Bright Idea Electrical Services LTD

Excellent service, honest and reliable. Bright idea powered up my entire garden office. Would highly recommend

A real shame to have to write this to be honest. Had a great experience for the most part with this company, they performed a re-wire of our house which went smooth enough, Colin was very good at reaching out and ensuring we were happy - up to a point. Unfortunately they never came back to finish the job. In the kitchen there was meant to be a switch to turn our outside camera on/off which means we have no way to isolate our back yard camera, which is required for power cycling during set up, the plate which they were working on was left very untidy and unfinished because they were due back (Tony even said “see you soon to finish) A real shame as Colin was really easy to talk to and solved every other issue quickly and succinctly. I would recommend them to others as they are overall very good - hopefully they do not leave anyone else like us.

Lovely friendly electrician Michael. He was on time, efficiently did the job and at a reasonable price. Will definately use again.
