Mr Charger Ltd customers mostly report positive experiences with EV charger installations, with several reviewers describing punctual and friendly technicians who explained the work and left things neat and tidy. One reviewer said the installer was knowledgeable and took care to hide cabling, while another reported fitting 13 chargers in an underground garage and sorting a cable within 24 hours. One reviewer reported recurring fuse trips after installation and difficulty getting support from the Bracknell branch, though a later transfer to the Walton on Thames branch led to a new fuse being fitted; that reviewer said it was too soon to know whether the original problem was solved.
Mr Charger (Bracknell) installed our Tesla Gen 3 Wall Charger on 31/10/22. We got delivery of our Tesla on 15/12/22. There were some teething issues but Mr Charger dropped by and sorted them out. In the warmer summer months of 2023 the fuse Mr Charger (Bracknell) had installed kept tripping - every week. I called them many times but they rarely picked up and in the end no support came from them. September 2023: Mr Charger (Walton on Thames) got in touch to explain that they were taking over any issues with Mr Charger (Bracknell). They have now installed a new fuse - but since the weather is now much colder I don't know if the original issue is solved.
Matt was brilliant. Excellent communication before the work, very responsive with a detailed professional quote for a competitive price. When on site he was professional, friendly and efficient. The quality of the work was exceptional, I would highly recommend Mr Charger (Bracknell) for EV charger installation and MJR Electrical for any work.
Matt was punctual, informative and efficient when having my EV charger installed. He would also ensure that I was happy with the placement, setup and use of the equipment. I very professional job so I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Charger Bracknell in future. Thank you Matt. Excellent work.

As scheduled, my charger was installed by a very proficient and friendly technician. Each step was explained and any questions asked were answered. I used Mr Charger after my daughter recommended it after her installation and I would not hesitate to do the same
Overall an excellent level of customer service. Professional Engineer attended and took time to discuss cabling options to the charger, we agreed the best route and he completed the work to a very high standard, taking much care to ensure the cable run was out of sight or very neatly installed. Would highly recommend. Engineer was Joe from Mr. Chager Croydon.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Installation booked within a fortnight, installer was knowledgeable, professional and talented. He was keen to do the job well and not just the bare minimum which I really appreciated. Really happy all around.
