Aldous electrical Felixstowe ltd T/A Aldous Electrical is described by several reviewers as friendly, professional and helpful, with one customer saying they had used the firm for many years and another for around 18 years and found it reliable. Reviews report a neat fuse board and hob job, on-time work on a garage supply, and a house rewire where extra switches and lights were added. One reviewer describes a request for a quote that produced no estimate after a reminder, and another who left three voicemails says nobody answered the landline and no quote followed. Price is raised by some reviewers as reasonable or competitive.
I can't praise the skill and professionalism of Fletcher and the team enough on undertaking the electrical installation on our house renovation. The installation and commissioning went well and we are really pleased with the outcome. Thanks Fletch.
Aldous Electrical fitted us a new circuit/ fuse board and connected an induction hob. The work was neat, efficiently carried out and at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Aldous Electrical again in the future. From this job we also ended up employing Fletcher via his sister company, Elite Solar PV, to install our solar panels and battery- we couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!
Reliable, friendly, professional & helpful ... would not hesitate to recommend
Have used this company a few times now. They are efficient and trustworthy. Most recently they came a did a rewire for us. Extremely happy with the little touches they added to this also, such as putting additional switches and lights in places I didn’t even realised we needed! Fantastic job. Highly recommend.
I’ve used fletcher and his team for many years. Always reliable with good prices!
Very competitive and professional company
Have used Aldous Electrical for a good 18years. One of my/the best tradesman/electrician company ever! Very prompt good spirited boys. Nothing is ever a problem, they go above and beyond …
Professional.
After leaving three voicemails, I was unable to get a quote from this firm. Nobody picking up the landline. Its a pity as we (a local firm) are looking for an electrician to be our 'go to' and Aldous have unfortunately lost out.
Excellent service from Fletcher and his team. Work completed on time, on date agreed. New electricity supply to Garage; installation of garage door, power and lighting.
Excellent quick service and advice. Highly recommended .
Don't know how these can have a 5* rating when they priced a job for me over 3 weeks ago and said I would receive the estimate in a couple of days I have reminded them once and still nothing
Thank you Fletch and team for your work at Birch Farm Complex. In and out quickly, no mess and a very professional job - all at a great price! Thank you!
Really pleased with the work carried out by Aldous Electrical. Professional, friendly service. Would highly recommend - thanks very much!
No problem too difficult. Fast, friendly & efficient. Peter & Jan
We have just purchased a home, and most of our electrics needed to be replaced and brought up to code. From light switches to wall sockets inside and in our garage, new lighting fixtures, and finally a complete new Fuse Board. Aldous Electrical has been a pleasure to work with, from first contact, actual job completion, and final follow-up to make sure that the job was done right. Very reasonably priced and quick to perform the task at hand. We would definitely recommend Fletcher and his firm for any of your Electrical needs. Steve
