4.1
Several reviewers describe Primech Building Services Ltd as helpful, professional and good to deal with. One reviewer said a blocked sink was cleared within 40 minutes of contacting the service desk, and another said a boiler was fixed quickly and the two engineers were professional and tidy. One reviewer said the company took time to speak with them outside working hours and helped with an enquiry. Others praised the engineers as extremely helpful and knowledgeable with excellent attention to detail. There was also criticism: one reviewer reported three appointments, one of them a no-show, and said two inexperienced engineers failed to service their GSHP properly; another reported long delays with an HIU audit and a poor report, and a third said a visiting engineer was arrogant and that the company would take your money.
Contacted the Primech Service Desk today due to an issue with multiple blocked sinks. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and advised that someone would be on site within the next hour. Within just 40 minutes, a drainage engineer arrived and quickly cleared the blockage. He was extremely helpful, explained what he was doing and made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Brilliant service from start to finish — quick, professional and efficient. What a fantastic team. Would highly recommend Primech!
We have had excellent service from Primech. They fixed our boiler quickly and efficiently. The two guys that came were professional and tidy. I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend their services.
AVOID! The worst! Everything is falling apart with their management of our estate's plumbing in sw6 London :pipes making noises, water pressure thought the roof trembling behind walls and now in Dec no hot water for the first time I live here in yrs! The HIU audit was by the guy who didn't speak and haven't notified me about the fault, quote and report came 6 weeks!!! after visit with excuse of wating for replacement material cost by 3rd party, which with help of Google I obtained in 1 working day, as well as 3 quotes from HIU plumbers from London, which was half of the cost quoted by Primech! Report was so bad with 2 blurry images, that I had to use prev contractors HIU audit report to obtain quotes! Primech is horrifyingly bad!
Excellent service, I would recommend 100%
Useless company. Avoid. Had three appointments, one was a ‘no show’, and both the other two were attended by inexperience engineers who failed to service our GSHP properly. The management gave unsatisfactory excuses. A different contractor fixed the issue at the first attempt and arrived on time. Chalk and cheese.
Great company to work with alway very helpful
Worse company ever! STAY AWAY! They will take your money and run away. I had a guy with reg number KR22EGC over, and he was super arrogant!
Very approachable, amenable and professional company. Took the time out of their day to speak with me outside of hours and help me with my enquiry.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable engineers with excellent attention to detail.
Great company to do business with!
