Several reviewers had bad experiences with BMM Energy Solutions Ltd. One review reports waiting weeks for a quote and emails and calls not being answered, while another review reports that no quote had arrived after about two months. Staff drive dangerously, try to call to ask them to advise staff to follow road laws and you’re left on hold. No one ever answers No wonder their reviews are terrible! Dashcam footage has been sent to the police I really hope they do something!
Original request for home installation in line with my company’s guidelines took place at the start of June 2025. Today is the 30th July and I still haven’t had a quote. No responses to Emails. Tried phoning 3 times. Got through to someone in their accounts department once. Gave me a name. Still no response. Waste of time.

Like other reviews, driver is a dangerous driver SD66 ZPM IN Redhill surrey. Nearly ran me of the road and I will not be recommending this business in the future if I see it.
BMM fitted a charger at my old address so I decided to use them for my new house. I should have worked out they were not that interested after it took weeks to get a quote sorted out. This got more urgent as my local council were switching on charging for rapids and street charging. Eventually a charger was ordered and DNO completed (seemingly). Emails and phone call were not replied to so my last email to them cancelled my order. I choose another installer and it was all done from first call to install in about 6 days. I’m assuming BMM have no interest in domestic installs now ?
Absolutely disgusting van driver in this company moving like a fool I wish that I had it on tape and I can upload it on here thier service is as shoddy as they’re driving 😡
ICEing a Tesla charge point - for a charge point installer to do this is shameful and reflects badly on the company and the drivers who should know better
