Connected via Facebook and received a phone back on the same day. Despite very professionally managing my expectations and telling me it may be a couple of weeks before they could install following a very competitive quote we set a date within the week. The guys who came to do the install arrived on time, performed the task within the morning and left everything clean and tidy. Upon finishing they explained how it all works and helped me register and use the app. So far the charger is working as promised and I'm confident it'll continue to do so.

My ev charger installation was not straight forward but Sam and the team came up with a solution that was undoubtedly hard work for them but has meant a much better installation for me. Purchased brand new HYUNDAI KONA on 12 April 2025. Need a home charger. Checked with my electricity provider and find its going to be upto 6 weeks before they can fit one. Saw advert for get charging on Facebook and rang them on 14th April. From start to finish the service was perfect. Picked up new car on Thursday 17th April in the morning and get charging had my charger fitted by 1.30pm. The fitters were excellent and did the job very quickly without any issues. Great service from Get Charging. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They arrived to fit the charger exactly when they said they would and did a very neat job of installing it on my garage wall. Also gave me an explanation of how it works and setting up the app and also showing me how it will link to my Octopus energy app. I would highly recommend them.

Really good service from the initial enquiry made through to the finished install. Installation of a Tesla wall connector, the employees were very polite and arrived on time on the date agreed, explained to me what they were going to do and why, all cables installed very neatly and works carried out to a high standard. The installation was slightly cheaper than I expected to pay and I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with my Ohme ePod charger install which was an awkward run from distribution board to my required location. Survey was done within 24 hours and the install was subsequently carried out within 4-5 days after acceptance of the (very reasonable) quote. I found this local company on Facebook, the lead times to have a charger fitted from the big companies was around 5 weeks. I filled in the enquiry form, a call from them 3 hours later. Pictures sent of my property and a quote within an hour. Spoke to Sam the owner, an the charger was professionally fitted 3 days later at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Get Charging to anyone looking for any of theirs services. 5 star company and 5 star service.

I came across get charging online and filled in contact me form for more information. Within 20mins I’d had a phone call about my needs and requirements (they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease, very professional). I soon booked an install with get charging. This was all arranged through Sam who is brilliant. The guys turned up and were very friendly and professional. The install went well with them keeping me updated at each stage. Once completed, I was shown how to use the product. I got a phone call from Sam about 3 hours after the install to check in everything was ok. I used Get Charging to install my OhMe home charger. Best price of the 3 quotes I got. Great communication from them regarding install. Turned up exactly as arranged and swept up after the install. Been in for nearly a month now and not had a single issue with it (thought I’d wait to put this review up!) totally recommend and will use again if needed.

After being messed about by Octopus who insisted on paying up front and in full for the unit and fitting before being given any further information, then being told it would be another 4 weeks for fitting a week after taking my money. Get Charging Ltd gave me a very competitive quote and fitted the charger in just 6 days. Fantastic service, arrived on time and fitting was carried out to a high standard, the fitter was professional and talked me through how to use the unit.

Had my new EV charger installed today by Andy, from first contact to installation ‘Get Charging’ have been brilliant and accommodated us by splitting the installation over 2 visits meaning no disruption to home working. The installation was done quickly and efficiently with no mess, Andy explained everything in detail once the charger was up and running and helped set up the app and ran through the basics of how to use it.

Within one hour of my making an enquiry Sam made contact and we arranged a time for him to give me an estimate , two hours later ,on a Sunday , Sam was at my house. He explained in great detail what I required , discussing the best way to hide the wiring etc so a neat finish would be made. Within a further two hours I had an estimate by E mail. The cost was very competitive with other estimates I had . I accepted the estimate , the job was completed 5 days later to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend GET CHARGING 100%.

Highly recommended, great customer service and very professional. I definitely think it is worth using a company that specialises in charging point installation rather than using local electricians (no offence - we just had real trouble finding a local electrician who was able or willing to do the job). Get Charging even called after the initial installation to ask if everything was ok and offered to come back free of charge to reposition the holder if we felt another location would be better. How nice is that? The price was very good also, even though we needed a lot of cabling work and drilling as part of the install - they were able to do it all - and we were very happy with the result.
