So Caplor did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. As a customer that is all I want. Furthermore their communications has been spot on throughout in terms of explaining the kit and their project planning. I'm happy.

Caplor and all those involved in the installation of our solar panels and EV charger, gave exceptionally good service. They were friendly and helpful, from the first visit to explain our options. Work was completed efficiently and on time, withe due care for our garden and property. The electrician was very professional and caring ,taking time to site the battery and inverter, to move power points and achieve optimal use of space in a neat and tidy finish. We are delighted with our experience and would thoroughly recommend Caplor. Thank you all.

I have an aging Solartwin that no longer works. I called them out to investigate and fix it. A chap turned up that really had no idea how this works with no clue how to diagnose the problem. He just put some clips back on the pipes to the pump that I had taken off while I tried to sort it. As if that made any difference. Without fixing the problem and taking weeks of no support, Caplor decided they couldn’t fix it. I still received an invoice for about 80 pounds regardless for the diagnosis on the promise that they would be able to fix this. I paid. They never followed up or sorted a repair. Beware. They couldn’t fix it remember. I now have another company replacing the panel. As an update and in response to below from Caplor, after my fix my system developed another fault a few months later because it was very old, so I have had it replaced by Solar Thermal Repairs who took three weeks from initial contact to finished installation. They were very proactive and nothing was a problem. They negotiated and worked with me to offer a great solution at a good price. Apology accepted, no need for a formal complaint.

Can't praise them highly enough - they installed a solar panel and battery system for us, and were extremely helpful and efficient, always going the extra mile to get everything sorted and working perfectly.

Air source heat pump, solar and battery installed in our 1970s end of terrace. The communication leading to the install was first rate. The installation teams were fast working and knowledgeable, happy to patiently explain the pros and cons of install options on site. We are very happy with the operation of the system so far, and after sales care has been fantastic. The single issue with the air source heat pump was rectified within 3hours by an electrical engineer, and I was given direction for self rectification in the future. I would recommend caplor to anyone looking to upgrade their heating system.

Solar PV, battery storage, ASHP and UFH install for our home. Fitters great, very neat work, system works well, any queries or glitches soon dealt with. Would certainly recommend.

Sales staff are more interested in undercutting their competition than understanding the job. I was told that they would try to beat a quote from another company and I provided them with a drawing clearly showing what was required before agreeing a price. When the engineer came to look at it he had no knowledge of the siting of the unit and that trenching and a pre insulated pipe was required. Their recommendation….”can we not clip it to the front of your property” i.e. install two big pipes along and up and over the doors on a nice old cottage! I offered to dig the trench for them and they said they could provide the pipe at cost, quoting me an additional £1500. Quick google and I could buy the pipe myself at retail prices for less than £1000. Clearly underestimated the scheme and attempting to recoup losses through underhand methods. Quotes are not worth the paper they are written on. Complete time wasters!

Had panels and battery installed. Communication isn’t great and less than 5 months after we have had the battery installed we are having issues with it tripping out. I’ve contacted Caplor, however other than a reply to say it’s been passed to the relevant department, we’ve heard nothing in over a week. Communication is key these days and we can’t be having this issue continuing on a daily basis.
