From the engineers first visit to his final check, this was a five star plus experience! The staff and tradesmen were excellent, both their work and their attitude. Communication was great and the work was done quickly and everything went smoothly. The team that dealt with our bathroom redesign were polite and very respectful of our property, they tidied up brilliantly each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to use Rory and the team again.

Two guys from Woodhouse carried out the work to connect an electrical cable from our house to an external garden annex. They were polite, friendly and completed the work beyond our expectations. Woodhouse provides a very professional service - we cannot recommend them too highly.

Recently my back boiler failed and needed replacement Woodhouse surveyor called and gave good advice on a suitable replacement boiler and control system . The installation team were very friendly ,explained what they would be doing day to day and kept me informed about any problems that they found . They took great care covering the stair and living room carpets and always cleaned up everyday when finished. When the installation was completed they gave me instructions on how to adjust the control settings on the cylinder stat and central heating . A job well done and i would recommend them to anyone . Quick, efficient, friendly job well done

Woodhouse installed electric sockets in my new kitchen. They were expensive and shortly after, the new oven went bang and died. They sent someone out to look at the wiring and the oven. The guy pulled the wiring out of the oven socket and rewired it. He said no fault could be found and it may have been a fault with the NEW oven. Whilst he was there, he turned the oven back on and it worked fine. The oven manufacturers also sent a technician to look at the oven and found no fault with it, it has been working fine ever since the socket was rewired. This is an observation of the facts. Woodhouse wanted to charge me £140 for their follow up visit. Their work should be covered by a guarantee. This charge is unreasonable. The oven manufacturer did not charge for their visit, is was covered by their guarantee.

I recently had a new water cylinder fitted by Jack, Josh, Harry, and Max from Woodhouse Plumbing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were all incredibly polite, professional, and respectful, even taking their shoes off before coming into the house, which really shows attention to detail and care for customers’ homes. The quality of their work was outstanding, and everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. What stood out most, though, was their honesty and fairness. Out of all the quotes I received, Woodhouse were by far the most reasonable. It is clear they understand that true success comes from looking after both new and existing customers rather than trying to make a quick profit through inflated call out fees or overpriced parts. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and because of that, they have earned a customer for life. I have had an electric shower fitted today by Woodhouse. The whole process was really straightforward, I made a booking and all the communications was nice and clear. A few days later an engineer turned up up at the house with a new shower and a couple of hours later everything was done. A really great service that I will certainly use again.

Called them to fix a broken cistern for my elderly parents. Service was professional, timely, considerate, efficient and effective. Plumber arrived on time with all the necessary parts, she was sensitive to the customers needs and wishes and the job was completed within the hour. One of the best services in this area of business I've come across. No hesitation in recommending them.

I had a call out today to my boiler which had been playing up over the last few days . Erin took my details and was very helpful on the reception. Adam Gregory the plumber guy turned up on time and was very professional . He went through all the different possibilities of why the boiler was playing up and got it fired up which was such a relief. He made sure everything was ok before leaving . Fantastic service having used twice recently for installation of radiators and to fix a pipe with a nail hole in it. Within an hour Adam had worked out the cause of the problem that had baffled 3 other previous heating engineers! Excellent diagnosis and he also spotted a couple of other issues to fix. Can't fault the work.

Straightforward to get a quote, always turned up when they say they will. Had some electrical work done recently and the team were very efficient and also very patient as we tested the system to make sure everything linked as it should. Very happy to recommend.

Harry did the job in a calm and competent manner, leaving everywhere neat and tidy. I had been wondering whether I'd be left with a hole in the wall for me to patch (because 1 box replaced 2) but he put a faceplate over the hole in question - no problem. Also compliments the office who handled my job well, for scheduling and defining what was to be done.

Woodhouse have been undertaking work for us for the past two years in a variety of areas. Plumbing, electrical and most recently solar. Cannot fault them whatsoever. The teams are always friendly, knowledgable and tidy. Sure we'll have much more work in future to put their way!

New boiler fitted and installation of new unvented, high pressure hot water system. Excellent service provided. Work completed to a very high standard with good attention to detail. This wasn't a simple job as the boiler needed to be relocated. Extra effort was made to ensure all new pipework was hidden, leaving a very neat job. The system provided is working perfectly and addressed all the short comings of the old installation. All Engineers were professional, friendly and worked in a very tidy manner. Great service from Woodhouse again

The day before a planned Woodhouse annual service visit February 8th. our boiler failed , on the visit day the fault was found to be a irreparable ignition problem that required the boiler replacing . The company arranged the work for February 17th.and carried out a full boiler change and system update in probably their busiest time of year for heating work . Very efficient and friendly staff went the extra mile to complete a fabulous job and save two late 79:year old pensioners from a very cold house . Sincere thanks to all staff involved , we couldn’t have had better service !!

Wood house have completed a full strip out and rebuild of our en suite bathroom. The customer experience has been excellent from start to finish with Rory talking us through the options, selection of products and then the installation itself. The team who worked in our home were extremely polite, hard working and took care to keep the house clean and tidy, even when stripping out a bathroom with all materials coming through the house. The finish achieved is excellent and we are really happy with the work carried out. I work in construction myself so know good workmanship and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rory and his team.

This was a complicated and messy job to do in a tiny space but it was done efficiently, cleanly and very competently by your electricians Marc and Josh. We’re delighted with the result - yet again Woodhouse have been completely reliable and professional, confirming them as our go to company for all our plumbing and electrical work.

It was in a bad way and needed a full, back to brick refurbishment across most of the house. Woodhouse took care of this for us, organising a rewire of the entire house as well as a new bathroom and boiler. Woodhouse Itd were very professional, keeping to deadlines and updating us on the progress of the work throughout the time they were working on it. Rory gave us great advice in the best way to lay out our new bathroom and even sourced all of the bathroom equipment which was really helpful! Back in October 2015 we started work on our brand new shop, it was a building site, the amount of work that needing doing was quite overwhelming to begin with.
