My heating tripped this morning and I’m disabled so I have trouble staying warm. I couldn’t find a free gas engineer in Dumfries as they were all on holiday or off sick.phoned Derek Mitchell’s and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Although they couldn’t send someone out they gave me a number of an ex employee who started up their own business and managed to slot me in for tomorrow afternoon. Beyond 5 star service!
Absolutely outrageous charges! I had smoke alarms and heat detectors as per government regulations and two LED floodlights fitted. He also fixed kitchen light that wasn’t working. Work was done well but over a £1000 charged! Would certainly not recommend.
Fantastic service. Came out at short notice to resolve a plumbing problem. Friendly, experienced and the pipe was repaired quickly.
Plumbers and Electricans are excellent. Do great jobs. However, office staff often fail to pass on messages or return calls and im phoning them back, weeks later or even months.
Charged my 83 year old mother £700 for a boiler repair which lasted a few weeks and is now not working. Not interested in helping avoid this company
Asked for quote for new boiler will call you back still waiting 2 weeks later so called British gas boiler fitted 4 days later sh!t company avoid
Excellent service, boiler fixed within a few days of phoning. Kept informed of all works and cost. Would recommend
