and cleared up any debris once the job was complete. Very good value for money and would definitely recommend and will be using this service again for future projects!

Incredibly professional work, attention to detail and good knowledge of building work and what was needed to achieve the desired result. Keen to finish the job correctly, safely and provide quality advice.

Wow. This guy is as quick as a flash. I’m not sure Watt he’s on, but the guy shocked me at how efficient he was! Professional and bright, he really understands how to short circuit a job. Should be the electrician of the year, if they did awards! Proud to call this guy, Ben!

Ben came out to fix our broken bathroom lights - fixed the problem on the first visit, very professional and good value.

Very punctual, honest, knowledgeable and polite. No call-out charge. Have recommended to all my neighbours

Honest, Trustworthy and Reliable Service. Amazing work, very professional and the finished light fixture looks perfect! All for a very reasonable cost for parts and labour. Will be using their services again!
