Neil came to us when we were having a new kitchen fitted and he was recommended by our fitter. Besides wiring our new ovens we then asked him back to upgrade our electrics and wire an outside power socket for us. He was lovely to have around, worked hard, was tidy and we felt confident in his work. We will certainly use him again for any further work we want doing in the future.

I needed someone urgently to sort out an electrical problem in the house, and Neil came to the rescue ! He was a lovely, friendly and honest man ….. Ido not hesitate to recommend !

I needed a full electrical circuit test and official NIC EIC certification for my house following an extension to the property. I was extremely pleased with the expert service, advice and the quality of the rectification work undertaken by NC Electrical. Have known Neal a number of years, this was the first time I had any work done by him. Booked him in, he turned up when he said he would, checked the wiring and fitted a new timer, very happy with hot water, the cost was in line with the website. Happy customer would use again.

We had NC electrical come to our property as we were renting it our for a 3 year period - EICR. The team could not have been more helpful or professional. From booking the appointment to the EICR Inspection it was such an easy process. The chap who came around was exceptionally professional and curtious, he just cracked on with the work. We had some remedial work post the initial visit and the team were really helpful, they arranged key pick up and completed the job when they said with no hassle. We were really happy with the work, interactions and value for money. At bo time did we feel they were being dishonest or cutting corners - a truly hassle free experience! And a huge bonus to be supporting a local company, top job!

Great experience replacing an EV charger. Jason showed up to install the charger and put in a lot of effort to make sure the install was neat and tidy, as well as going the extra mile to fix issues left by a previous electrician. There was good communication from Penny before and after the job. Highly recommended.

We received an outstanding service from NC Electrical having lost all of our power because of a wiring fault within the house. Essential power and the internet were restored within an hour and the fault was systematically tracked down. A number of faulty pieces of equipment were also replaced in the process. It was a full health check as well as fault rectification! The cost was very reasonable given the lengthy process to isolate the fault. Very highly recommended!

I've used Neil at NC electrical on a number of occasions in recent weeks. Moving home I had a variety of electrical work the needed to be done. It was carried out quickly and to the highest standard. NC Electrical were swift to reply to my request to fit a new light. Jason turned up and was lovely and very through, neat and tidy. The light was positioned in a tight hallway above a staircase to the attic, so wasn't the easiest to fit. But Jason did it very efficiently. Am delighted with the service. Would highly recommend.

My problem was urgent (almost total loss of power), so I was very pleased Neil was able to call by within a few hours. Neil got the power working again within a few minutes. He then carried out various tests to check whether they were other potential problems. He explained things clearly and was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Neil recently replaced our bathroom extractor fan. We were extremely pleased with the work he carried out which wasn't a straightforward job as it involved some work in our loft. Neil thoroughly assessed the job beforehand and patiently answered our questions and recommended a solution which we are very pleased with. On the day, he worked efficiently and was very tidy. Neil was also very honest and unassuming. Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend!
