GSD Electrical Ltd is named by reviewers as the business they dealt with, and several single reviews describe their own experiences. One reviewer says Sam came within the hour, found the fault at once and fitted the part needed to get the garage supply working again. Others say Sam gave advice on house wiring and outside lighting and ways to cut electricity bills, that he was easy to deal with and professional, and that he was the third electrician to look for a fault and the only one to fix it. One reviewer says the quote and the jobs were done in under eight days, praising the work and saying the area was cleaned afterwards. One reviewer reports that GSD did not show up and gave no message or returned call after an enquiry about why he had not come.
Arrived home yesterday evening around 6pm to discover no electricity to the garage. The garage is fitted with electrically- operated shutters and contains 3 freezers, afridge and other electrical appliances. The garage is on a separate circuit to the house, and, under normal circumstances, the fuse trips. However, no such trip this time. I called Sam, he was with us within the hour. He identified the problem immediately, and fitted the necessary part to make it good, and everything was up and running again. We were most impressed with the speed of Sam's response, his expertise in identifying the problem so quickl;y, and indeed his skill in rectifying the fault. Without this prompt and excellent service we would most likely have lost all of the frozen products in the three freezers. A real star, and we recommend GSD Electrical unreservedly.
Simply outstanding electrician. Spent time offering advice on wiring in the house, external lighting and loads of ways to help us save money on electric bills. We can't recommend Sam highly enough for any electrical needs you may have. Thanks again Sam!
GSD didn’t show and no message or returned call which I made to enquire why he hadn’t come.
