Extremely dangerous and irresponsible parking from your contractor who lives in Soham parking consistently on a blind bend on Mill Corner. Move your van or I'll be reporting to the council and the police. You're going to cause an accident.

We use J&J Drake a few weeks back and I can tell you what a SHAMBLE of a company, they turn up LATE every day, arrival time should be 8am, some days they did not turn up until 10am and then leave at 2pm- so 4 hours work I am paying for, my drive was a MESS, the team they sent on site are constantly COMPLAINING about having not the right TOOLS to do the job, previous workers turning up before not COMPLETING the job FIRST time, MANAGEMENT not organising there work properly so its multiple visits after visits- Not once did I feel safe, No barriers on site, machine drive talking on the phone while swinging heavy machinery- An Unbelievable company!

We have used J&J Drake a lot of times for different things and always had a good experience until recently. We had problems with persistent power cuts for over a year and J&J Drake came on several occasions, but were unable to resolve the issue. After having paid quite some money, we eventually got a different electrician who solved the problem within 5 minutes. We asked J&J Drake whether we could get a bit of a refund for their last visit (where again they were not able to solve the problem) but they declined. I would still recommend the very kind electricians who came and tried to help us, but would say that customer satisfaction is not the priority at the admin level.
