Nice quick installation taking only 2 hours

Dan fitted our Ohme EV charger on the day we arranged. I cannot fault the job and he was very pleasant and efficient. My only reason for not giving five stars is because I had to chase them several times as they didn’t respond to emails promptly. Would I recommend them? Yes.

Excellent company. Local based professional and punctual. Really helped out in getting charger fitted before March deadline. Installer was friendly and informative and did an excellent installation. Will be looking to use this company for solar panels on my garage.

I was put in touch with R&B when I ordered an OHME electrical car charger via the OHME website. R&B were extremely responsive and the service provided was excellent, from initial engagement to quotation, installation and invoicing. Would highly recommend.

Over the moon with the work carried out. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name who came, but he was friendly and also came up with a much neater solution for the wiring. Had the EV charger installed in no time, with no mess. Everyone I've spoken to / emailed at the main office has been super helpful too. Big thanks to everyone I've dealt with.

Sadly I cannot review the install as we never got to this point, but I can review the experience I had with customer service and an unexpected hidden fee. We had an install booked for a Monday afternoon, I got called in to work due to staff shortages so phoned them an hour before I expected them to turn up (as this was the first time I could call in between shifts, other than Sunday..). Customer service explained that the engineer was on my street and I apologised and said I cannot make it home until 1.30pm for 20 mins to open up etc. She said she would speak to the manager and email me...(not sure why it couldn't be resolved on the phone but hey ho). What followed was an email explaining that if I didn't pay the £65+VAT for an 'abortive visit' then we will not rebook a new date. I questioned this and was accused of forgetting the appointment. This was the first time of being made aware of an abortive visit charge, the quote didn't say anything about this. I mean every one was friendly enough (baring the heated email from CS) and they seemed very efficent with comminication and competative. But if I were in their shoes I would have just rearranged the booking to ensure I kept the business rather arguing over £65. Anyway, just my honest opinion and something I thought I better make others aware of.

Great service. Installer arrived as promised on time and a day when the weather can only be described as inclement at best with snow and wind. He worked outside to get the job done with minimal power disruption to us and the finished installation looks brilliant with all cables to the unit concealed out of view. Thank you I will be in touch again to get another charger installed when we change our other car to an EV.

Matthew from R&B fitted the new OHME Pro EV Charger to my property on 13/09/21. Not only were they the most reasonable cost for this product which is only just out on the market in the last few weeks of typing but they were the most professional to deal with. Matthew turned up on time and got to work straight away requiring very little input from myself other than where I wanted the charger installing. Would highly recommend R&B to everyone.

Our initial enquiry was responded to quickly and once we had accepted the quotation an appointment was made. The engineer turned up on time and was very professional . The installation was carried out neatly and the site cleaned up on completion. Would not hesitate to recommend the company in the future.

well all that needs to be said is from start to completion the company and staff where great will use again in the future as looking to get solar installed so for me I'm going to stick with a company now that are a Professional team. even theatre sale help was great would def recommend to anyone.

After finding the charging point that I would have liked to get installed, the team at R&B got in touch via email and then a follow up phone call. I provided site photos and the quote came through on the same day. Installation was perfect and i'm really happy with the end results. I'd highly recommend R&B to anyone else.
