Today Nathan ( who was working on a new build next door ) came to my rescue and fixed my fire alarm that had been continually bleeping ( I tried changing batteries and cleaning it etc ) but apparently it was the one in the loft that was bleeping. He sorted it out for me, I can now sleep in peace lol He was polite and helpful. What excellent service, Nathan a credit to your company, Well done

Avoid this company. I employed them just before Christmas on a recommendation as they had installed all the electrics on my property. I contacted them as none of the Christmas lights they had installed were working, and also to fix a light inside a well, internally inside the property. I was informed on the phone that the person who carried out the installation at my property would be the person coming to carry out the works. However on the day the guy who came said the electrician who did the installation at the property had left the company. He said he would see what he could do, but was in a rush to get away. He didn’t go inside the property to inspect the well. He also only got 1/4 of the lights on before he said he had to go. He then left and the lights tripped and wouldn’t come on, I called and he said he would come back tomorrow. The next day he came around 6pm and again was in a rush to leave, he got the lights back on, but they kept tripping out. He left and told me he would get his boss to contact me to get them fixed. I was never contacted by anyone, until mid January when I received an invoice stating all works had been carried out, the lights were fixed and that the well light was also fixed. I called the office, spoke to Karen who didn’t really seem interested, and was passed to Peter. Peter said he thought all works had been done, and stated he would get back to me. He never got back to me. I again received an invoice stating that the electrician said all works had been done. I replied saying that they hadn’t. They then stated that they would come check, after I’ve paid the invoice. I refused, as the works haven’t been carried out. They today sent me an email threatening escalation, if I don’t pay by the end of the week, and also to inform people I know..
Having used Cooper Weston on numerous Hi Spec projects, we have found them efficient and highly competent in their field. We use them on all of our London projects. Highly recommend
