I like to use local companies where I can and would recommend McInnes group from Office staff to Installers for the profesional way they conducted themselves , they not only explained every step but did it in away that I could understand.

I am pleased to recommend McInnes group for installation of an Air Source heat pump system. Their engineer who designed and quoted for the system was extremely thorough, took the time to check every angle of the job. We had approx six week wait for installation, but once they arrived their teams worked very efficiently there was no mess left laying about and did their utmost to keep us safe out of harms way. I would use again in the future.

Full heating system installed including combi boiler, new radiators, and all pipes replaced. Great team of guys. Very thorough and efficient install process. Very helpful and informative. Happy to answer all my questions and helped with changing size of radiators at short notice. Thanks.

We had our ASHP installation completed by McInnes. Throughout the process they have been helpful and responsive with the stages of getting the paperwork lined up for the government grants. From the very first visit we saw nothing but highly enthusiastic and professional behaviour as well as an enthusiasm for delivering a good system that works within our home. The installation team did there best to be as unintrusive as possible took all the measures possible to minimise any mess created. Nothing was a bother and the dedication to get the work done was genuinely admirable. The system itself (so much as we have had use of it) is exactly what we were expecting. Looking forward to our solar panel installation next

Updated August 2026 - why is zero stars not an option for a Google review? We are now in August 2026 with a Daikin ASHP which still doesn’t work, and the list of incompetencies in the original installation gets longer and longer. Incorrect wiring of the main control unit, no frost protection installed (handy in the Highlands of Scotland), water filters missing, ridiculous and unnecessary pipework, completely superfluous “Sunamp” unit that does nothing at all. Can not recommend highly enough to get someone, anyone, else!! *Updated 24th December 2025* No working heating for 3 months, and now no heating for Christmas and New Year. Poor communication, poor service, lack of response, lack of help, lack of accountability. We have not had a properly functioning heating system since 5th October 2025. There are repeated water flow issues with the air source heat pump which prevent it from defrosting itself when temperatures are below 5C, and the unit stops working completely and can’t be restarted/reset. The rest of the time it just doesn’t work for more than a few hours without having to be manually reset. The system has been “serviced” and “repaired” by the original installers, McInness Group on one occasion since this fault occurred, and the system failed less than 24 hours later. After informing them of this they said there was nothing else they could/would do, and it is now a Daikin / Eon Green Funding Solutions warranty issue. However, once we got a Daikin engineer to visit, they discovered a number of potential issues with the original installation, some of which they were not able to resolve as it related to non Daikin equipment, and would need the original installers to resolve. Since then we have seen and heard nothing from the McInnes Group and are now spending Christmas and New Year with no functioning heating system.

Contact with McInnes (Niall) was very helpful and it didn’t take long before he had the best system to suit our needs. Installation dates and times were agreed well in advance. Installation team and electrician (Scott) arrived as planned and the job was completed within the day although 2 days had been allocated just in case there were any snags! Communication was very good throughout and everything tidied away on completion 🤗

Project manager Niall was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and kept me informed and answered any questions I have very quickly. Your installation team, Kai, Johnny, Finlay and Peter were excellent on what was quite a challenging system to install but did it extremely well and cheerfully. Overall I think the project management and installation of the system went very smoothly. The air source heat pump system is easy to operate and should give me the versatility i was looking for in respect to hot water and central heating.

Highly recommend mcinnes group communication has been great, very professional, any concerns that where brought up where promptly rectified. Initial meeting with the project manager was informative and helpful.

Well, what can I say. An excellent job completed by Mcinnes Group last week. We had a new air source heat pump, hot water tank, radiators, and all piping all renewed. They decommissioned and removed the old oil heating system and radiators. We also had a solar system installed with battery storage. This was all completed within 2 1/2 days, outstanding work. The house was initially flooded with trades people, and from the minute they walked in, work commenced stripping out the old heating system. I was consulted on placement of items within the home, and any questions I had were promptly answered. The home was treated with respect even though carpets and floor boards had to be removed for installation of the new pipework. On completion the house was tidied, carpets replaced and bar from a little dust we wouldn't have known they had been there. The personnel that worked on the system were professional and courteous throughout, even though you could tell they had a lot on their plate with this being an old house with thick granite walls. From the initial consultation, right through to completion, I cannot fault the Mcinnes group at all, they stuck to the initial dates provided for installation and provided an excellent service. A big thank you to the plumbers, the electrician (who had to drill through a metre of granite - no easy task!), the roofers and the contract manager. A job well done! As for the system, it is early days, but all is working well at the moment, the heat pump is keeping the home toasty, and the solar system is generating an storing energy, although there is lots of tech to get my head around.

got a complete new full central system installed by Mc innes group on the 16th of june 2026 the guys were brilliant you could not fault then so polite quick in working from the time they entered my house at 8am there was no mess after they finished they even hoovered up then they explained how the new boiler works tottaly 100 % well done guys mr symon in aberdeen

Can’t fault McInnes, our install was not a typical job which was declined by another supplier. It wasn’t hard, it just required a bit more work to assess our property to make sure the Air Sourced Heat Pump system worked as needed. After 6 weeks of operation it’s as expected, works great and is cutting our electricity bill. The staff before, during and after were professional, curious and knowledgeable in their job. I’d place McInnes well above other local and national firms and highly recommended them.

Great service, guys were there when they said they would be, worked like troopers and were done in a day n a half... couldnt believe it was done so quick. Only one thing I am disappointed in was the electrician stuck an fuse box on my wood panelling without any consultation, despite knowing I was contactable and just along the road at mums. Overall though a very good experience and great workmanship.

The experience was very good, the lads turned up on time and managed to finish the job in one day. It was 7pm before the last guy got away so for that we accept there was a bit of mess, just dust and wood chippings (not complaining ) happy with the outcome.

Work was carried out very professionally with minimal fuss and our house and grounds left neat and tidy on completion. In all, a very positive experience. All communication was quick and clear, and we were booked in without any delays apart from that caused by bad weather in January. We've just had our Givenergy solar battery installed by McInnes. The whole experience, from initial inquiry to final commissioning was flawless and carried out in the highest professional capacity. We cannot recommend them highly enough. As to the battery and associated installations; it is early days yet, but from our first few days of low winter sun, we have hardly used any grid energy at all - exactly what we wanted. Also, the Givenergy app is easy to use and gives excellent graphics and data on how the system is operating. One happy customer

We have no hesitation at all in giving a 5 star rating to the McInne Group after the installation of the Air Source heat Pump. The work was carried out most efficiently by their excellent team on site. We were kept well informed, both before and during the work which was to remove our old electric storage radiators, install and plumb the new radiators and water tank. All done in a day and a half by their punctual, hard working and very polite personnel. On completion the site was left extremely neat and tidy even to the extent of removing the turf where the ASHP was located. Grateful thanks to all concerned.

It's now 7 months after McInnes installed our heatpump and we're still very happy with it, 100% recommend! Our heating bills are about half of what they were last year. The entire McInnes team were very friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of installation the delivery driver accidentaly tipped over the heat pump unit, causing a few dents and scratches. McInnes had it returned to their HQ and brought a new one, simply to not take any chances. Very impressed with the service. After all works were done they cleaned up everything as well, which we were very grateful for!

The guys that did all the work were excellent 👌 all very polite and friendly also cleaned up after themselves. Great service thank you so much.

We can throughly recommend Mcinnes group for the system fitted for us . Right from the survey to installation, all questions we had were addressed. We had old water solar panels that were removed , new electrical panels fitted with tiles replaced where needed, a wonderful job by the panels team . The inverter and battery were fitted and tested then explained to us , which was all done by the electrician who was most efficient and knowledgeable, and advised where to place them. Our system has been up and working perfectly for about 16 days now , with no problems. Cannot fault Mcinnes group, wonderful quality work from start to finish.

A great experience having heat pump system put in by Kai and his team. Thoroughly professional, efficient and hard working. Fully repiped and new radiators with minimal disruption and redecoration required. Although early days, this should be a really good system unaffected by existing pipework factors which other companies that quoted didn't seem interested to address. This is a very straightforward 5-star review. Our experience with McInnes Group was absolutely fantastic. They provided clear instructions and helpful prep work ahead of time. The McInnes Group have been fantastic from start to finish. The communication with their office has been first class, always happy to accommodate requests and answer questions. When the team were on site to install the air source heat pump, solar panels and solar battery, they were done in a day and a half. They worked tirelessly, cleaned up as they went, were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating as we had to keep a 'safe zone' in the house for myself and our two indoor cats. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to anyone. I would happily have them working in my home again. One very happy household!

Terrific service throughout the process of quoting and installing an Air Source Heat pump, with the benefit of HES funding. We were given clear and prompt guidance every step of the way for the funding application and the installation. The installation itself was swift and thoughtfully timed (while we were out of the house) and cunningly done in a small and tricky space. I especially appreciate the removal of a very old and messy boiler system.

Update (July 2025): Updating to 3 stars (would be 3.5 if there were half stars) due to how well they turned things around. I did lose out on some money I had put down to get my kids out of the house during construction, but the crew that was eventually sent over at the end of June was completely professional from start to finish. I was frustrated that the initial situation was ever allowed to happen, but I am equally impressed with how McInnes learned from the mistake and corrected the situation - something that is not seen as often as it should be with businesses. Thank you for getting it right in the end, absolutely no complaints with that team. Original review (spring 2025): Absolutely stunned with what's just happened. We were awarded some energy efficiency upgrades (eligible due to various disabilities), and have been coordinating work to be done over a year. At every point in the process, I have made it abundantly clear that masks are required at all times inside the house, as we have been hospitalised before due to COVID and will not do it again. We almost never have any issue with other tradespeople when it comes to this, and I certainly wasn't expecting this issue on a job this big (that had been planned as long as it had). I was repeatedly reassured that this would not be an issue, up until 3 days before the install. The day of the install, the lead tech (with the longer beard) shows up and immediately explains that he's "medically exempt" so won't be wearing the masks. (Medical exemption, of course, being completely meaningless in a private home.) With three disabled children (and being disabled myself), arranging to get out of the house for several days is incredibly challenging/expensive. I had arranged ways to be out of the house for a while this week, but we still need to come home at some point dependent on their needs. We have the right to know we are safe in our own home, and apparently that was too much to expect of the installers from McInnes, who apparently cannot handle a few hours doing what my young children have been having to do around others for 5 years now.

I appointed McInnes to install a new ASHP system, which included removing our old LPG based heating system and upgrading our radiators. At all stages, McInnes were responsive and clear about the process. The work on the new system was done efficiently, cleanly and we have been enjoying our new system now for several weeks without a hitch. The senior installer was also very informative on how to get the best out of out new system. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Just to say a huge thanks to all involved in the planning and installation of the solar panels. The boys who were on the installation did an excellent job. Solar panels, ASHP and battery recently installed. The three friendly, calm and super-knowledgable workers have done an orderly, neat job, without fuss or excitement. They have kept the house tidy and clean (though the odd piece of tiny plastic appeared in the gravel outside). The piping is a work of art. Niall Martin, back at headquarters and apparently permanently accessible by email and phone, has been tremendously reassuring and supportive.

It is a pleasure for me to recommend McInnes group Inverness and all of their workers involved in the installation of our 12 Solar Panels, Inverter, 9.5kw Battery and EV charger which were all produced by the same manufacturer. Had solar panels and batteries fitted by McInnes group. The initial quote and visit was super speedy, they were able to tolerate all of my daft laddy questions and gave superb advice around what to install. After we heard back about the G99 they gave good advice on tweaks to the system to make the most out of it and not to be overdoing it and then arranged to do the work very quickly. It would have been even faster if I hadn't asked for SSEN to quote to upgrade our substation (but I had to be nosey and see how much it'd be!). The two day installation went very well, the roof team and the electrician again answered any silly questions we had, did a great job of finding routes for cabling and installed it all very neatly. AND tidied up after themselves taking all the rubbish away. The system has been operating really well during this nice weather and I'm delighted with it. Thank you!

I have just had solar pv, along with battery storage installed by The Mcinnes Group. I am an electrician myself, but have to say how impressed I am with the quality of work delivered by the team who did my installation. The products are top quality, as are the installation methods. They turned up bang on time and had the system up and running in two days. The office also kept me updated right from when I ordered, to completion and beyond. The equipment is working very well, and will make a big difference to my bills. I would highly recommend the Mcinnes Group to anybody considering Solar pv. Top work.

We’ve recently had a heat pump, solar panels and battery installed. The team was great. It felt like the younger guys in the team really took pride in their work. Everyone was approachable. Kai really stood out as someone with leadership. He explained things well, took so much time over the job and never seemed to be flustered. Both my husband and I were impressed with his professionalism but also that he seemed a really good role model. We appreciated all the work done especially in the midst of -15 degree temperatures. Before , after and during the planning of the work- Chloe in the office has been helpful and diligent in helping us. The work was complex and Chloe always was on hand to help on the phone , again with a caring attitude.

I got a new combi boiler and 7 radiators installed by 2 lads from Fraserburgh and a electrician from Aberdeen,they all did an excellent job, so tidy and friendly, could not fault them for anything, thank you very much, highly recommended.

Do not use they damaged our electrics and our floors and refused to put it right

Excellent service provided by all the workmen involved with the installation. Respectful of property at all times and worked through adverse weather conditions - snow/sleet and freezing temperatures! Kai, Jonny and Eric made sure all carpets and flooring that wasn't being lifted was protected. Flooring that was lifted was reinstated as if it hadn't been touched. All work that could be done was done within a tight 3 day timescale. Solar panels that couldn't be done due to snow on the were installed within a week. Communication between ourselves and the McInnes Group was first class at all stages from survey through to implementation. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for heating and solar installation.

I’ve just had a ASHP and Giv Energy Battery added to my solar by McInnes engineers (K, E and J) as part of the Warmer Homes Scotland scheme. (WHS) The pre, during and after service has been amazing. From N who answered about every technical question I threw at him about the components of the installation. K was the lead plumber and was extremely approachable and willing to help with any conundrum. Like cutting shelves to fit a water tank but not completely losing on storage in a cupboard to details like the colour of the filler in holes. J the apprentice was totally self dependent and can level a radiator to a T. The quality of the piping he installed was considerate to future access needs I may have. And E the electrician had a wit about him that meant the atmosphere in the house was always light hearted and made the process of having half your house upturned enjoyable believe it or not! There was a networking issue with the battery which we worked to resolve together and to have a contractor who doesn’t get offended when you offer some advice is a step change from the normal dynamic. I really struggle to find anything wrong and the team staying till gone 8pm each day showed dedication to their profession and the integrity of the company they represent.

The 4 lads were efficient and professional. They are a credit to the company.

We have had solar panels and an air source heat pump installed by McInnes Group and are Absolutely Delighted with their installation. The work was completed in two and a half days, despite being timetabled for three. All of the staff were hardworking, and didn’t slouch; they were constantly hard at it. The guys were always very polite and respectful, and obviously work well as a cohesive team. Kai and his apprentice Johnny, made excellent work of installing the heat pump, and hot water cylinder, whilst Eric, and his apprentice Nathan did a grand job of installing the electrics for the solar panels. Particularly impressed that the guys arrived at our home so cheery, despite travelling for almost three hours before even starting work. Also impressed by the speed at which communications are dealt with in the main office. Very professional in every way. The installers turned up on time (Kevin, Jamie and Aedia) the lead man Kevin briefed us on the installation plan and asked if we had any queries. I informed the installation team and they took into account my (Parkinson Disease). They went about their work professionally and were as quiet as was feasible, considering the work that was being done. (changing out the complete oil fired heating system and replacing it with a complete new gas system). They were tidy in their work practices cleaning up after each task, disposing of the rubbish before starting on to the next task. Their public response was received within 5mins of me posting my review so I'm assuming it was AI-generated and for public appearances only. As part of a government scheme for low income households, McInnes Group installed an Air Source Heat Pump in my 3-bed home. The service has been so consistently shocking that the 5-star reviews are very suspicious to me. My local MSP had to get involved due to the amount McInnes Group cost me financially, their lies and their poor communication. McInnes Group did a load check on the electrics of my home and said it was good to go for installing an ASHP and they would be in touch with an installation date. Some time later, I get a phonecall asking how the renovations are going on my upstairs. I was never informed that renovations were required. They then told me to complete partitions and plaster-boarding so they could install heaters upstairs. So, being a single, low-income household with two toddlers, I sold my old heating system and car to fund this (my home is 1.5storey but only the downstairs was developed). I was under enormous pressure to get the renovations completed before my application lapsed and when I finally got them completed, McInnes Group didn't turn up on the install date. The receptionist claimed there was a problem but wouldn't tell me what. From then on they wouldn't reply to my emails or phone calls. When I phoned from my phone number they would hang up or not answer. When I phoned from my father's number they answered straight away and, upon finding out it was me, let me know that they'd 'get back to me'. They never did. It turned out that they made a mistake and the electrics actually required a £3-5k upgrade in order to install an ASHP. I only found this out through the government scheme who eventually got hold of them. At no point did McInnes Group apologise for their error or the way they treated me. My children and I stayed with my parents for months on end waiting for the ASHP installation. It was eventually installed Winter 2022 but was so poorly configured that my bills have been through the roof since. McInnes Group installed it, showed me the control panel (but only showed me how to set the desired temperature) then followed that up with 'but don't touch it, just leave it'. In this last year I have spent £5188 on electricity. A local heating engineer checked the output of the ASHP and confirmed that it, and the way it was configured, was the problem. In its first year it needed a new part. It also lost pressure multiple times and would cut out in cold weather. Despite it coming with a free service at the 1-year mark, McInnes Group replaced the part but never worked out the pressure loss issue (that's been quickly rectified for me today by my local heating engineer) and never spotted the problems with the way it was configured. Very unprofessional, not clued up on how to efficiently configure Air Source Heat Pumps, terrible communication then do a runner when they make errors. I had all our communication documented and written out on a timeline to present to the government scheme who kindly offered to cover the cost of the electrical upgrades since McInnes Group didn't have a leg to stand on. McInnes Group have never even acknowledged their errors and behaviour nevermind apologised (the very minimum they could have done). The whole point of the scheme was that it was to help low income households. I have paid more for my heating in the last two years than anyone I know.

The team, led by James and Niall did a fantastic job, so hard working and so respectful of our home, and very helpful with explanations. We cannot praise them and the office backup enough. The Team from McInnes Group did a boiler and central heating system install recently for me. I can safely say it was a superb job from pre install to finish. The lads were very professional and considerate of my home but also quick and efficient. The whole job was complete in a day with just a tidy up the following morning. All the different people involved kept me informed and everything happened exactly on schedule. The men did a great job. They were efficient and worked really hard to get things done. They worked late on two nights. They all appeared very knowledgeable and professional, the work was very neat and the house was left as tidy as possible after such an upheaval. We had been struggling to get rid of mould whilst paying a fortune for storage heaters which didn't heat the house. This new system has meant my house is warm and my kids won't have mould in their rooms. I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a new gas central heating system and boiler fitted 4/10/2023. Kia and Allan turned up to do the job on time. After walk round with myself realised the cupboard the surveyor had suggested was no good came up with a solution to put boiler in another cupboard which made the job a bit more work for them as had to move piping ect. They worked non stop all day and got everything up and running that day !!! ( that’s a complete gas central heating systems radiators pipes boiler smoke alarms the lot ) They were amazing clean tidy job you wouldn’t have know they were there. McInnes Group and Windhager were engaged to install a Log Gasification Boiler in early 2023 after the previous local installer and supplier completely let us down. In less than 2 months the Boiler and ancillary equipment were supplied and expertly installed by the team from McInnes Group. This system replaced an existing Oil Boiler with complex internal and external pipework, electrical and internet connections. The work was done quickly, tidily and in difficult weather conditions. Total costs were as quoted. A thoroughly professional operation from start to finish. Thank you.

If I could I would rate -1. Communications started well. Got a reasonable estimate. Accepted it. Next step was to arrange a site visit. Last message received mid September "we are just finishing couple of jobs and will arrange". Since then I emailed, left messages, spoke to possibly receptionist who promised to pass the message - nothing. This is March now. Last time I called today - no one is available to pick up the phone. Stay away from this scam company.

McInnes have serviced my heat pump for the past 2 years and this has been good, with very knowledgeable engineers. However since the last visit over 2 months ago, I've been trying to get an estimate for alterations to my heat pump installation - despite repeated emails and phone calls there has been no response, other than a verbal assurance a month ago - very poor service

Please note I have had to give this appalling company one star as there is no option to give zero stars. I own a property in Scotland and I had an oil fired boiler installed by the McInnes Group which was due it's first service in February 2021. We organised the service to be carried out and the engineer attended our property. After a couple of hours he was finished and left apparently leaving us with a working system. 10 minutes after he left we had to contact the McInnes group, a lady called Beth, to advise her that our system was not working. We were assured that she would get hold of the engineer and send him back. I just so happens that he was out of signal and didn't get the message to come back to us until he was back in Inverness, any how he then set off back to us. When he arrived he managed to get it to fire up and told us that sometimes when you service the boiler and put them back together it can move a part out of its position causing it not to work. I found this a poor excuse, however this was what we were told. The engineer managed to get it to work and then left. Within 30 minutes we were back on the phone to Beth as our heating had gone down again. Bearing in mind is was below zero and had been snowing and as a result was extremely cold made worse by the fact we had no heating or hot water, also my wife is disabled which was not helping. We called back to the McInnes Group and Beth's response to our situation was that the engineer would not return and she did not know what else to do. We were even advised by the engineer who, after being contacted by Beth and refusing to come back, to open the boiler up and get some screwdrivers out and take off the cover and we would be guided through what to do. Obviously I refused to do this as I am not an engineer and besides it would have invalidated our warranty. We got in touch with Grant's, the boiler manufacturer, as it was still under warranty and was told that they could get a part to us which was fine, however the McInnes group (Beth) said that they would not be able to return to us. Once again when questioned about what we were supposed to do, the same reply came, I don't know what to do! This is not acceptable. We got back in touch with Grants who finally put us in touch with a local company in Wick. They came out the following morning and within an hour our system was working temporarily until the relevant part arrived. A couple of days later the part came and the company from Wick "The Heat Center" came back out and fixed the boiler properly. This is the kind of service you should receive, not the sloping of shoulder that the McInnes group have done. To rub salt into the wounds they have had the audacity to bill us £293.00 for the privilege of their appalling service and when questioned as to it being right to bill someone for their boiler being serviced yet left without it working, low and behold the lies start. I.E "it was working when we left" or "it's not our fault it is the manufacturer's fault" and the best one, "I didn't say that"! We refused to pay this bill after speaking to trading standards. however I would not advise anyone to refuse to pay them as their threats of action start. The best advice is to do what we have done which is pay them and leave reviews like this in order to hit back as the more people that know about their service the better. There are much better alternatives out there with much better morals who would go the extra mile. I genuinely can't stress enough how shockingly bad the McInnes Group are.

The McInnes Group have serviced our oil boiler for many years to our satisfaction so when it came time to replace it, we asked McInnes to do a survey to see what our options were. The survey was thorough and we were given impartial advice. Sadly, converting the house to a heat pump was going to be both expensive and disruptive as the whole house would need to be re-piped and the number of radiators effectively trebled. We decided to replace the oil boiler with the latest Grant model and McInnes prepared the quote efficiently and ordered the equipment once a contract was signed and a deposit paid. We were contacted a few days later to agree a day and time to install the new boiler and the whole installation went to plan and was done carefully and thoroughly.

A very positive experience with the installation of a new Daikin Air Source Heat Pump system by McInnes Group to replace my old (and very expensive to run) storage heaters. The initial site survey by Joe to correctly spec the heating system required and develop an installation plan was detailed and done to a very high standard. The installation itself was also completed very professionally with a well supervised and organised team who removed my old storage heating system and installed all the new plumbing and radiators efficiently within a 2 day window. The plumbers and electricians on site followed all the Covid protocols including wearing masks/PPE at all times. I could not have asked for a better installation job which was tidily done and certainly exceeded all my expectations. My new ASHP system runs flawlessly since installed and so much better than my old electric guzzler heaters. Very happy overall and would have no hesitation in recommending McInnes Group for whatever home heating solution you are looking for including specing the right system all the way through to a flawless install job!

From the first contact with McInnes Group they were the stand out company from whom we obtained quotes for replacing our old oil fired central heating system with an ASHP. Lachlan McInnes carried out the survey. He was professional and knowledgeable and subsequently answered all the questions we sent him, promptly and helpfully. Apart from the usual warranties re products etc they have an Insurance backed guarantee through HIES. We paid the 25% deposit on accepting the quote,which is covered by HIES, a further 35% on delivery of the materials and the installation started the same day. It was completed and commissioned on time after 5 days. The Installation team were friendly, polite and professional throughout. Despite being a dirty job everything was cleaned up exceptionally well. Fraser McInnes commissioned the system and took time to ensure we understood everything we needed to know to get the best from it. We would highly recommend this firm.

Very impressed by the initial site survey. I had considered Biomass but it was explained my property was too small. I was reassured by the professionalism of the site surveyor who knew exactly what Air Source System would be required after careful measurement of the property. The agreed installation date was quicker than I expected. All work was completed within a 2 day timescale. The property was left in good condition and was taken care of during installation, with plastic protection put down over carpets etc. The installation was into an older rural property and the installers were able to deal with the challenges of this. A very hard working team of engineers who were pleasant to deal with. The managing Director Lachlan inspires confidence and is very reassuring. After installation there have been no problems after a week of running in and the system has balanced itself.

Someone came out to service our boiler and trailed dog poo all over our carpets and didn’t even have the Courtesy to tell us what he had done we had to find it out by our selfs when we walked in to the area he had been in.
