Ember Energy Ltd

Fantastic, knowledgeable company very speedy process from quoting to install completion. The full team were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend Ember Energy for your solar install. There was no upheaval at all during the install a very tidy job.

The worst customer experience I have ever had; that was from the managing director too. Rude, obnoxious and will never use this company again

Always responds and usually gets the problem fixed Like the fact it is a local company

Very poor communication. Does not response to emails/calls. Avoid!!

Excellent ASHP and PV installer that I would have no hesitation for recommending. Stephen and family are clearly experts in this field, knowledgeable and professional throughout, from beginning to end. I was offered a competitive price for our installation of a 11.2kW ASHP and 6.4kW solar PV as replacement for a gas boiler. We had 4 quotes including large scale national installers, we do not regret for one minute selecting Ember, a family run business, but with huge experience. The install took three days for the ASHP and PV, Ember also fitted a range of products from myenergi for utilising the solar to charge the car and heat the water tank. These were all fitted and setup efficiently, such that on day 3 of the installation 7th Feb we were running the house, heating the water and charging our car - all on solar. A minor issue on the ASHP was quickly solved on a return visit. Our thanks to Stephen and his hard working and professional team.

Great team at Ember. Had a solar and battery system installed by them recently and its all working great. Down to earth team of people that just used common sense, appreciated.
