MAC Electricians

Dave fitted an ev charger to my house. Did a fantastic job, even came back to help me with the app for the charger. Couldn't recommend enough.

I recently had MAC Electricians install new lights in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. The lights look great, and he left everything clean and working perfectly. I highly recommend MAC Electricians for any electrical needs—he’s skilled, reliable, and a true pro!

Dave has done a number of jobs for me and his work has always been outstanding and a great price too. Nothing is too much trouble, and work is completed within a reasonable timescale. I highly recommend this professional business.

MAC electricians recently replaced my fuse box and checked all the electrics in my property.I was exceptionally pleased with not only the work carried out but also with the friendly and helpful way in which it was done.I would certainly recommend this company and have done so to friends and family. I had an ev charger installed in 2022, everything worked fine for a while. The charger become unreliable after about a year and half (within warranty) After asking mac electricians to help replace the unit multiple times over a year and half I have had no communication other than I will get back to you. This same reply was given each time, however they never did. I have been forced to contact a different company to resolve the issue.

A trustworthy and efficient electrician. Explained everything thoroughly and completed the job better than even I had expected. Fair prices and I have already booked in for more work later in the month, wouldn't hesitate to call him again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly and always provides a great service. Mac Electrics always find solutions to complex problems in our period property. Very knowledgable and would highly recommend.

Job done properly within the pre-agreed terms and conditions

We needed an EIC Report quickly as we are selling our cottage. MAC Electricians offered a fast service at a reasonable price. They took two trips to us as the work could not be completed on the first visit due to poor light conditions. The quotation was honoured despite this. Dave did the work to provide our report. He was very friendly but completely professional. I would recommend MAC Electricians based on my experience of using them. We will certainly use them again.

Dave is a true professional. Completed the work efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. Very reasonable quote, excellent workmanship and a genuinely nice person.

Fantastic service from Dave at MAC electrians. We have used the company numerous times recently after purchasing our first house. They are timely, reliable, efficient and reasonable on costs. Highly recommended and we will be using them again (hopefully not too soon though!)

David came out and gave us a quote really quickly. Talked about what could and couldn’t be achieved and also the cheapest way to do things. Gave us plenty of options. On the day of installation it was heavy rain so I expected him to cancel but he did not, he completed all the work really well to a high standard and on time and budget. I would highly recommend David’s services to anyone.

MAC is a thoroughly professional and highly reliable company. David did a significant amount of work on our Edwardian house and at all times he was polite and timely. His work was excellent and we are very pleased with the results. Strongly recommended.

Fabulous friendly no nonsense service to install recessed lighting, relocate sockets and install extractor fans. Our home is tricky as it’s very old but the new installations have made the most massive difference to the 4 rooms we have tackled so far helping bringing it into the 21st century. Thanks Dave

I needed a new oven as the thermostat had gone on mine. David helped me to choose the right oven for my needs, ordered it to be delivered to me and in a week the delivery was due to arrive he removed my old oven then he returned after the delivery to fit my new oven. This was all done in a very timely fashion & I can't recommend using MAC Electricians enough they are the best I have found in the area.

MAC were friendly and professional and no nonsense, following a wire round the house under floorboards, through walls etc til they found the correct junction box. Good investigation skills, thank.you

Have since had David back to perform more work after the initial NEST install,‘so I’ve updated the review to include the extras. Installed into Garage another light, extra sockets and tested the fuse board and certified; very professional, clean job, and great quality of work.
