The company recently did ' room in roof' insulation work in my attic room. The work was very well organised and completed to a really high standard. Where insulation boarding had been fitted, they have then neatly plasterboard and painted to finish it off. They also fitted trickle vents to my old double-glazed windows, and highly efficient extractor fans in kitchen and bathroom. All the various workers were really pleasant, very prompt, and took great pains to clean up after the works were finished. This was funded by the government scheme. It means my home now has an improved EPC energy rating, and will be both warmer, damp-free, and cheaper to heat. I would really recommend this company. Thank you.

Recently had a room in the roof insulation with Eclipse Energy. Installation was co-ordinated with almost military precision! I was a bit dubious about the expected results but I can litetally feel the temperature difference in the room when the heating is on. Everyone involved was efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Appointments kept; initial meeting was informative and professional with just the right level of technical detail to be understood by us; all dates stated for work were kept to; work was completed by efficient team, with all questions on the day answered. All paperwork provided in a timely way, with any phone call/ email queries answered promptly. Very professional company. From the initial contact to setting up working area at my home to laying carpet protector, to install guys, to plastering to decorating to vents to electricians and fan works EVERY team that came out was professional polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Workmanship was second to none and they treated us with respect. Office staff Gabrielle and Nick massive shout out to you 2 for the help and support and communication you kept with me. WOOP WOOP. The install team was spot on, kept me updated with dates of visits,changes, follow up calls. I cannot fault the teams in the office who arranged the visits. They always responded to emails made calls kept me fully updated. Eclipse Energy installed solar panels on my roof. They were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions, were respectful of my property - they carried out the work to a really good standard, and were nice friendly people. The after sales service has been great, sending a handover pack quickly, and the only outstanding thing is the DNO approval which is waiting on a 3rd party. The pricing was good and the waiting time was less than I expected - the only thing they couldn’t arrange was more sunshine now the panels are installed 😀 I have no hesitation recommending them for solar installs!

I had a solar system installed by Eclipse Energy in early October 2022. I had gotten 3 separate quotes from companies, and Eclipse came in at the cheapest, even though they used better panels than one of the other companies that quoted me. A great guy called Mark visited me to survey my property and was very knowledgeable. He gave me tips and advice on the best system to install, so I took his advice and got the exact system that he suggested. I had 13 solar panels installed, along with a 5.2kw battery storage. The scaffolders came the morning of my install, they were quick and basically invisible. Really nice lads and great at their job. The electrician (Drew) and roofer (Matt) arrived later that day and got on with the install. Both were incredibly friendly and took time out of their work to explain to me exactly what they were doing. I asked question after question and always got answers. Even though they were busy, they never rushed me and always took their time talking to me and explaining things. They cleaned everything up and took away all packaging. It took then 2 days to complete the work (longer than expected, but this was due to awful weather, me asking so many questions and the complexity of the wires). They made sure the wires look neat and tidy, going above and beyond by straightening a wire, even though I said it didn't bother me in the slightest. They really do take pride in their work! I received all my warranties and certificates via email, a few days after the install was completed. The solar system itself has saved me around £25 in just a week, which is more than I anticipated, especially in a gloomy October. I will happily recommend Eclipse Energy for solar panel installs! Extra shout out to Faye and Wayne for putting up with my constant emails and having the patience to answer any extra questions I had!

Eclipse fitted solar panels with battery storage. Fabulous company to deal with. Quotations were quickly put together, explained in detail and amended where & when required. Matthew Tindall, Christian Burns and Drew (Electrician) were awesome. Every step was explained, difficulties were overcome with ease. Work was tidy, the gentleman were polite and friendly- nothing too much trouble for them. They are a credit to the company. Office staff - particularly Beth Sutcliffe - were friendly and knowledgeable, did exactly what they said they would - no flannel! I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Today 2 young men, came and did some work i my house, so lovely to have the work they did, they cleaned up hoovered, and left it cleaner than it was before, no really so lovely to have workmen that clean up after themselves, from the lady with the big savouring dog

Poor workmanship not completed the job tried chase them numerous times but full of empty promises. Customer service is appalling. Regret having work done frustrated and annoyed.

Aggressively pursued over home insulation despite telling them god knows how many times we would not qualify they would not listen and insisted it would be alright. 6 months later not heard anything so decided to check in on this. Yep as I tried to tell them before we earn too much that is in fact the case but nobody had the decency to get back to us which is more maddening considering we weren't overly interested in this scheme.

Excellent service from all people that invaded our home. We had new boiler fitted, fans and vents fitted, underfloor insulation. Eclipse carried out the work on our house for underfloor insulation and a boiler replacement the work was carried out to a high standard top products used and great plumbing from ross and the guys who did the work i would happily reccomend them thanks again amber kept contact with me througout the process

We have recently had a boiler, underfloor insulation an ventilation installed by Eclipse Energy. The job they have done has been first class and I would recommend them to anybody.

The actual installation contained drywall installation but also included 4 inch of internal insulation which were finished off with fine plastering then decorated with white emulsion paint and finally fitted all round with skirting boards. The listing above did not mention Insulation.

As well as fan installation we have had a new gas boiler fitted. The service and level of workmanship has been excellent. The customer service team have been so helpful and supportive. And the teams who have undertaken the work have been so helpful and hard working. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend. Thanks to all at Eclipse.

Eclipse Energy installed under floor insulation, new gas boiler and accompanying electrics, 2 new radiators, trickle vents and fans. I can’t recommend this company enough! I would just like to say thank you to eclipse for their services, they fitted the under floor insulation, installed two new fans one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom all very neat and tidy, they also fitted a new boiler for me in the loft and fitted radiator stats and new temperature control. After installation of the boiler we had a small leak, called them up, came out straight away fixed the leak , I always think the test of a company is how they respond to a problem , and eclipse was first class. Very quick and efficient service. From our first appointment with the sThe wourveyor to completion appointment was less than 3 weeks. The work they did insulating room in loft conversion was something we had not thought about when we are upgrading our house energy saving.

From the initial contact through to the completion of the work of installing insulation in my attic bedroom I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of this organisation and its employees. At every stage of the process I was kept informed as to what would happen when and any questions I had were promptly answered. All the work, including that done to ensuring that the roof was in a fit state prior to the insulation being fitted, was carried out to an excellent standard and I am already feeling the benefit of it. It is inevitable that work of this nature is going to generate some mess but I was very pleased with the efforts made by the craftsmen to keep this to a minimum and at the end of the installation process my house was given a thorough, efficient cleaning by an employee of the company. If anyone were looking to have this type of work done, I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

We used Eclipse Energy as part of the room in roof scheme, we had our attic insulated. It is now really warm up their and will no doubt save our gas and energy bills. They did a great job and all the variety of workers we had in did the work up to really high standard. We are hoping to use them again for some more work in our house.

We have had two jobs done by Eclipse Energy, the internal roof of my conservatory insulating and the flat roof of my extension renewing with rubber sheeting, they also fixed my leaking box gutter that I've had problems with for a few years. First time using Eclipse and we are really pleased with the permanent conservatory roof they have installed. It looks really smart inside and out. The team at Eclipse are really customer focused and quick to resolve any queries. The composite slates they have used on my roof look like natural slate. The new roof has brought a whole new lease of life to our conservatory. It looks modern whilst in keeping with the rest of the house, and it feels a lot warm and quieter inside. From the minute i spoke to Nick on the phone we knew we were in good hands, we talked through what we wanted and he gave his sales pitch and then gave us a price, we obviously got other quotes, three to be precise, the others came round or did a Zoom chat but they were all a hard sell, telling us if we bought now we can give you a big discount! We never deal with people like that and we are glad we didn't this time. We decided to go with Eclipse Energy and it was smooth sailing from then, the fitters arrived on the date booked offloaded and started work, after a full day they cleaned up after themselves and left, the next day they turned up completed the job and cleared and cleaned everything, I walked into our conservatory and could not believe how nice it was, it far exceeded my expectations, i thought paneling over the the Perspex roof would make it darker, but it made it brighter warmer and looking brand new, I cant thank the fitters, Tony, Dan and Nile enough for the work they did, a very professional company and believe me when i say we are very fussy. Had my conservatory insulated and a new PVC tongue and groove ceiling put in. Contractors turned up as planned and completed a really good job in half a day. Results look fantastic and even fitted a new ceiling light for me with no extra cost. Customer service from Lorna was also excellent and she couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely delighted with the Conservatory Roof Insulation that they've just completed. A very good price and the installation team were spot on and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Conservatory is now noticeably warmer but more importantly, we can now use when it rains.. Before Eclipse did the insulation, we had to abandon the conservatory whenever it rained because the the racket made by the rain on the roof was so noisy. Recommend Eclipse unreservedly.

Door to door knocking in Heptonstall saying they are from Calderdale council when in fact they have nothing to do with the council. Cold calling on homes in a pandemic too. Edit, the cold caller identified themselves as from the council........ Only when quizzed did they mention Eclipse.

I have received a lot of work from this company in the last few days. Each job has been completed with efficiency. The workmen were professional and have a very pleasant manner. Lorna to me is the backbone of the company ever since we contacted her to commence the transformation of our Conservatory she has been brilliant professional methodical attentive and most importantly keeps the customer informed and up to date with the works and process from start to finish.
