Great service, quick response and got us back up and running very swiftly, without having to lift the floorboards!! Phew! Thank you
Professional, tidy and well mannered, supplied electric to our garden room and fitted some spotlights. Also installed an EV charger on the driveway. They took the time to explain the work they had done and did a very neat job.
We had the boys in from G J Owens to fit lighting in our new showroom. Not only did they fit the lighting, they advised and sourced everything needed. The head honcho Gary knows how to manage his team and got the job done from start to finish in less than 2 days! Would recommend to any other commercial business looking for electrical work.
Absolutely brilliant, came out on a Saturday when we had an electrical emergency. Gave excellent advice and left me feeling confident and reassured. Highly recommended
Telephoned yesterday, made an appointment for after 3pm today to fit 2 wall lights. Did not arrive. I waited, having returned early back to Portland after an appointment in Weymouth, and I sat and waited.... I telephoned at 4.30pm. He had totally forgotten what he was coming for and that he was supposed to telephone me. He suggested that he would not be offended if I went elsewhere. I said I would stick with him. He started apologise if he had let me down, then put the phone down on me! Charming! If this is the way he runs his business let's hope he soon has plenty of time to brush up on his customer service skills.
Left a message over a week ago but nobody has bothered to get back to me. Obviously don't need the work!!!!
