PRO-LEC

Pro Lec EV have recently completed the installation of an Easee one charger for me. I contacted the company through their website as I had a number of questions about domestic chargers. Neil contacted me back within a couple of hours and we arranged for him to come to my address to discuss the install and to allow him to gain more info before providing a quote. The info provided by Neil was very good and it allowed me to work out installing an EV charger would pay for itself pretty quickly given my circumstances and the high cost of fuel at the moment. (I’m currently using a Hybrid vehicle) Once I’d accepted the quotation Neil provided me a number of dates when the installation could take place so I was able to book one to suit my schedule. A few days before installation date I received a reminder and details of the time Neil was due to arrive. On install date Neil arrived earlier than expected but this was not a problem. Install was completed within a couple of hours and a run through of the charger and configuration of the application was completed. I would highly recommend Pro Lec EV based upon my experience. There was no hard sell, all questions were answered to my satisfaction, Neil is very punctual and the installation was very professional.
