Fantastic service from Nathan at Inspired Smart Living Ltd. After being let down by another EV installer, we got three new quotes and Nathan stood out immediately. From his first visit, he was very clear, taking the time to explain the options and without being ‘salesy’. His quote was also very competitive. Nathan installed our Hypervolt EV charger very neatly, tidied up the wiring around our consumer unit and left everything looking tidy. He notified Building Regulations and electricity network, and made sure the charger and car were properly connected and set up with me before finishing. A day or so later I received all the paperwork and certifications clearly presented in a pack by email. Throughout, he was responsive, flexible and reliable. He also made it clear he’d happily pop back if we experienced any issues. A really positive experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Nathan again or recommend him to others.
Nathan fitted an EV charger for me, and I took the opportunity to upgrade my consumer unit and review my electrics in my house at the same time. My home has been extended and changed over the years, and the wiring reflected this. Through his thorough testing several issues were identified (sockets with failed earths as an example) and addressed, and I have a comprehensive report detailing the state of my electrics, and a new updated consumer unit, with capacity for any expansion in the future. The EV charger was installed where I wanted it, and all the work was completed neatly and without mess. I would strongly recommend Nathan if you are looking for electrical work to be undertaken, and I will definitely be using him going forward.
Nathan has helped with internet and cabling issues twice now and, both times, he’s been reliable, competent and timely in his support. Excellent standards, I would highly recommend him.

Nathan was everything you want from a trades person - his communication was excellent, he was prompt and turned up when he said he would, he was courteous and professional. 5 Star service from Nathan and his team! I recently moved into a flat and noticed a socket was not working. I called and was able to quickly book a visit for that evening. Nathan quickly identified and fixed problem with the socket. He also made some suggestions to improve the safety of some under floor lighting near the washing machine. Very professional service.
