⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had a brilliant experience with Green Warmth from start to finish and would highly, highly recommend them. They designed the whole system for our house, including carrying out the heat loss calculations and sizing everything properly. We have gone from a 200-year-old house heated entirely by plug-in electric radiators to having solar PV, battery storage, an air-source heat pump, new radiators upstairs and plumbed-in underfloor heating downstairs. It has been a huge transformation for us. Everyone who worked on the house was brilliant. Friendly, professional, tidy and always really open with us whenever they came across an issue. There were inevitably a few hurdles along the way with a house of this age, but nothing ever seemed like too much trouble and everything was dealt with properly. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they are doing, not just getting it installed and moving onto the next job. They wanted everything to work properly, look good and be finished to a really high standard. The solar and battery performance has been fantastic, and the heat pump is now up and running really well. It genuinely feels like we have brought this old house into the 21st century and we are now getting the true definition of "Green Warmth"! A special thanks to Vicky for sizing and coordinating the heat pump installation, Tracy for sizing and coordinating all of the solar and battery side, and Danielle for seemingly always being at the end of the phone or email whenever we needed help with logistics or had another question! And a huge thank you to James, Osian, Ryan, Fiona, Creegan, Cameron and even the big boss Jason, who all worked incredibly hard on site to get everything installed. James in particular will probably never want to come back after battling his way through our 600mm solid stone walls! Thank you for persevering! The aftercare has been just as good. Whenever we have needed anything, somebody has picked up the phone and everyone has always been friendly, helpful and genuinely personable. It is really nice dealing with a company where you actually get to know the people involved. It was a massive project for us and we are really happy with how it has all turned out. A huge thanks again to everyone at Green Warmth. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Had a Sigenergy solar & battery system installed by Greenwarmth. They did a great job, installed with care and attention and provided a really detailed handover pack for me to get the best out of my system. Really pleased.

Just had my PV array and battery installation done by Green Warmth, and I’ve got to say, they were brilliant! The whole quote and home survey process was very smooth, and I was provided with great guidance and a selection of products to suit my requirements. The real stars of the show, though, were Creegan and Cameron, the two engineers who carried out the work. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional and took great pride in the install. They kept everything tidy, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and were more than happy to answer my endless questions. I’m fairly sure they left the place cleaner than they found it. All in all, top-notch service and a genuinely enjoyable experience. If these two are anything to go by, Green Warmth is doing something right. Give those guys a bonus - or at least a biscuit and a cup of coffee (beans, not instant - they say like it but no one does).

Green Warmth have a highly skilled, well qualified team. During the initial survey, Electrical and Plumbing trades were represented and we discussed the physical constraints of the building, re the indoor units, positioning of the outdoor units, ASHP & Battery, to minimise visual impact and simplify installation. Installation of the Heat Pump etc. went very smoothly, it is almost a shame to box in the indoor units, they are so nicely fitted. The entire team have been very easy to deal with and the installation team have been a pleasure to have on site. The system supplies plenty of hot water and heating. Running costs compared to LPG are already down and I have yet to change tariff. 15 Solar Panels, a mid December install, we got a lucky break in the weather so Green Warmth sent a team of 4 to get our panels up on the roof in a single day. The guys worked hard, were well organised and by 4pm as the sun was going down, they finished. In the following days, the inverter, battery etc. were installed and commissioned. The whole team takes a great deal of pride in their work, which shows in the finished job. Once again they were very easy to work with and a pleasure to have on site.

By way of providing some real world information about running an ASHP, following the first annual service of out HP I sat down and added up all our electricity bills for the 12 months after commissioning. I know 2024-25 wasn’t a harsh winter, and that we have a lot of panels and a battery. but the total bill, not just HP but including all domestic consumption as as well of course, was £689.15. And that’d before we get paid for exported surplus. It’s also about what we last paid for a tankful of oil! Naturally we are well pleased!
