5.0

Reviewers who used The Simpson Company T/A The Simpson Company (Kent) Ltd for electrical work gave it strong feedback. One reviewer described the electrician as cheerful, reliable and thorough; another said the electrician was superb and reliable. One reviewer said the electrician turned up when agreed and fitted two exterior lights at the front and rear with no fuss, and returned later to sort out a problem with the rear light. The price was described as competitive compared with two other quotes, while another reviewer called the pricing fair. One reviewer said they were generous not to patronise them after the LED bulb problem, which the reviewer put down to their own ignorance; this is a one-off remark about that visit, not a general finding.

Cheerful, reliable and thorough, Paul turned up when he said he would and fitted two exterior lights to our house (one at the front and one at rear) when he said that he would and with no fuss. His price for the job was also competitive relative to the other two people we asked to look at the job. so, excellent all round. (He even came to sort out a problem with the rear light a couple of days later when I was stupid enough not to realise that an LED bulb can fail in a way that it still emits some light - and he was generous enough not to patronise me for my ignorance!)
