I messaged Caleb early he replied very quickly, he came out to us straight away he tested all our electrics, finding there was only one problem and this was not in our house he was very professional, he explained everything he did, showed me test results saying that was what he expected, with an exception to the cables coming into our house, which he told me to contact the DNO as this is there problem. He is a very polite young man thank you very much.

Got a leak in bathroom in my apartment, the fan in bathroom from upstairs, fused all my electrics. Rang and Caleb came out straight away even though was early morning, fixed the problem. Did a fantastic job, coming back to fit new fan. Would recommend without a doubt, thankyou.

Caleb has done a couple of jobs for us now, adding sockets and sorting out some lighting issues. He's always been really friendly, very efficient, tidy and done a fantastic job.

Excellent service. Had to call out late in the evening due to an emergency (me drilling into a wire in the wall). Caleb arrived promptly and did a very thorough job to check the area and make it safe, explaining what he was doing as he went along. Pricing was very reasonable and very transparent for an emergency call-out. Would definitely recommend him.

Came out within the hour, explained what the problem was and fixed quickly for my brother & his Nana. Highly recommend!

After trying to source an EV charger through my energy supplier and being told I would need to wait 6 weeks, I reached out to Richardson Electrical who supplied and fitted the same unit for a better price within a few days. Job completed to a high standard - excellent professional service.

We had Richardsons electrical who installed a plug and tele that could fit above the our fireplace , highly recommend. Very professional and always a good service .

Caleb is the owner of Richardson Electrical service - He initially came out to me to check a few appliances that kept tripping ! I knew at some point I’d need a full rewire - I live in a very old stone cottage - Caleb checked the sockets, where appliances tripped - He came out twice. We’d originally agreed a full rewire nearer the end of the year. But recognising more sockets were tripping my appliances ( and as a foster carer the house has to be totally safe and highly regulated ). Caleb didn’t want to keep charging me for small jobs, knowing the house ultimately required a full rewire - He agreed to bring the rewire forward and to ensure I could continue my work safely. Said he would bring in more help and complete over a weekend. He explained everything he would be doing, and kept in contact with me. Asking me where I wanted new sockets placing and what type. True to his word, he completed over a weekend - None of them leaving the house on the 1st day until late at night, making sure everything was safe. His work was excellent. He only cut through the walls where cable needed to run through - leaving nice neat lines, without cutting or drilling into any other part of the wall. That really impressed me. Caleb and his lads cleaned up after themselves. Asked me where to put things back in their original place. He even fitted an outside light - Caleb sent me pictures of outside lights before the job . After the work was completed. Caleb went round every room explaining what he had done - Caleb was totally professional and an highly skilled man. Who also showed thoughtfulness and care to me as a customer. All my neighbours have popped in, and they too, are very impressed with his work. His price was fair and affordable for the high quality work he delivered. I would highly recommend Caleb to any one who required electrical work- I’m absolutely thrilled to bits with my new full electrical re wire . Five stars from me . Thanks Caleb. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
